This is a tough review for me to write. I've been a fan of BWW for several years. Contrary to some opinions, I like their wings and sauces and find them to be very consistent. NOT under-cooked, which is the worst with chicken. However, clearly in the past year or so they have implemented cost-cutting measures. I doubt this is limited to this location; it's probably chain-wide. The current wings can only be described as "cute little winglets" compared to the nice medium-sized wings of the past. The blue cheese dressing no longer has lots of chunks of blue cheese. A few small bits at best. And most recently, the number of celery sticks and carrots has been reduced. I will be trying other wing places. Sad. The service at the Oaks location has always, and remains, excellent. The kitchen is fast. The facilities are clean and well maintained. read more

The food was top notch, just the right amount of sauce on my Asian Zing boneless wings, and we also had a salad which was very good. I made the mistake of ordering a burger here and it was really, really gross. It was a mushroom Swiss burger. I normally don't bother giving reviews to chain locations because my expectations are not super high, and I feel kind of bad picking the lowest hanging fruit I made an exception for this place, because it was so astronomically terrible I felt compelled to warn others. Everything from beginning to end was a dumpster fire. It began with the two teenage hosts telling me it would be five minutes in an almost empty restaurant while they looked at their phones. The waiter started out strong, but disappeared as soon as our food got to the table. No refills, no napkins, no straws, nothing. I finally had to go to the bar and ask the bartender for water, napkins, etc. She was very sweet and helpful. I don't know how they can call themselves a wing place and serve the smallest wings I've ever seen in my life. They were absolutely minuscule, I initially thought it was a prank. But not only were they tiny, but the cook clearly didn't give a shit when he sauced them..,..they all just had some sauce on the top and not all the way around. Downright shameful for a wing joint. Both our burgers were absolutely cooked dry to the bone. My daughters burger smelled and tasted very weird, I'm pretty sure it was extreme freezer burn. The bartender helped with that too. The fries were cold, but that's likely only because our wings (apps) and our dinner came out at the same time so the dinner had to wait. When the waiter finally remembered he was supposed to be helping us, he apologized for the burger and said he would send the manager over. She never arrived, but hey, might as well keep the whole experience consistent. So the food and service were downright terrible, but hey, at least it was over priced. I like Buffalo Wild Wings overall. They have good food that's reasonable prices. There are many flavors to choose from for the wings which are usually well made. My recent experience with this store is just so so. Placed my order online and with pick up time at 12:30pm. Went there on time and had to wait another 15 minutes for the order to get ready. They don't seem that busy, just 2-3 tables and a few take out orders on the table. Guess they are running short on people as all the other restaurants. We have a small order, just 30 wings and some appetizers. For the wings, even though we asked for spicy garlic, we got buffalo. The sticker on the box says spicy garlic but it's buffalo wings inside. Ironically, it even have a sticker on the bag saying they have inspected to make sure all the food is correct, guess it's just a sticker without the actual inspection. read more

My lady and I decided to hit up B-dubs for some wings and football. It wasn't too busy surprisingly for a Sunday afternoon. WildWings just isn't my thing...I've now had several items from the menu in addition to the wings on multiple occasions...and am not really excited about any of them! The food isn't great and the prices are a bit steep. Couple this with the slow service and...meh! Recently, I had 4 wings(60 cents each, Tuesdays and Thursdays are special priced wing days) and the grilled chicken sandwich for 9.49. The chicken breast was small, and cooked until it was bone dry...if I paid 5.00 for it I'd still wish I went to Chick Fil A...the boneless wings were OK, but they seemed to sit under the heat lamp a bit too long allowing the sauce to dry up on them. There was also barely any sauce there...if this is hand spun, they should go get a machine! I want to see a shallow pool of sauce under the wings, not have to figure out if they forgot to put any on there... Another problem I have with BWW is the wing specials...Tuesday and Thursday...traditional wings on Tuesday and boneless wings on Thursday are 60 cents each...this is a small savings over the regular priced wings...however, ranch or blue cheese and celery is extra on the special days...pretty much wiping out any value to the special if you like ranch\blue cheese and celery with your wings...at 60 cents per each(ranch or celery or blue cheese) that will add up quick! Finally, the big problem here is the service speed...There were more employees here than customers on this visit, but it took my entire lunch hour to get 4 wings and a chicken sandwich...the server was nice, in fact I found all the servers here very nice...but there is some issue with getting food out of the kitchen, even when it's not busy...I can't imagine what it's like during a big game when the place is crowded...my guess is they are hoping people will fill the spare time with drinks from the bar... read more

I visited this place with my friends for a birthday lunch a week ago. Sorry for the late review. It was my first ever visit to this brand. I restaurant had a sports bar style sitting as it is a traditional sports bar. There were lots or screens which can be annoying at times but when there's a match it is needed so it is manageable. The bar has plenty of beer options and other liquor too. Fortunately there had a happy hour with 2 beer for $6 and we ordered IPA. The reason to visit this restaurant was to try its traditional wings we order a large wings with some onion rings and potato wedges. This order was for two people which was definitely more then we needed but we have to try it. Wings comes with ranch and hot sauce or you can order any dip you want. The wings were perfectly tossed with sauce and cooked so that its not dry or undercooked. I got the same taste in every bite. The service was average as in the afternoon time when there were not a lot of customers, one server was taking orders from 5 tables and other tables had families which obviously takes more time then single person to order. There were delays in bring order but its natural depending to staff availability. Overall I was happy and would definitely visit the Buffalo wild wings again.
