Was seated by pleasant young lady immediately at table. Waited 15 minutes for a server. There was a server seated at the bar with another customer directly in front of us and did not wait on us. She got up and checked on the table directly behind us and went back to sitting at the bar. Another server walked by my table to check on another table and also did not come back. My girlfriend and I chose Buffalo Wild Wings for Valentine's Day dinner. The night started off okay when they forgot to call us for our reservation. We waited for about an hour. Once we were finally seated, the food itself was great, my girlfriend got a burger, I had boneless wings, and we had a good time. Then everything went sour. Later that night, I got violently ill with every symptom of food poisoning. I was miserable for over a day, which ruined what little time I had with my girlfriend (we only see each other once a month). I thought maybe it was a virus I got somewhere else but something that bad would not come and gone but food poisoning would. However, when we called BWW about it, they blew it off like it was nothing, concerned about my wellbeing but no accountability saying it couldn't have been them. I wasn't planning to write this review, but their response made me want to warn others. The food might be good, but if something goes wrong, don't expect them to do anything about it. read more

I'm not normally a fan of regular chicken wings but was excited to try this new establishment, especially since I saw they had the boneless variety and all kinds of sauces. Be warned, boneless wings are so much more filling than regular wings because they are deep fried and breaded. After ordering a sampler of appetizers and small side of mac and cheese, I felt full with just 3 or 4 wings. We go to try the honey mustard wings, mild bbq and parmesan garlic sauce which was my favorite. Food is good, decent value for money although I wish they had prices listed on their drinks menu or more promotions during game nights. I was disappointed with my cocktail, I ordered an "electric lemonade", very watered down, could barely taste any alcohol. This place is one of the most chaotic sports bar I've been to, the walls are literally covered in tv screens, there were 3 basketball games playing along with a recap of Olympic hockey. Expect it to be packed and noisy, it's hard not to look at the screens and very distracting. You have to really love wings to come here, or really love sports. Unfortunately, service was slow, our waitress always looked busy with other tables, running around, didn't come back to check on us so we needed to keep our eyes up throughout the meal to flag someone down for drink refills. I'm not a big "franchise" kind of offender, but I usually check out BWW wherever I'm at. Even when on vacation I will check it out. The best one I've ever been to is obviously the one in Buffalo. This one isn't too shabby. This is the smallest BWW I've ever been to though. It hurts them, but I get it. It is Plattsburgh. The bar is quite nice for a franchise joint. Expect all the typical frills of franchise sports bars when in that area. Nice staff and convenient to order and eat at the bar which is where I usually dine when I step into this establishment. You come here you get wings. Period. I've never had a bad sauce here, but obviously we all have different tastes and preferences. What works for me might not work for you. The nachos are huge so buyer beware. They are a meal all its own. Give it a shot. The only real downside to this place is that it closes too early. I think they would do well if they stayed open later especially with all the hotels nearby. read more

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings yesterday and they have some yummy burgers. My son has the kids cheese burger with fries . We had lemon pepper wings & Parmesan wings they were amazing. The cheese curd bacon style burger was incredible with a IPA goose island beer.. kelly was our server she was very sweet.. I just wasn't fond of the Mac & Cheese tasted a bit too milky. read more

My wife and I frequent this place. We've eaten there 10-15 times. The food is very iffy. If you fry food it has to be served fresh. They often pre-fry the wings here and set them aside until an order is placed then re-fry them to get them back up to temp and when they do that they suck! They are usually overcooked and dry. It's quite obvious when they do that. They also do it with fries. They also serve cold fries that have been sitting around even when you ask for fresh right out of the fryer. If you can't fry something correctly then you have no business being in the restaraunt business. The service usually sucks as well. Management is to blame. The manager sets the standards and the wait and kitchen staff have to meet it. This establishment has no standards. Clean house and start over. It's wings.... really not hard to get right! read more

Located in the middle of the wal-mart parking lot BWW is a sore sight. As you are seated you will be welcomed by the staff and the painfully loud music. If you are lucky enough to get one of the tables in the middle of the floor you will be bumped into by customers and the wait staff. The food is "school cafeteria "quality but not cafeteria price. I suggest buying dinner at a gas station if you are looking for this type of food. The staff is nice and the table games are fun. I personally do not think there is anything SO SPECIAL about any chain of Buffalo Wild Wings. Yes it is good if you are a sports fan and want to come watch the games and drink some beer, and eat some bar food. But are the wings the greatest I've ever had? definitely not. At least there is somewhere in Plattsburgh besides monopole you can get wings now (because i would never eat chicken wings at apple bees or ground round) This location also gives the table iPads for your kids to play with .... because apparently kids cannot sit at a table for a meal these days with out some electronic distraction. read more

If we are in Plattsburgh, we go to BWW. My youngest son is a bit of a picky eater and they have always gone out of their way to make a grilled cheese for us even though it isn't on the menu. Wings are always good, we carry the s&v shaker in our house at all times and hoe the smoky adobo is available for retail soon. We have always had good service, cold beers, and good wings. read more

Was just in the Bdubs in Yukon, Ok. The food and the beer were GREAT. All the CRAP in the restaurant is beyond belief. All the plexiglas and barricades makes it nearly impossible to negotiate your way around the tables. I was in the bar. So, explain to me how that when I sit in the back of the bar I can smell the cigarette smoke from the front of the bar. If all your barricades work, why can I smell the smoke? I'm a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings! Even though the wings are decent the selection of sauces are plentiful. It's a great place to go with a bunch of friends and share a basket of wings. The food here is great. My friends like to go on Thursdays for low priced wings. However we have recently experienced poor customer service; our waitress would constantly roll her eyes at us, it took some of us 10 minutes to receive our order and others closer to 45 minutes, this server needed to be asked several times for one glass of water and would not respond verbaly.
