We waited 40 minutes to receive what should have been a simple order of a sandwich and tenders. Because we waited so long, we asked them to change it to a to go order. Waited another 10 minutes and it was brought out on plates. Asked for a manager. That took another 10 minutes. When we politely vented our frustration at the wait and not getting any communication, we were thanked for our feedback. Supposedly a printer issue was the cause. Why not let us know ahead of time? There was no offer to reduce the bill and we were told to have a "fabulous evening" as we left. Today we had absolutely terrible service. Took are order for drinks then didn't come back for food order for 15 min. The waiter Jeff didn't seem interested in helping us at all. It took like 30 min for food to come. The when it finally came it was extremely cold and seemed like it was sitting for 10 min and on top of that they didn't bring silverware abs we had to wait 5 min to get waiter attention then took him 5 min to get it. I love hot wings, yes I do. This is probably one of my favorite spots to eat them. I love the spicy garlic and my hubby always gets asian zing. I love that one too! And I've tried sooo many hot wings but I keep coming back to BW3, it's just something about the way they cook them and those sauces. Placed an order for carry out at 4pm for pickup at 6pm and still had to wait 30 minutes.

We went here Thursday evening Oct. 20th as a family..9 people. We get there and they say 20 min..ok no biggie. 35 minutes later they tell us they can sit us at 2 tables but they're close. Then it took 15 minutes for a server to show up. Robin was a horrible server. My daughter noticed they were getting ready to leave a big table right by where part of our party were seated. She asked if we could have that when they left and Robin said sure no problem. Then when the time came and we FINALLY saw the server again we were told by the person cleaning the table.."no we have people waiting"..seriously? . We saw Robin was very sparse at the table so we said we were ready to order when she brought our drinks. ..she said she'd be right back to take it....she wasn't. We ordered a couple orders of pretzel knots. 10 min or so after we ordered them she said they were out. She had to come twice to verify orders cause she said she couldn't read her writing. An hour after we were seated the food at one of our tables came..it was over 15 minutes before the remainder came. At that point we were told Robin had an "emergency" and had to leave and a guy took over. Then shortly another guy took over from him. I wish he had been our server The whole time cause in about 15 minutes he was at our table more than the she was the whole time we were there. I believe his name was Jeff. He was awesome. My daughter is from here and her family go there a lot and she said she's NEVER going back. Her and her husband were treating us all to dinner there. Not sitting us together got us off to a bad start and it was all down hill after that. Worse experience ever! I've never been to one of your restaurants and because of this I NEVER EVER WILL! If I could give this 0 stars i would. This place had been the worst restaurant in Portage for years. I would go in and sit down and wait an hour, sometimes 2, with rude wait staff just to get wings that were cold, barely sauced, and awful. My most recent experience here takes the cake, though. I ordered wings through the BWW app and it said i could pick up my order at 8:45pm. After i put in my card info and paid for the wings it said i could pick them up at 11am the next morning. I tried to call the restaurant to cancel the order or fix it and they left me on hold for 15 minutes. I went to the restaurant to fix it in person instead and had to wait in line for an hour just for them to tell me their machine was full and they couldn't take more orders while the host was seating people who came in behind me. They said they would refund me in 2-3 days but its now been 6. read more

Teenagers. That's all I can say when it comes to this place. I have been to several BWW but thiS ooze is terrible. The company increased the prices for a product that does not meet the cost. The staff are lack luster teenagers who have no work ethic and frequently make mistakes and poor food. When ordering to go check your receipt closely and the food that they review with you closer. Ugh...we waited 35 minutes for a wrap sandwich, and two orders of boneless wings. Fries came out 15 minutes before the food and they were cold. My wrap sandwich had absolutely no taste and I don't even think it was what I ordered. I was so hungry I ate it anyway. Well at least 1/2. Gross. I got a takeout of wings and some sides and had to wait 30 min after already waiting for the time it was scheduled to be done, AND the order was messed up. Typical B-dubs with one exception they have piss poor customer service at best. The general manger is a joke here when I had a problem is just walked away. The other manger that was in training lied to me twice. The staff at this location are slow and always mess up my order I think I need to try a different place for wings or maybe just go to a different location. Typical BWW. Decent service. Good wings. Got the mango habanero and spicy garlic. Both were cooked good and sauced right.

The place was packed when we showed up, but the bar area was a great option. Service is friendly and the wing are tasty.

Love the wraps and the hamburgers oh and the bloody marts and the lightning lemonade just delish

Well, it's a buffalo wild wings, so you know what you're getting when you walk in. That being said--we used to go there before midnight showings at the Portage IMAX as a pre-movie ritual, and basically every time it was awful service. Nothing like waiting around for your drink/your food/to have your order taken and seeing your server sitting at a table across the (mostly empty) restaurant area talking at length with friends every single time you go there to discourage repeat attendance. Went on Halloween and experienced by far the worst service I've ever had. We arrived at 7:30 was sat immediately by a really great young kid that was hosting. At 7:40 we still hadn't had a server come to our table. At 7:52, a manager on duty care to our table and asked if a server had came by. I told her no and that my husband was at the bar actually getting our drinks. I asked her if she could go ahead and take our order and she begrudgingly agreed to. At 8:20, the water and lemonade still hasn't arrived so I had to get up to find someone to bring it. At 8:30 our appetizer came out and then our food at 8:50. He manager came back to ask if we were ok and was surprised when we told her a server still hadn't come to our table. I ordered a beer from her and after 10mins, my husband had to go to the bar to get one. At 9:35, a waitress (for the FIRST TIME), came to our table and dropped off the check stating that the manager asked her to give us the check. We were charged full price for everything. In the end, the manager took the appetizer off of our check and never came to our table. I won't be returning to this location and would never recommend it. Being a big company like they are, I would think that 5 star customer service is in their training manual. read more
