We're regulars at Buffalo Wild Wings in Rehoboth and usually stop in weekly. Corey is one of the best bartenders we've ever had -- he's always attentive, friendly, and goes out of his way to make us feel welcome. He even remembers our names and our go-to orders, which makes the experience feel personal every time. The food and service are consistently great, which is why we keep coming back. The only downside is the ambiance. The jukebox is a fun idea, and we've paid for credits, but the volume is so low at the bar that you can barely hear the music-to even make out the song. On top of that, there is never sound on the games, which is part of why you come to BWW in the first place. I don't expect all games to have sound on. But at least one would make sense. Overall, we love the staff, food, and atmosphere in general, but a small improvement in sound would make the experience truly perfect. read more

My family of six drove a little ways out to come to the outlets and meet our brother in law and their kids for the day. We decided to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings as different families. We were told that since we walked in together we had to be sat together and could not get different tables. The hostess or waitress with purple hair who "greeted" us was not very accommodating. After stating we were two different families who wanted to sit separately a second time we were still told this could not be done. We decided to leave and go to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Milford. Brought my family in after the day at the beach and the restaurant was not busy. We got seated right away and waited 15 minutes, but no server had come to us. We had to go up to the staff and ask for a server, meanwhile the table next to us was served and their food was brought out. The appetizer came out quick, but the amount of meat and toppings was less than expected. The wings were alright but on the drier-side and did not look as appetizing as other BWW locations. The celery and carrots were frozen and there was ice on some of them. The restaurant got more busy as the night went on and there were many sports fans as expected, which brought out the liveliness of the place. Tried the one in Rehoboth twice, first time the actually locked the door almost an hour before they were actually closed and all of the workers were quite literally just watching tv and not doing there job, second time the service was awful, food came out late, server's with attitude. B dubs. What can i say? Love the bogo wings on Tuesday and Thursday nights, but my eyes are usually bigger than my stomach. And boneless, to boot! My kind of wings. There's almost too many flavor options to choose from! But I know my tastes, about a 3 on a scale of 5, where a 5 burns going in, and inevitably out too! I'll take a little kick but still enjoy without pain, thank you very much! There's always a friendly bartender to make a mean margarita. Some happy hour deals, too, on food and drink. I never know which TV to look at, there being almost as many screens as wing sauce flavors. I have never sat at a booth dining at Buffalo Wild Wings, and I've never really seen that many others doing so, either. The bar seats maybe 10, and there are high tops in the center of the middle floor, adjacent to the bar. This is where I like to sit when I visit. One word of caution, however, from first hand experience... if you've been eating even a mild hot wing with your fingers, wash first before you pee and wipe... Don't ask! Took our nephew here to celebrate his birthday on Friday. I'd never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings as their commercials focus a great deal on how it's a great place to watch sportsball and I do not care for that. I truly had no idea that they weren't a glorified Wingstop. I was legitimately surprised to find that they serve more than just chicken. We ordered SO much food and were so stoked that I completely forgot to take pictures, so you're just going to have to rely on your imagination. I mean, you know what nachos look like (though these come on a small tray, almost like a cookie sheet). My boyfriend got an order of Original Buffalo wings with bleu cheese for dipping. He said they were really good. He was the only one to order wings, though. He also got the Ultimate Nachos with chicken and chili, but they were out of salsa. We didn't miss it, but I do think the nachos could have used more jalapenos or chilis. And then the gorgeous Smoked Brisket Burger with fries. I got the Chopped Cobb Salad (boiled egg, bacon, tomato, bleu cheese crumbles, green onions) with the VIDALIA ONION VINAIGRETTE. That dressing is AMAZING. I haven't had a salad in ages and it was super satisfying. Our Nephew also ordered the Ultimate Nachos, just chicken. And the hand-breaded tenders (5) with fries. I blinked and they were gone, so they must have hit the spot. His boyfriend got the BACON SMASHED HATCH CHILE BURGER with fries. It was our first time meeting him and he stole my heart with his love of spicy things. We had a most excellent time. The restaurant wasn't super busy, our waitress was attentive, the music was good. What more could you ask for to celebrate a 16th birthday? Ordered 20 wings and large fries for takeout along with celery. The receipt showed all those items and in fact, it shows that it was checked by "MB". When I got home, there was no celery. Came here last night and was greeted and sat within a couple minutes since it was slow at the restaurant at the time. However, we didn't get a server or even water after 10-15 minutes of sitting at our booth even though 4 other servers walked past us without acknowledging us. Finally I had to get up and ask another server there for service. I explained our situation and how we haven't even gotten water after 15 minutes sitting there and the first thing she asked me was "did you seat yourself?" which I find is slightly ridiculous. Yes, I get that some people may seat themselves and complain about not getting service after but that is a question you should be asking the host/hostess that sat/did bot seat them rather than the customer. Afterwards, she brought us water and took out orders and food came out decently fast. We got the brisket nachos as an appetiser which wasn't great and lacked any brisket. For our entrees, we got 10 Bulleit Burbon traditional wings, 10 Hot BBQ traditional wings, 10 Thai Curry traditional wings, 10 Asian Zing traditional wings, and 10 Lemon Pepper dry rub traditional wings. Overall the wings were decent but I've had the Thai Curry wings at another BWW store before and the other store had a lot more sauce on the wing so I'm not sure why the ones we got here were so dry. Went on A Saturday night the first time since covid. I have felt comfortable eating out at any restaurant until this evening. Servers were taking off their masks to talk to tables and our server sat down at our table to take orders. The server also grabbed our water glasses on the rims to serve it to us. This is in general disgusting but especially during this time unacceptable. I would not return because of their hygiene. I might as well have been eating just boneless plain chicken bites. It just screams "CHEAP" to me. Every single time we go there our order is completely ruined. Very inaccurate, and always something missing. Last time it was fries, then it was wing sauces, didn't get the sides we ordered. Forgot our drinks and tried to say we didn't order them and persistently said they were in the bag that we haven't even left with. Didn't even get out of the door and simply just asked about them. Place looks cheap and dingy compared to the bww's in new castle county. I went in to pick up my order and no one was at the front. The place only had two people dining in and was pretty much empty. 4 employees were in a conversation at the bar and instead of asking me if I needed help they just starred. I've never been to one before and the food was good but I was a little taken aback by our bill. Not sure if the prices were jacked up due to the shore-town location. Hubs got a sampler platter (a selection of two kinds of wings with fries and a tiny cup of coleslaw); I had a snack size of wings and a side of cheese curds. Hubs had water and I got an ice tea. The only thing that saved this location was the kind waitress that served us today. Other locations of Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to (in New York) had much better service, management, and food overall. This location was almost completely dead and it still took a total of 30 minutes just to get our appetizer of nachos. According to the waitress it was because there were new cooks in the kitchen who kept messing up the food and having to remake it; alright. The waitress was very kind and said the nachos were on the house, which was a saving grace. Still, the food came almost 45 minutes after we arrived, was cold, and just wasn't great. Luckily, the waitress's serious attitude and her hospitality was what kept us from leaving. Worst experience ever at this establishment, two times my boyfriend and I have gone here to eat probably a little after nine pm each time and we sat ourselves in the high top tables and continued to wait 20 minutes to just be acknowledged let alone another ten before we had given drink orders. Spoke with Matt, a manager, who recently was recognized by Buffalo Wild Wings (BWW) for 10 loyal years of service. First time I have eaten in a BWW that wasn't a stand alone building. Also, from the front of the restaurant the facility looked small; however, looks can be deceiving. Once inside one forgets that this particular BWW is attached to several other stores.
