I am telling you that this place is just AWESOME... More TV's than anyone can EVER watch, and great atmosphere, especially with kids(or without!!)! We've been a few times now, and every time, the service is better than most of the super expensive places around here!! We are locals... we're used to service being sub-par during the winter... BWW has PROVEN THAT WRONG!!!! SUPER SERVICE service, allergy friendly (peanut free!!), and Fun atmosphere! In addition to great service and good food, each time we've been, the manager has stopped by just to say, "hi, how's it going?" SO FRIENDLY!! I really love this location. The wife and I go there every Tuesday at lunchtime for their Wing Tuesdays. Clean restaurant, clean bathrooms, and great food for a low price. If they had one problem it would be the service a bit slow and not really happy. Even though I've been going there every week for 2-3 years we almost never see the same face twice and we often overhear from the staff that somebody recently quit. The turnover rate must be really high and it makes me feel kinda bad for them not having steady employment. It's really annoying because I guess they're trained to ask everyone if they've ever been to Wild Wings before, and we're like yes, we're here every week. We should be considered regulars by now. read more

Needs to be DEEP CLEAN. EVERYTHING including seats and walls. I couldn't eat my food without keep moving my hand back and forth.

Put order in online. Only had one person working the entire takeout (including people walking in and putting in orders) on a busy football Sunday. They really need a separate line for those that put order in online so their food doesn't sit there getting cold while they wait behind others that are ordering. Got home and order was wrong, even after the girl working the register repeated word for word everything that I ordered. I am not sure the point of her taking time to do that, if they don't actually check the order when they hand it to you. read more

Really bad experience here. I ate here yesterday with my family and it was a horrible experience. We ordered wings, salads, and a burger. It would seem like an easy order to put together. We waited close to an hour for our food. The waiter didn't check on us. One of our party went to the bathroom and saw our waiter hanging out with the bartender at the bar. When he did walk to our section, we would have to wave him down for refills while we waited for our food. He didn't proactively check on us despite the fact that our glasses were empty and were obviously irritated and bored. The wait was ridiculous; like I said, we waited almost an hour. People that came in after us were getting their food which pissed us off even more. The manager made his rounds and stopped by various tables, but strangely didn't stop at ours even though I would crane my neck and make eye contact. He would continue walking past us. (We were not rowdy. It was inexplicable.) Eventually we waved him down and told him that we had been waiting for close to an hour and he went to check on the food. A couple of other servers FINALLY brought out our food. Some of the food (fries, burger, and garlic bread) was cold, so you could tell that it was probably sitting back there for awhile and was overlooked. The burger was so cold that we sent it back. My bro-in-law pulled off a small little unnoticeable nick of the burger patty. The burger came out a few minutes later nice and hot. We called out the manager and told him that we could tell that they nuked the burger because it was the same one (the burger still had the little nick of meat missing). He said that he could make another one, but we were so exasperated and hungry that we just ate the food. We still had to wave down the original waiter and ask for garlic bread and celery (you'd think that celery would naturally come out with wings). The manager was nice enough to comp half of our meal and offered to make food and desserts for us to take away. We said no. In the end, the wings were still great, but the service was absolutely horrible. We're never coming back to this BWW ever again. read more

So I just recently went to Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time and I've got say, not the best experience ever. Firstly, I went to the restaurant at around 6:30 on a Thursday so I didn't know whether to expect it to be crowded or not. When I arrived with my family and sat down at our tables, we waited for about 3 minutes before a women came to ask what we would like to drink, so already not a good start considering most other places have your drinks order the moment you arrive but I thought, it's my first time here so I can't really complain since I don't know how things are run around here. When the lady left I assumed she was our waitress for the afternoon but surprisingly a minute or two later another women comes by and asks for our drink orders. We told her we already ordered our drinks, and she revealed to us that she was in fact our waitress. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought she was probably busy so I didn't get so mad but as I looked around us, there was about 8 other waiters or so and the restaurant appeared to be half full. Whatever I thought. Suprisingly our food came out pretty quickly so atleast there's something to be happy about. Unfortunately though, she was missing my plate of wings. I asked her if my plate was ready or not. She replied with "you didn't order anything". I told her I did but she instead of apologizing she continued to argue with me and then finally checked our food order. She said"oops" and left to bring back my food plate.The food was okay. Anyway we needed refills on our drinks and we asked our waitress for a refill and she said ok. Ten minutes passed by and we still didn't have our refills. She finally came back to our table, empty handed, and asked if we needed refills, feeling pretty frustrated at this point, when she said "haha, feel like I already asked you guys this already." I preceded to laugh as well and replied with "haha, total dejavu moment." In kind of a bitchy voice. I ignored her glare and she left. She came back with our drinks and after a bit we asked for our check and two boxes. When she came back with the check, she was holding the littlest food boxes ever, like these were tiny burger boxes and we still had quite the amount of food left. We finally managed to fit our food in the ridiculously tiny boxes and left her with a dollar tip. Again, not really a nice experience but it was my first time there so I don't really know what to expect at Buffalo Wild Wings. Definitely not going there anytime soon. read more

After shopping the outlets, it was pleasant to walk in and be greeted immediately by the hostess and seated at a table. Our gracious waiter came shortly after and took our orders of jerk chicken sandwich w/fries and chicken tenders and popcorn shrimp w/fries. Our orders arrived within 10 minutes. Our food was very tasty. Prices reasonable. IMO one of the better franchise restaurants. read more

Didnt even stick around to eat. Came in, could clearly see empty booths and were told a "10 minute wait" for a booth but a high top was open. Told her we didnt care where we sat. She "went to check" then came back and said none were available. After 15 minutes without a word in our direction, we opted to go elsewhere. read more

This place is pretty terrible. Typically BWW is a good place to watch sports, but this place just blew. Service was so bad. Probably the worst I have ever had and they were not even busy. Our waiter spilled ranch all over our table and then completely ignored it. We asked for napkins and then he came back and placed the napkins next to the ranch he spilled, never even offering to clean it up. We had a person join our table a little later in the evening. He had to go to the bar to order because our waiter basically acted like he didn't exist. Didn't ask him if he wanted anything even once. We had to waive him down when we needed more drinks as he just hung out around the restaurant. The food was cold and not good. Only came to BWW while down the beach to watch the fights and believe me we will never come back. Would have been a better experience paying for it at home read more

I love wings and am quite the fan of BWW's concept of wings with varying degrees of heat. Went to this outpost of the chain with the family and came away unimpressed. It was a weekend, but the place wasn't exactly packed and yet it took them 10 minutes to get the drinks and another 45 to get the food. Even the kids meals didn't show up for close to 30 minutes...jeez, how long does it take to make mac and cheese? We're staying away from this place in the future..... read more

The service overall was good and I would put 3 stars but that means "A-OK" and it was not that. We got the Boneless Wings and they were nasty considering we paid almost $25 for them. They were thick hard batter chunks that you had to pick the chicken out which was also dry. When I mentioned to the waitress that there was too much breading and we had to pick through it to find the chicken she smiled and said, "Yeah well that's the best part" and walked away. I thought she would have offered another option, we basically left both orders and it was obvious we didn't eat much. So, we had our beers and went down the street for food because my wife said, "let's just go and never come back". Ah well, I expected much more as we used to go to this place weekly back in Michigan. read more

Usually this is not my type of place and I am not a big fan of wings.. First the staff is incredible. No attitude here. the menu is limited. The burgers are good, but for the price the meat is a little lacking. The wings are great.. again I typically don't like wings, but they knock it out of the park. Came here for lunch with boyfriend and my brother. We had two waitresses (one was new and training). Me and my brother ordered wings, boyfriend ordered a burger. We ordered drinks and the pretzel app, very hot and yummy dips with it. I ordered my wings extra extra crispy because I like the crunch. Had to wait longer for them but that's okay. What was not okay was that boyfriends burger came at the same time as wings because the burger and fries were stone cold. (Probably sat there waiting for wings to be done). Besides that, service with a smile and a good attitude trumps mistakes. read more

Stopped in on a Friday evening. Place was dead aside from a few guys at the bar. We were seated by a hostess and then waited for a server for 10 minutes before speaking to the hostess. She disappeared looking for the waitress so after a few more minutes we left. Will not be going back. read more

I was very disappointed with the wings I ordered as a carry out order. When I got home, I could see that they were over cooked and did not look fresh. They were either cooked before hand or not fresh wings to begin with. I was two far away to take them back, I threw a number of them away that were Dried out and rubbery. I won't be going back. Decided to go into establishment last night for some wings and other appetizer. They had special 1/2 off boneless wings. Not even 5 minutes went by and my boneless wings were at the table(if that is what you want to call them, CHICKEN NUGGETS). If I wanted nuggets I would of gone to McDonald's!! I'm from Wilmington, DE and I'd have to say I'll probably never go back to this bww location. The service we had here was horrible. Alicia took 10 minutes to come greet us (because she was arguing with the manager about who was going to take our table), we had to track her down if we wanted to order anything, and we had to double ask her for almost everything (water, straws, ranch, and the food was wrong). The manager said we were going to have our appetizer taken off the bill because of the mistakes but then they never did. We went on a Saturday night when the Eagles and redskins were playing and the tv volume was loud like we were in the movie theatre. We couldn't hear each other at all. I went in with low expectations and was still disappointed. The service was prompt but the food was horrendous, nothing is made fresh all of it is frozen or pre-made. The burger I got was lower quality than the kind you buy out of a truck outside a hardware store. I spent $30 for one of the worst meals of my life in a tacky, television clad shit hole. read more

Stopped in here again to give it another try. For the first time ever the place was jam packed full off people. The bar was full and almost every table. We ordered the snack size Thai boneless wings. They took a while but we were not in a hurry so it was fine and we got a few extra..alot extra which we assume was for the wait but not sure. They were not very hot temperature wise. Again I think this is all due to the amount of people in there. Seemed out of the norm. We will be back to try every flavor of wings. read more

waited an entire hour for food even though restaurant is practically empty. waitress put in order incorrectly and forgot order of french fries. ordered the buffalo mac and cheese and portion was not even half the size of what it was the last few times, also did not even have buffalo sauce on it. read more

First, great service my server was prompt and very attentive. Our drinks were refilled without me having to ask. I was drinking soda and got free refills. 2nd the place was clean and well kept. Absolutely amazing bartenders! Always smiling & super friendly! Atmosphere was awesome for Sunday football. As busy as they were on Sunday football the bartenders were attentive, polite and courteous. It was like they were happy for you to be there with them watching the games with them. read more

This place is hit or miss! The beer is great but half the time the wings I get are either dry or have very little sauce on it. I'll still go but they need to really improve the quality of their wings!!! read more
