Came to bdubs after a good session of Tuesday volleyball at 9pm. Thankfully the restaurant was not too busy as we came with a party of 10. Luckily we went during happy hour, so we were able to cash in on some half price apps and discounted drinks! I utilized my bdubs rewards and was able to claim my BOGO bone in wings (BOGO 50% if you are not a rewards member). My partner and I shared a 15 piece BOGO, and I opted for the dry rub salt and vinegar, garlic parm, and dry rub lemon pepper. I also got the happy hour fried pickles and onion rings. The wings were solid. Crispy and seasoned... sometimes too seasoned. You can see in the attached picture how much salt/vinegar was on those wings. It was an excessive amount, to the point where it made it difficult to eat multiple of without quenching your lips. The garlic parm is a solid flavor, and the dry rub lemon pepper was just okay, I would opt for the wet lemon pepper next time. The onion rings are ordinary but they do hit the spot. The fried pickles are also plain and simple, but they do the dish justice; my only complaint is that sometimes they fry the pickles and they stick to each other, so sometimes you'll get two pickles with wet batter in between, which is kinda bleh. The food came out in a timely manner as well, but the food didn't all come out near each other timing wise, which is a shame for our larger party since some of us had to watch the other people eat first (granted, it's late at night and staffing seemed light so I get it). Overall, I would maybe come back if I'm really craving some wings. read more

Believe the poor reviews. You are more likely to have a bad experience at this BWW location than you are a good one. This location has some serious operational and management issues. From the moment we arrived, we waiting close to 20 minutes to be seated despite there being close to 7 or 8 staffers running around chatting or arranging tables. It wasn't an incredibly busy night; just a crew with a lack of discipline. Finally, seated, it took another 10 minutes for our server to arrive with long waits between drinks and food. Speaking of food, our meal was served piecemeal: first my wife's wings; ten minutes later my burger; ten minutes later her cheese curds; 10 minutes later my son's mac n cheese, which was cold. Overall, a very bad experience throughout and we will not be back here. I recommend you avoid this location as well. read more

Disappointing. It's always disappointing at this BDub. Today was the worst. Sat at a table of 6 and waited for 20 minutes. Managers and wait staff avoided eye contact. I was the first to order for the group, as this was my first time going in 10 years and had the impression that I could order 30 wings and get 30 free. I asked the waiter if that was possible and they said it was. With the 30 wings, you are eligible to pick 4 sauces so I went ahead and ordered 8 different sauces (4 sauces per 30 count). The waiter was confused as they had the impression that I was going to do the 15 count BOGO (meaning 30 wings total). They explained to me after that it wasn't possible for the 30 count BOGO and asked if I needed more time, I said yes and to come back to me last, but they left our table as a whole and didn't take anyone else's order and didn't come back for 15 minutes delaying our whole table's order. read more

We've given this place numerous chances. For this chain and restaurants in general their service is subpar at best. Our latest visit had two tables in the entire restaurant and we had to flag the staff to get anything. The food is 4 out of 5 encounters warm to cold. The decor is what you expect from this chain. We were seated immediately, they seemed to not have a lot of staff, we ordered with our phone and the waiter came by and verified it. He was friendly and helpful. I ordered the street tacos and my wife ordered the chicken wrap both were very good. I loved coming here on Tuesdays!! My favorite side items are the beer battered onion rings, potato wedges and the deep fried pickles! If you've never tired the onion rings, you are missing out! I always come here whenever I want some wings. The service is great and I usually never have a problem until lastnight... I ordered my usual, traditional wings & my bf had ordered at the same time as me. My wings came out right after I ordered, I knew there was going to be an issue knowing it came out immediately after I ordered & my bf's didn't come out for a good 10-15 minutes. I ate them regardless, giving them the benefit of the doubt. Then I realized my wings were a little cold and tasted like it's been sitting in the heaters or bins where they keep the cooked wings in. I told my bf I have a strong feeling I'm going to get sick from these. We paid our tab, left and went home. 2 hours goes by and I'm feeling nauseous. I'm drinking water, trying not to vomit, and now I am so sick, I can't even keep water down. Slowest BWW in the country. Horrible service. They don't acknowledge you when you walk in... employees walking around, a guy at the register don't even acknowledge your presence. Then finally a server comes to seat us. The manager even walked by and didn't acknowledge us. This is the second time this has happened to us. The last straw is when they wouldn't let us sit on the patio with our well behaved dog on a leash?!? Really? What restaurant doesn't allow well behaved dogs on an outdoor patio? Seriously? Tried to do the curbside pickup. Arrived at the restaurant and clicked on the link to let them know I was there. Sat there about 10 minutes. In the meantime, another vehicle pulled up and someone came right out with their order. I thought OK, mine must be running a little behind but they definitely saw me out here so they know I'm here. Finally after waiting another 5 minutes I go in. I stand at the counter for another 5 minutes waiting for someone to help me. When I finally ask about my order they say "Oh, sorry, here it is." One day you'll go there it's pretty good then the next time you go there it's absolutely terrible. I can't lie, I love the BWW sauces! So many good ones especially the curry one, yum. The wings are always good too. I tried the chicken strips and burgers in the past which are decent. The apps I don't think are worth the price though. We ordered pickle chips and got a small amount of them. Place is always a little loud, but that's expected for a chain like this. Ordered wings for the super bowl. Ordered them at 6:30 in the morning. Showed up at 5, which is what my pickup time was. Was told to wait in the dining room and that they were only running 10 minutes behind. 45 minutes later, still waiting there. There was about 40 of us in the dining room waiting.. during COVID! 3 girls were standing around. Only 1 was actually going to get food. NEVER ONCE SAW THE MANAGER COME UP TO HELP. I did, however, see him standing where the kitchen was staring at the huge crowd. Once again, during COVID. The other people standing around said this happens every year and always when they order. We've been coming to this location for years. The service has always been great and the food quick. Unfortunately, the last few visits have left a lot to be desired. The food and the quality are the same. Hard to mess up when everything is just frozen and deep fried. Lately though, it's taken forever to get our food. Most recently, the restaurant was only a little over half full, we had a party of 3 and it took over 30 minutes to get our wings. Why?!?! Our server was still great but what's happening back in the kitchen? This has pretty much been par for the course lately. Rude staff!! I placed an order on the app, and I didn't realize the coupon I was using was only for specific days. App still let me place the order. I get to the restaurant and they say if I continue to use promos on the wrong days then I will no longer be allowed to get food from their location. It was not said it a nice way like maybe it was an accident. It was rude. So they were accusing me of doing it on purpose! This was the first time I've ever used a promo! I had no idea that I was doing doing anything wrong, it was an accident. I just wanted some food and placed an order quickly then I'm pretty much being called a bad person. Really not cool to accuse someone when they didn't have any idea anything was wrong. The app should have said it wasn't allowed. Maybe you shouldn't accuse people of scamming you when your app is the one who told me about the promos and specials. Then they only gave me 6 of the wings but I paid for 6 and paid 50% for 6 more. Geez - if you read the past reviews you'd think this place was a dump or a Walmart bathroom serving wings. Let me assure you, this place is just fine. It's not fine dining, and it's not McDonald's, it's a Buffalo Wild Wings... the service is fine, the happy hour beer prices are decent, and it's a bunch of fried food to scarf down when you have a buzz. Not particularly happy with this location. Have had issues 2 times in a row with items made incorrectly and delivered via doordash. So I call in and ask to speak to a manager to give them my feedback and am given the shaft by Brandon the gentlemen who answered the phone. Picked up there last night. Maybe the worst ran b dubs I've been too. I don't go to Buffalo Wild Wings often but I was picking up food for a friend and I waited at the front counter for 8 minutes before anyone even said a word to me. Had countless number of servers walk by and not say a word. I would understand if it was busy but it was not busy what so ever. Why do I keep coming to this place is a mystery to me and my taste buds. Maybe it is my partner in food crimes, my son, who drags me there every time. Maybe my craving for mediocrity at its best. Maybe it us my wallet situation at the time. Another chain sports bar location and like all other locations it is run by the cheapest person they can find usually supported by a bunch of high schoolers and college freshmen in the hosting and serving. The service is not very bad but the servers are overworked and disappear into the kitchen for long minutes while customers are yearning fir the attention that they will be billed for. The menu includes burgers and salads but is dominated by chicken wings. Several sauces are available and surely to satisfy almost everyone. There is no doubt that their signature sauce (buffalo) is the best and only comparable to the original back at Anchor Bar in Buffalo, NY. read more
