Have had lots of problems with service here... We usually order to-go, and twice the cashiers were unable to split payment between two cards. The first time they charged one order to the wrong card and couldn't fix it (that order was twice as expensive as mine) for whatever reason. The second time they could not figure out how to split payment at all. We always pick up right on time, and the food has been cold more than once. Sorry, but 2 tacos down the hatch and a beer while I waited and I really was unsure about the reaction my stomach was having about what else I may have unknowingly ate. They didn't charge me for the lunch Streetside tacos and salad which I didn't touch. But the beer I ordered after the tacos, to kill hair grudge should have been complimented. I'm still sick feeling and trying really hard not to go into the kitchen and see who's hair it was. Then my stomach heaves. Food with human or any kind of hair is unacceptable. This location's quality just keeps dropping. Be warned ordering delivery from here for several reasons. First of all there is a $5.99 delivery fee, which after tip, will leave you paying $32 or more for a single large wing order. I also feel like if you ask for your wing extra crispy or with extra wing sauce the kitchen goes out of their way to do the exact opposite of what you want. Several times I have ordered delivery asking for the wings to be extra saucy the show up with almost no wing sauce on them at all. You would think that if you are paying $30+ (or $1.50 per wing) for some wings and you wanted say, some extra blue cheese dressing they would actually give you some, but this location will only send a maximum of 4 half filled 1.5 oz ramekins which is hardly enough for 20 wings. At the end of the day, the prices just keep going up and Buffalo Wild Wings and the customer service has dropped to be less helpful to their customers than Time Warner or Comcast. TLDR; Price of food has shot up to cost anywhere from $1- $1.50 per wing depending on dining in or delivery and this Buffalo Wild Wings has become stingy to the point where they skimp you on condiments and just plain disregard any request you make of them. read more

The fried pickles were white and squishy and oily and disgusting. The wings somewhat saved the meal; they were good, but not great which they should've been considering the place is known for wings. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! The service here was almost non existent as it took a few hours to even receive our food, even though our waitress had maybe 4 tables to look after. The only good thing about our visit was the beer, although it took 30-40 minutes between each beer to receive the next. We put in our order for tenders and fried pickles (they have a late night happy hour deal for certain appetizers after 9pm) and we're asked if we wanted the pickles out first (which of course we said yes). We were then told our tenders would be a little bit due to some issue in the kitchen and that our waitress would bring them out as soon as possible, so we then ordered another round of beers and two shots of lunazul tequila (the menu listed a shot as $4) to pass the time. We then get our tenders 30-40 minutes later, which are missing sides of ranch we included in our initial order and we're cold and we're probably sitting there for a good amount of time. We then ask for our fried pickles and get those 20 minutes or so after that. We also asked for our 2nd round of beers and tequila and those also came out after another 20 minutes. By the time we had finished our food, the restaurant was pretty dead and we we're probably one of maybe 5 tables left in the place. We had one issue with our check as we were charged $8 a piece for the two shots of tequila when the menu clearly said they were $4, we brought it up with our waitress and we were told that it was happy hour pricing for those shots although it didn't say that anywhere on the menu. Our waitress kept helping one table while we had our payment ready for her to cash us out, but she rudely came back to our table and said "do you guys need anything from me?" Maybe this was partially my fault for not checking them at the counter, but I feel like it was mostly (entirely) actually not. A third time I returned to this location. Was it insanity? Was it a fear of going to bed hungry? I really don't know. But it was a mistake. A mistake I will never make again. I ordered boneless wings this time because I felt that they were near impossible to mess up. But the inevitable was at hand, and once again my night ended in both hunger and utter disappointment. Many thoughts entered my mind. Why do I keep giving this place my money? Why is it so difficult to maintain any kind of quality standard? How do I get that money back? Who is in charge here? Does anybody care? The answers to these questions will remain a mystery, and I will move on and learn from these atrocities.
