Will never return. Great food, horrendous service. Had the worst waiter ever, he got our order wrong which we weren't even mad about. But when we pointed it out he decided to tell us we were contradicting ourselves and there was no way he got our order wrong. Ashley is a very rude and unprofessional manager. On countless occasions she has been nowhere to be found when it is busy and employees need her the most. Unfortunately her demeanor has rubbed off on several of the other employees there. I have been to multiple Buffalo Wild Wings locations around the country and she is by far the worst manager or employee I have seen. Pretty sad... Got a combo with nachos, onion rings, wings and mozzarella sticks... nothing was hot... nachos were soggy and looked unappetizing. Wings were good.... onion rings way over cooked and lukewarm. I really dislike coming here but my husband liked it.. now he said he doesn't want to eat anymore. No wonder the place is empty. This place seems to get some bad reviews but I was really pleased with everything... The bar tenders were super nice & friendly... The waiters & waitresses were very accommodating & helped a lot with menu choices that were great! Drinks were great priced on happy hour... Patio sweeting was awesome... Not a good experience. I went for the second time and took my family for their first visit. Rough in many areas including rude and inexperienced or maybe just untrained hostess. She actually was so frustrated by my seating request that she called me an asshole to her coworkers in front of my daughter. Food overpriced and average at best. Wings are a joke. Not cooked all the way so cold toward middle. Rest of menu is mainly deep fried and soggy food with extra salt. Way to many great restaurants to waste time and money here. read more

Came in for the Seahawks game on a Friday night. The place was packed but what do you expect. Was seated in about 15 min which was great considering how packed it was. Wings is what they focus on an the sauces are amazing from sweet to I lost my liver spicy. This place is loud an tons of excitement I was exhausted when I left. My only reason to not give 5 stars is the rest of the menu besides the wings are a waste of time. Garlic battered mushrooms are frozen then thrown in batter u can taste the difference, the pretzels are as well, battered pickles ok should be slices not chips u loose the pickle taste. First time at this location, though I'm generally a fan of the franchise. I'm baffled by some of the other reviews. I thought the volume of the establishment was just fine (admittedly it could have been adjusted from the levels complained about). We were greeted and seated promptly, and served startlingly quick. Took my family of five there yesterday (9-02-14) around 1:00 pm and being open for few months you would think they would have the bugs worked out. I am not going back. Greeted at the door and seated right away but that is where the customer service ended. We were handed menus and daughter ordered coffee with cream. Waitress came back four different times and each time my daughter asked for cream and finally gave her only three servings; where most restaurants would give a small bowl with a handful of creamer; she had to ask for more cream; coffee was strong for her taste. Server noticed we heisted about ordering; I am unemployed and prices are high; so she finally gave us the lower priced lunch menu. After ordering it took over 30 minuets to get our order. Overall I noticed that the restaurant was not that busy and the music was a little to loud so they are catering to the younger crowd. Once our order came they got it totally wrong. One daughter ordered a crispy chicken wrap with ranch and it was not crispy and they forgot the ranch; and they other daughter order original wings and they came boneless. Husband ordered a Bloody Mary which was watered down and his boneless wings were over cooked. I think if Ramsey was in the kitchen I would have heard him yelling from the kitchen. read more

Me and my boyfriend have visited a number of times for games or hangouts with friends and always been happy with our experiences. They have a flavor captain that came around and let us try new sauces and appetizers they were featuring which was a nice touch to customer service. Servers have always been fast and friendly, being patient with us when we got the dry rubbed wings with 10 different sauces on the side! Great place as long as you don't have Gena as your waitress in the bar.. Poor, lousy, terrible, you get my drift, service. Had to chase someone down every time we needed something from silverware to a drink or sauce. She made the night terrible in her service. For the first time there, it was not a good experience. It's been 4 years since I've been to one and it's still as good as I can remember. Staff is friendly and the selection of drinks is good. The TVs are placed close enough so you will never miss a play. If sports doesn't interest you then don't forget to ask for a game pad to play some trivia, poker, miscellaneous games against people in the restaurant. read more

Took the hubs this trip for his first visit. We sat in the bar since the dining room was full - Sunday at noonish. Our server was very good - especially considering it WAS bar seating. She replaced my drink without me having to ask and removed things swiftly so our little table didn't get crowded. Same atmosphere of loud music, many many tvs and different people stopping by to make sure we were taken care of. Overall, a good experience. The only negatives would be that there was an upcharge for wedges - which was only 75 cents, but it wasn't mentioned, it was just asked do you want - fries, wedges, onion rings, etc. And you are charged for each sauce you get extra and 60 cents a pop. That seems rather high when it is just a little amount - and also not pointed out to us. But you can get lids for them and take them with you - also not told to us. So a bit more information about that would have been appreciated. The food was great - burger, flatbread pizza, mac & cheese, and mini corndogs. Excellent iced tea too. read more

I was very disappointed in my visit because my server was very rude her name was sable. I came in and it took them 20 mins to even give us drinks. And when we ordered our drinks she brought them and I told her my soda tasted flat and asked if I could have a new one and she sounded annoyed by me and just grabbed it and walked off and then came back with a new one and sat it on the table and then walked off and didn't even say anything. My chicken strips were really dry and she didn't even come to check in on us. I was very disappointed and most likely won't be coming back. I'm very disappointed with the service. read more

First, if you want to engage in conversation, this is not the place for you. The music is ridiculously loud! My family and I come here occasionally because they like the place, but we can't really enjoy each other's company due to the loud music. Second, each time I come here the quality of customer service is different. The servers either enjoy their job or they don't and it's directly reflected in their attitudes. One server was awesome and went out of his way to accommodate us, while the next visit found us practically begging for a meat substitute from a server who wasn't interested in helping the customers. I usually have the black bean burger which has been either cooked well or destroyed. The deep fried foods vary each time and lately have been subpar. Stopped in before the 5pm rush and ended up in the bar. Lots of wait staff but apparently our waitress covered the patio as well as we saw people come and go while we waited to take our order. Food was marginal, wife's salad had semi-green tomatoes (you'd think in sept finding red tomatoes wouldn't be hard..). We went in on black Friday. It was pretty busy but we were seated right away. Our server Brittney, was great! Quick with drinks, food arrived quickly and we liked that we could play trivia on their tablets while we waited. We would probably return if it weren't for the fact that the food was not very good. Burger arrived luke warm and had a weird cheese sauce they tasted like cheap nacho cheese dip. The wings were mediocre at best. I left feeling like I had just eaten a sit down dinner at the fair. I would have been fine with the prices if the food was really good, however I felt they were pretty overpriced for serving cold food and processed cheese food crap. TURN DOWN THE MUSIC - PLEASE. Great, fun sports bar. Good food, good drinks. It is tight in there as you are close to other tables and it has been full every time I have gone in. The very loud music cause people to try and over talk it, so it is impossible to have a great conversation with your table mates. I always feel relief when I leave and can draw in a breath of fresh air and quiet. Last time I was there we sat on the patio. Very nice and relaxing as you were not sitting on top of your neighbor and the music was at a decent volume. Enjoyed the patio heaters coming on when it got chilly. Poor design on the entrance. There is very little space for people to wait and you have to excuse yourself 10 times just to get in and out of the entry. To be honest the noise will stop me from coming back because it ruins what could be an outstanding experience. read more
