It gets worse.. when i got my food, I've went to my car and noticed.. THEY GAVE ME ONLY 5 PIECE BONELESS WINGS WHEN IVE ORDERED 10! 5!! 5!! F*CKING 5! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I went back, and they gave me 5 more.. embarrassing service. There goes them stealing my $1... August: online order... my app says that my food is ready. Went there, they said they were in a delay.. well.. that delay soon turned to F*CKING 40 MINS OF WAITING FOR MY DAM MEAL! yea... "soon". When I got my order, I've just said "40 mins". My order should've been ready as the app has said... July: as you seen from my pics, they gave me old celery that looks really disgusting. Earlier this year: again... they have me disgusting celery. Its obviously clear that these f*cks dont even check their food! THATS DISGUSTING! Conclusion... It's a shame.. it really is. My PAST 4 VISTS has been TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE SERVICE, NASTY FOOD, ETC! I ordered burgers from here via GrubHub. It's listed on GrubHub as Wild Burger, but it's actually the same place. The burgers were really good and worth the money! The burgers had a lot of meat and there were several varieties to pick from, with multiple, unique toppings. I especially appreciated that I could swap out the kind of cheese I wanted, since I don't like American cheese. I now want to go to the restaurant itself to sit down and eat to see what the rest of the menu is like. read more

We repeated the order back to her....she entered it wrong. I didn't know it was wrong until I waited 45 minutes...then had to wait for them to fix it. It was a bullpen of other patrons constantly asking when their order will be ready....but the I hear behind the counter state they are understaffed... The best part of the experience was the very professional young woman behind the counter and her name was Kayla. Giving 2 star because service was extremely slow considering it was not crowded. Waitress was socializing with friends and not really attentive. She was sweet and friendly but seemed forgetful. Servers didn't seem willing to help anyone else's stations or tables. Food overall was mediocre. Bar food , nothing different or special. Portions smaller than expected. We will give one more try . Great great service. Everything is about service for us. All the BWW we have been to, this is by far the best service experience. Jerry is hands down the best male and Molly hands down the best female. We dont have to tell them our order because they know exactly what we like. Molly remembers our orders to the T!!! She is so freaking awesome and for people who are particular about what they like, this makes all the difference. We know that when we come here our order is going to be right on... from the water to margaritas with sugar snd salt to our wings to our fries extra crispy. Jerry is bad as bad bad ass!!!
