My boyfriend and I ordered some Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner and I'm very displeased with the quality. My salad which was $11 was the size of what should be a side salad didn't have more than half of the ingredients it was supposed to. I didn't get any tortilla strips, jalapeños, corn, Pico, or dressing. The lettuce is wilted and going bad and I kept finding brownish liquid all over the leafs. I get that this is a wing place, but don't charge me $11 dollars for a salad when I can get a better salad from A fast food place for a quarter of the price. This is the second time ive come to this chain and first time at this location. It's new so i get it. They're going to mess things up. We ordered the street tacos, kids mini corn dogs, and the small order of traditional wings w original buffalo sauce. The booths were so tight we barely had room for our feet! Bad space planning! They has two different menus and one was missing a page. Asked the waiter and he said he didnt do it when they were making them. He might know who did. Ok... So. It wasn't busy at all around 2:00. Didn't get the food until 3:00. Four tables that came after us had eaten and one was already done. Wow. Manager came by 15 minutes into the meal. It was going ok by then. Our waiter - took our drink order, three waters w a lemon and a Sierra Mist. Here's the weird part. He had the third water. Decided to give it to the table behind us and never came back. 20 min later, we reminded him and he brought it. After two more visits promising the arrival of our food, he brought it. The wife said the tacos were deecent and our daughter ate the corn dogs. She spit out the mandarin oranges bc they were turning to mush. And then the chicken wings. Terrible! Ive never had such awful wings. Ive been in some divey bars and those were better after a few drinks but since i wasn't drinking, not gonna fool this guy. It was like the sauce had soaked into the wing but the outside was dry and bleh. The wing itself was large and meaty, full of GMOs to feed the masses. There was no sauce and if you want a good wing with saucy flavor, go to Epic Wings. They know how to wings right. This place sucks and that whole show cost me $40 including the tip. You couldn't get me to go back there unless it was free and they assured me the issues were fixed. The managers aren't checking the food as it goes out. They're gonna sink this place so fast. The only thing going for it is the bar. Luckily, south Temecula needs a good drinking hole and this fills that void. Other than that, the food was bad. Oh. The waiter brings both ranch and bleu cheese. Asked for ranch - he doesn't know which is which so he said he thinks the thicker one is not ranch. read more

Slowest service ever. Yes, I understand it is a brand new establishment, but the experienced trainer who is helping launch the opening is giving horrible advice to her fellow employees. Came in and saw several empty tables and was told there is a 30 minute wait time. Looked over and saw two tables that seat six people with only two people seated. Once seated (at one of the several original open tables), we waited well over 50 minutes for our food to arrive. It is chicken wings for crying out loud! I hope they improve their service quickly or else people will not tolerate the wait. There is another well-established BWW 15 minutes away. read more

They opened 4 days ago, staff is young but they do try to make it all good, music iS EXTREMELY loud even for a sports bar. We went on a Saturday for lunch, there was about 50% capacity and mostly families with young kids, no need to have music blasting at high volume. I've visited so many Buffalo Wild Wings locations all throughout California and this was definitely my Favorite. Food was amazing, the employees were very energetic and happy. Good food & drinks! Not only we're the drinks great but so was Marisa's customer service! Will definitely be coming back to this location.

Didn't have any food, but the location is legit. Music is on point and lively, and I have never seen so many TV's in my entire life!!! Drinks are reasonable prices, and the servers were extremely friendly. A bonus, is that they are open till 2am on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights!! Nice to have something open late that serves food and drinks on this side of town finally! read more

Charged my card twice and still haven't gotten my money back. Spoke to two managers about it and they never got back to me. When I went in to ask about it people were complaining about not getting waited on in the restaurant. Not to mention the s$@! the wings gave me. Terrible service and food. read more

I ordered a cocktail and received it not topped off which I was not impressed with so I take a sip and it was horrible. This is a great place to watch games, grab a cold beer and some good bar food. The service is always spot on, super friendly and always checking to see how you're doing. I'm not sure where the negative comments are coming from, maybe it's take out, because the dine in is spot on. It's also nice to have sound for games, like a sports bar should have. I just wanted to say that I had the friendliest chat in takeout yesterday afternoon! I walked in to place a takeout order with (I believe her name is) mia and she was so patient with me and very friendly! she helped me pick sauces because I had never been here before and when I had went home those turned out to be the perfect choices. She told me that it would be about a 10-15 minute wait for the order so I sat down in the lobby. She then asked how my day was and we got into a friendly chat to pass the time. she went to grab my food for me and had asked if I needed anything else before I went while we finished up our chat. I have never had a positive experience in the food industry like this with servers or cashiers. Needless to say she had made my day! The food was also delicious. Super Bowl Sunday: I had pre ordered wings to be picked up at 2pm. Called to confirm my order a couple days ahead of time. Got there at 1:40 and I knew I would have to wait.
