Nice roomy place in a little strip mall on the way to Interstate 80 or the World Music palace on Harlem. The restaurant itself is very loud and has kids running all over the place...so this one is a family place and not a college watering hole. Been going to this location since high school(I'm 24) and I loved it then but now I realized its just "ok". The staff have ok service and the food is ok. I always get the same food, wings-asian zing and bbq. Their alcoholic drinks always seem watered down but I do like their lemonade. I'm normally not a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings but I was pleased my experience at this location. We had a party of 5 and was seated right away. Our waitress was very polite and professional. The food came out fast and actually tasted good. I had the honey bbq grilled chicken salad. It was very tasty, I liked how spring mix was used instead of iceberg or Roman lettuce. My husband also said he enjoyed his meal more at this location than others he'd been to. It's in a strip mall so there is plenty of free parking. read more

I visited this location for the first time last night with my boyfriend, and I have to say the service at this location is really not so great. I visit Buffalo Wild Wings quite often and I have never had a worse experience than last night. To start off, we went up to the hostess stand to see how long of a wait it would be for 2 people. We had to stand at the hostess stand for almost 10 minutes before someone finally came and helped us. The girl who was working the hostess stand was extremely rude and didn't even address us when she got there. I asked her how long of a wait for 2 people, and she rudely said "I need to see your IDs." This was around 8:45 pm. Now I have gone to BWW numerous times late at night and I have never been asked for an ID unless I'm ordering alcohol. Of course we complied, but she was extremely rude in the way she said it. After she took our IDs she told us we could go sit in the bar area and walked away. Horrible start to our visit. We picked out a table in the bar area and had to wait 10-15 minutes before our waitress came to our table. She was not rude like the hostess was, luckily. But she rarely came up to our table to ask how we were doing or if we needed anything. When they brought out our food, we had to find her to ask for silverware and napkins and that alone took 10 minutes to get to our table. The atmosphere was nice for a late lunch, not a lot of people the music wasn't blaring and the servers were attentive. The food was served in a timely manner. I actually had to wait a while before eating it because it was so freshly cooked. As for flavor, the Chili ...OMG, definitely has a little kick to get you going. It was spicy with cheese baked on top...very nice. The chicken not fried as hard as I prefer and could use a little salt and pepper to it maybe before cooking otherwise it was also good. After I received my appetizer she checked on us once so fast I wasn't able to order a refill on my drink. When our food was delivered I asked for a drink and she told me I will go get your waitress. After she left I realized I was also missing ranch. So finally I waved down a manager and asked him for a drink. He told me he would get my waitress. She still never showed up. I could then see her in the distance hugging and taking to people that looked like maybe friends. I had to wave down a manager again and ask for my drink. Ranch. Napkins. And a water because now I was without a drink since my appetizers. I asked him where is our server because we have seen her since appetizers. I finished my burger before I received anything else. I finally got my stuff from the manager. And then the server finally showed up with out an apology or anything at all. The other reviews made me a bit hesitant to try this place but I ventured forth. At 6 pm on a Wednesday, I was seated right away. My server, Regina, was there to take my drink order. There was a good selection of beer on tap. I opted for iced tea! The special was chicken tenders for 1.50 each. Lemon pepper was my flavour and added a side of buffalo chips. The wait for food was a bit longer than expected. The chicken was tasty. Buffalo chips had to be sent back to be cooked some more. Soggy and gross. Round two they were crispy and very good. I think I keep coming back for the Spicy Garlic- its soooo good- I buy the bottles and bring them home. I drove the distance from Chicago to Tinley Park to meet a friend for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. There was no wait, though I did feel it was a lot of diners given the time and day. I decided to get a salad, as I really don't like the soggy, undercooked bone in chicken, or the HARD, crunchy overcooked boneless chicken. We had some type of Southwestern Egg rolls for appetizers which were not that good- though they were piping hot as if they had just been fried up. I created a salad with ranch dressing,bacon, onions, and spicy garlic chicken strips- it actually was ok, and a large enough portion, which I couldn't finish. So the rest went to waste, as the lettuce were fully wilted a couple hours later by the time I got to work. For two people, appetizer, 2 salads, and 2 cokes the total was about $25. Better than Wingstop- which I would give less than 1 star- but Hooters reign supreme in this chicken war! In other news- the alcoholic beverages are good. I have tried the dessert on a separate occasion and did not like that either- I believe it was the cheesecake. read more

Just like the other BW3s, the food doesn't rip my face off, but it's OK, and a great place to hang out with friends, watch a fight, the Bears game, mow down wings, and socialize. The wait service is good. The last time I was here, we did get a waitress with a little more sass than I'd like, but she was good at her job. We had a server that was so helpful I thought we could be her only table (but she had others). We had constant refills and our appetizer came out fast. Our wings took a little longer but was worth the weight. The menu has changed at bww and you now order by small, medium, or large wings. You don't know the exact number now, so I'm guessing they weigh them to keep costs down. Also, the garlic mushrooms are my favorite. I'd definitely come back here again. read more

I would like to start off by saying, this is our favorite location. We frequent the BDUBS Tinley and are usually overly satisfied, with that said, the lack of service and food quality that we had experienced during our most recent visit was by far and away the worst we have seen since we started coming to this location. It was a busy night, the restaurant was packed, but, I'm sure every Thursday is. It took at least a half an hour for wings and burgers, our burgers arrived warm and our wings were dry, I've been in desserts with more moisture, they tasted as if they were under the heat lamp for the entirety of our 30 minute (maybe longer) wait for our food, our server stopped by one time, forgot our dressing, there was no ketchup, the burgers were sloppy and the sides seemed small. We were only a party of 4, 3 burgers and wings... We will be back, but a repeat visit will push us toward orland location. Terrible experience started yesterday, i tried to order online multiple times and it kept saying unavailable, so i called just to make sure their website wasn't down, employee stated their website was working fine and to try again, still wasn't working. After about 10x of trying we just gave up. So today, we decided try again when we finally got through we ordered 30 wings, and potatoes wedges with cheese ( 2 orders). Our order was completely wrong. No cheese on our potato wedges and even the sauce on our wings was wrong. I'm extremely disappointed in their work. I understand you have many orders right now with everything going, but that is no excuse to have mediocre food. Wasted a whole $50+ just to be unsatisfied. I use to come here all they time, but I came here two nights ago with a pretty large group, I let the hostess know that it was a large group and about ten of us and right away you can tell she had an attitude. When we were sitting we all ordered our drinks first and then our food. As she returned with our drinks some people didn't receive what they asked for and instead of her fixing it she just said "I didn't hear you say that" and walked off. Then as we were waiting on our food, one person in the group received their wings with barely any sauce on it, he sent them back to get more sauce, and she returned with his wings soaked in the sauce as it was funny to her. One person order was cold, and I ordered a meal that was supposed to come with fries but didn't receive them. The manager came out and fixed the problem professionally. TLDR : This place is a mess just go somewhere else. We called ahead of time for a reservation of 20 for a birthday. They don't do reservations apparently and told us to just come in. Once we did the wait was about 40 minutes which was expected. What wasn't expected was, they gave us one waiter for 20 people. The waiter couldn't seem to get any of our orders right. We waited almost an hour for the food. Just for it to be wrong, and many of us didn't even have our full orders. We requested silverware which never came so we had to go and get it ourselves. We also had to chase the waiter down for refills because we had nothing to drink on any of our partial meals for an entire 40 Minutes . The icing on the cake? Today was the worst experience i've ever had at a restaurant. Our server was Timothy and he never came up to our table to ask if we wanted refills till we were done eating the food. One person asked for caramel and never received it. He asked again and still never got it. We asked for our checks and still had lots of food on the table and he never offered boxes. We had 4 separate checks and two paid with cash. HE DID NOT GIVE US THE CHANGE BACK. We would've tipped him but since he wanted to keep our money we did not because the money he stole was his tip. Awful service. We weren't approached once while eating to see if everything was okay. It wasn't very busy at all. I understand if he was new or busy but this was ridiculous.
