I'm usually a bigger fan of Native New Yorker ,especially after I tried these guys in Casa Grande. However I tried these guys again tonight at this location in Tucson and Mmmmm was it good. Great wings, great salad and very young but friendly staff. One little gal was very attenative to everything from trash on the floor to seating customers to checking on my to go order. Very impressed....hope this is always the case there. But I give them a thumbs up. read more

I am a manager at a native grill and wings, Some friends and I ate here a couple of nights ago and it was the worst guest service I have ever had. We waited at the front to be seated, servers and other staff walked by multiple times and not one person greeted us. We ended up having to flag a server down to see if we could just sit anywhere, Then not only did she not give us an exact answer she told us it would be easier for her if we sat at a high top table where there was open seating. While the service was good, the taste of the food was awful. When you order a hamburger you expect it to be full of flavor, this one tasted awful. It was dry, there was a freezer burned taste and it made me sick to my stomach. They need to use fresh meat and up their game. read more

The Irvington BWW falls short in some way on every visit. I live and work nearby and this place has the best TVs on the SW side of town, so I end up about once a month. Given the repeated disappointments with the food and service, that's more often than I prefer. Food is generally good, except boneless wings are always overcooked and have very little sauce. I'd say 80% of the time I receive subpar service. These girls have attitude! My only other complaint is the poor TV control. It's not unusual on a college football Saturday evening to have some TVs showing NFL promos. read more

A pretty standard B-Dubs experience. We went on a Thursday, so a pretty big crowd for boneless wings. I did feel like it was excessively loud, even for a sports bar atmosphere. The TV volume was up quite high, making people shout over it and raising the overall noise level in the room. Turning down the TV would be an easy enough fix. Our service was fast and our server was pleasant. Our meal was as expected. I don't go there for a gourmet meal. I have noticed, however, that BWW wings have gone down in quality at all locations. They used to be great but now seem to have a lot less meat and mostly breading that gets overdone in the fryer. Still, for 65 cents a piece, it's fine. All in all, if you frequent BWW, you'll find this one to be on par with most others. If you haven't been before, keep your expectations in line with what it is: A chain sports bar with pretty standard food. If you go in expecting fancy, you'll be disappointed. If you expect a decent meal at a decent price, you'll be fine. We have visited another location in town that was not all that great, so this is the location we will most likely return to. read more

Beware of wrong pricing and dishonest employees! My wife and I stopped in for some beers and to play Buzztime trivia. After ordering my first tall Bud Light (22oz for $3.25) my wife saw that they were selling 38oz pitchers for $5. That comes out slightly cheaper than the tall beers, so we ordered the pitcher. After the check came (and unfortunately we paid it before we saw the error) we noticed that we were charged $8 for the pitcher (60% more than we should have been). When we asked the bartender she said the $5 price was only for Sunday football days. I explained that I could have gotten more beer (44 oz) by ordering two tall beers for $6.50, instead of 38 oz for $8. Why were they even selling pitchers? The $5 was written on a chalk board, so I asked why it hadn't been changed to $8 for the day we were there. She said she didn't know who was responsible for doing that, and she wasn't authorized to give us the difference back. I asked to speak to the manager to get our money back. After waiting 5 more minutes we were told the manager wasn't available, and no one else could give us a credit. This will be our last visit to this Buffalo Wild Wings. I'm sure we can find dozens of other places to drink and play trivia that are more honest than they are. read more

BWW is the place to go on the southside of town, apparently. It's always pretty packed with a few exceptions, which in my opinion is the reason for less than average service. Most people don't like excuses, but I had a feeling that they were trying. I must admit that the service has took a huge turn in service as of the past few months. I don't know if it has to do with new managment or better employees, but I definitely have noticed a change. The food is ok, but what's ecpected from a bar and grill... Bar food. I had a server with tattoos and big holes in his ears and he was a great server, very polite and attentive. All in all I'll be coming back because of the tv's, good wings (not boneless) and if your lucky a good server because there are a few like the one I had that make the experience good. read more

My brother and I went up to the stand where they keep track of who they're going to seat. I was told it was going to be a 5 minute max wait and they just needed to clean up a high table. 10 minutes pass by and a handful of parties are sat, then a large party of 6 is sat. I go back up to the stand and ask why it's taking so long and why so many people have been sat before my brother and I especially a party of 6. I was told my name was erased and was never put back on the list. Then a hostess who was VERY RUDE, and gave me unnecessary attitude said that she added me to a different list(which was false). I said it's already been 10 minutes when I was told it was going to be 5 so how much longer will it be now? She replied probably another 10 as she raised her voice towards me. I will never be going back to this Buffalo Wild Wings. The customer service and the way the situation was handled was terrible. I am extremely disappointed and will be telling everyone I know to not go to this location. read more

1st time I had ever been here and I may return. Food and drinks were solid. Bartender was OK. He was there but NO conversation and he did not look the part. The only reason I give 2 stars instead of 1 is because the food is good and at a good price too. Oh they also serve a hard cider on tap which is a plus. Unfortunately everything else goes down hill. I have been to this restaurant and for lunch it is always great service. Dinner on the other hand 4 out of 5 times the service is HORRIBLE. Tonight we sat out on the patio which was a perfect night for it. We waited 15 minutes before I got up to get a manager because not one person had ordered drinks or even said hi. It wasn't even really busy. There was no wait for seating. The manager followed me and took our drink order. The nice thing was he did cover our first round of drinks for the mess up. They started to get a little busy so I'll cut the server some slack on his slower service. When the food came out the delivery person (not our server) just put all the food down in the same spot. We all had to figure out what the plate was and then pass it around. I'm completely ok with that if we are in a booth and the delivery person can't reach or would have to reach over people but we were outside on a round table for 4 people with PLENTY of room all around. I know management has changed several times since they opened up but it seems none of them can get it right. I guess we will just have to go to another location which stinks because this is closer for us than any other locations. read more

Worst BWW location I've ever been to. Servers couldn't even be bothered. One comes to take your order. Brings back your drink. Some time later a guy throws down your wings in the little paper cartons. Somehow he balances a dozen of them on his arms. You have to ask for silver ware. Don't expect to get a refill. They blast heavy metal in there like you are front row center at a hair band concert. Also, theirs isn't good like most BWW locations. It has an over-crisped quality to it. read more

You need to go here with proper expectations. The service is not going to blow you away, it will be mediocre. They clearly have a high turnover rate when it comes to servers because I've been there quite a few times and never have the same server twice. But if you want tasty wings, there have an insane amount of flavors to choose from. Some of my personal favorites are Asian Zing, Spicy Garlic, and Honey BBQ. The Asian Zing also makes a great dipping sauce for their popcorn shrimp. So if you go expecting good bar food and want to pig out on some wings, you'll have a great time. If you are expecting great service and a fancy meal, you're at the wrong place. read more

I went there for the first time in like one year again and the waiter charged my card for my check and someone else's check. The manager contacted me and didnt kno what to do about the situation so he had to call his supervisor. They ended up refunding my card for the amount they over charged my card but I think that the manager could have at least offered me a gift card for all the trouble it caused me to go thru. I am not one to give places bad reviews. This place is known for having consistent bad service so you already know what you're getting when you dine here. Hell, I usually have to talk my buddies into going here all due to their notorious bad service. This time, they really outdid themselves even for the low expectations associated with this particular BWW. I walked in and there was a girl cleaning the glass to the front door. She smiled, greeted us and even opened the door for us. I was wowed. I actually thought I was in for a decent dining experience. Nope. That was the end of the pleasantries. From then on, the service took a deep, long plunge into oblivion. We walked in and it took several minutes for the hostess to notice that we were waiting to be seated. Obviously because she was too busy chatting It up not paying attention to the ONE job she is responsible for. Finally, someone walks by and brings it to her attention that we are still standing there. So we finally get seated. The server introduces himself and takes our order. The food was pretty good and fresh. It came out surprisingly fast. We like the spicy Mango Habanero wings. I am pretty tolerant to spicy food but these wings usually give me a good run for my money. So we are working through our meal and our drinks start running low. We start looking for our server for much needed refills and he's nowhere to be found. He came within a couple of tables and I tried getting his attention but he just walked away. Our drinks are gone to the point were I am munching on ice to keep my mouth from burning. Still no sign of our server. We stopped eating. We stopped talking. At that moment it was all about getting some emergency refills. I finally just grabbed some other server that happened to walk by our table. She asked "Where is your server?" I told her I had no idea but that we needed refills ASAP. She was nice enough to bring the refills. So finally we continued our conversation now that the smoldering fire in my mouth was in the process of being put out. Towards the end of our meal I asked the server for the check well in advance. (because I have been here before and know how long it can take to get the check) He asked if we wanted to go cups and I said no thanks. So the guy then picks up our drinks (you know, the ones that he did not refill and that we were not done drinking) and takes them away. I mean, who takes drinks away before you are done with them???? He didn't ask or anything. He just took them away. To be honest, the fiery inferno that was my mouth was still going strong. I was so pissed off!!!!!! (Hence this review) I was still considering leaving him some type of tip. Surprise, surprise.......NO TIP FOR YOU!!!!! It's almost like he doesn't know that they serve freaking hot wings and that people will need drinks to put them down. Maybe someone should break the news to him like in training or something. We were so relieved to finally leave this place. I will not return to this BWW EVER!!!!!!! I walked out without saying a word to anyone. Frankly, I am not surprised at the amount of negative reviews that this place has on yelp. They all kinda say the same thing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BWW!!!!!! After our experience with Kari (our waitress) at this Buffalo Wild Wings we will not be returning. After ordering drinks we waited ten minutes for a strawberry lemonade and didn't even receive a water we had asked for. I had also expressed that I was interested in their drink menu, but didn't receive it until after we had received our food. Once she dropped off the drink menu she didn't return until we had two wings left. By that time I had already placed my ID on top of the drink menu and she ignored me even though she passed by our table multiple times. Even when she asked if we wanted dessert she still didn't ask if I wanted a drink. Usually I am used to waitresses or waiters asking how our Meal is shortly after receiving our food. The fact that she didn't ask how our food was until we had two wings left shows her utter lack of attention to our table. We also waited fifteen minutes to receive our check after asking for it. She then took an additional ten minutes to pick up my card and the patio only had one other table present. Although I look really young I am in fact over twenty one and would be happy to prove it with other credentials. I don't mind people asking for further proof. In contrast, I find it extremely offensive to be ignored because we look too young. I believe she ignored our table due to our perceived age. I would have happily ordered a beverage and tipped her well for her hard work but I don't believe she worked very hard at all for our table. I know "young people" have a bad reputation when it comes to tipping but this is no excuse to ignore tables. Reputations can be deceiving, much like the good reviews I've heard through word of mouth about this location. read more

ok. First of all the service from the waitress was good. So when we got there the hostess had us waiting for about twenty minutes even though there were plenty of empty tables. We had to pester the girl to be seated. Then after that they sat us down and we began to order and was appalled by the ridiculous price. So we figured what the hell let's try it. Big mistake! After an order of large wings that costed twenty dollars for twenty boneless wings and four sauces.1drink and four waters. 6.50 for 6 mozzarella sticks and 5 bucks for frys that were very small portioned.Also the frys sucked.period. Now for the highlight of the evening. The wings tasted like Walmart specials that were fried once and them microwaved. The kids ate some of them and we adults ate the rest. The teriyaki ones were nasty to me but I thought the kids would eat them since they are sweet. (Buzzer sound) wrong! The mild and medium were ok but then the chicken was obviously made from mechanically separated chicken pieces.(look it up)like a McNuggets but not as blatant.) Well after we ate and paid the ridiculous price which was 48.14, we tipped out the waitress and left feeling the burn. Not from the hot sauce but the fact that I actually paid for the meal. I wish I could get my money back.I guess you live and learn and don't expect good food even if it is over priced. I am sorry to say I would not recommend the place.Also for a Monday night in the of season and I would think they would put on the tv some kind of sports which there were a few. Although we asked if they could switch the channel to Wwe wrestling so the kids could watch. They said they couldn't find the channel. What a waste of my money and time. Would rather have went to Peter piper pizza and for fifty bucks at least the kids would have liked it.By the way wwe is the USA channel if I am not mistaken. well I have gone plenty of times and some are hit and miss I never had gotten the to go order and when I looked up the number after about 10 attempts which it just rang and rang and then went to a fax beeping I thought this was weird so I took to the web and found several people saying they just don't answer their phone well that's great business you got here and when I called another BWW the manager was no help and I told him the issue he said I will call over there and let the manager know,,,,,after I had just mentioned they don't answer their phone so thanks for the WORST customer service by the way I called back again finally got someone to answer the phone and the "to go person" put me on an infinite hold and I finally gave in when I was trying to give you the benefit of the doubt so good job of screwing easy money from me that went somewhere else and I love BWW but your service and employees obviously have gone done hill !!!!! read more

the food was ok, barely. the service sucked. i went to the bar and intially the watress was helpful and told be the drink specials and pointed out the lunch specials on the menu. i said" start me of with a beer while i look over the specials". that was the end of the good service. after deciding , i laid the menu down and patiently waiteed for her to come back to take my food order after wtching her gab with another customer or friend for 10 minuts, i finally yelled at her to get her attention to please take my food order. after a considerable wait, a different watriss brought my food order. it obviously had been sitting under the warming lamps for some time. the frys were luke warm and tuff like they get from sitting to long after being fried. the cole slaw was bland. . then after i was done eating i had to wait way to long for her to take my credit card and process it so i could leave. what else can i say? read more
