The food here was on par with other BWW locations. My go-to here is the lemon pepper traditional wings, which were great, as expected. Our server was very friendly, but the service was a little on the slow side. Granted, this was during a playoff game, but I've been to other BWW locations many times during playoff games and service times didn't really seem to be affected by it too much. If I'm in the area, I'll likely choose to go to the Fairfield location instead next time. read more

Bartender SUCKS here, my fiance was standing right in front of her for a good 7-8mins and she didnt even acknowledge him so he came back and told me to go while he waits in front for our name to be called. Save yourself the effort and go somewhere else... This was the second time we visited this BWW and it was the second time that they got our order wrong. Both times we placed our order online and made the mistake of not checking our order before we left. The first time we received "boneless" wings when we ordered "traditional". The second time I made sure to check that they were traditional, but didn't realize that they'd only given us "10" of our "20" wings. When I called to make them aware, I was told that I would need to bring the entire order back to the store, which I found completely unacceptable. I've worked in food service before and I know just how awful and ugly some customers can be and I understand that mistakes happen, but that being said, I'm supposed to make my family stop eating dinner so that I can take it back, all just because they made a mistake?! Seriously?! Although it won't impact the overall profits in the slightest, we will NOT be coming back. To the credit of the manager, who (at his request) now has a photo of our half-eaten food on his cell phone, they did give us an additional 10 wings. However, at the end of the day, I don't need more wings, I need my order to be filled correctly the first time so that I don't have to get up from the dinner table and drive back to your fucking restaurant. This BW...has gone so far downhill...this used to be a great place to eat and drink. Its like they are saving $ by shorting the staff...always a wait when there are empty tables...always a wait for food and bar drinks. Hate to add to the growing list of negative reviews, but this was one of the worst take out experiences (if not the worst) I have ever had. I'm not going to drag this out so i will get to the point. We scheduled our pick up for 5:50 and when I arrive, the food is not ready. Okay - no worries, I don't mind waiting a few minutes. Well 30 minutes roll by and I'm still waiting for my food, as are the people waiting around me. Everyones scheduled pick ups were about 20 - 30 minutes late. When confronted with this, the staff gave absolutely no apology and simply said "we are behind in the kitchen." Now I've worked in food service so I can understand getting busy. If the hostess would have apologized and mentioned how busy it was, and that they were doing their best to get it out ASAP, then I would have understood more about the inconvenience. Once we got the food home, it was disgusting. Dried out wings with no meat, cold fries (like, hours old tasting fries) and none of the sauces I asked for on the side. I am really surprised at all of BWW's ratings! Went in late Saturday night, we were promptly greeted by BEAU. So friendly, He helped us make sauce choices, brought us sauce samples to try and fries to dip them in... yes, the Asian sauce was a excellent recommend! The food came out hot and to order. We had a terrible experience last night, worse than usual and this place is never great on the service. Waited forever for appetizers that came out seconds before our food when there were only a few tables. I briefly saw a "manager" who looked really young and chose to speak to one rowdy table who appeared to be her friends, but ignored all the tables sitting there looking around wondering where their food was. When we did get the food, my brother in law's burger was literally raw. It was disgusting. They did comp it, which was nice. The only saving grace was our server Brett who was busting his ass. There were like 2 other servers who needed a little more pep in their step. I went to the front to ask for a fork as to not bother Brett and the girl I asked point blank ignored me. If you're going to work in the food service industry, at least keep a smile on your face and assist the people helping fund your paycheck. Review #026 - 2017 Showed up around 8:30 on a Tuesday night to meet with a friend who was here from out of town. Since he was coming from Sacramento and I was coming from the Bay Area, I suggested this spot as our middle ground. Seeing that the reviews weren't great, I didn't set any kind of expectations. We just needed a place that was still open after 8 PM, had some type of food and the fact that it's a sports bar was an added bonus, since my friend is into sports and loves beer--but then again, which guy doesn't? When we walked in, the place wasn't busy. We waited about 5 minutes to get seated, another 10 minutes for my friend's beer to arrive and another 10-15 minutes for our food. I wasn't very hungry and not too fond on the idea of ordering bar food so we both agreed on just ordering a few appetizers. The cheddar cheese curds were pretty tasty, soft pretzels were nice and warm and the garden crasher was just ok. Everything was a little on the salty side, but I guess the fact that it's a bar and everything was made to be enjoyed with a beer or something made it acceptable in my mind. Would I be back? My wife and I came in for Happy Hour. The biggest problem was that our waitress was inept at her job. I'm giving 3 stars because she was very nice and the manager fixed our complaint. 1) She didn't know what beers were on tap and didn't even try to go find out. 2) I ordered a veggie burger and received a regular burger 3) *last straw* We ordered two Guinness beers for Happy Hour. The menu stated that import pints were $5. Bill came and it was charged at $7 each. Asked the waitress, and she said the computer calculates it but she can ask the manager. I asked her to ask the manager. She comes back and says sorry, he said that's the price. I talk to the manager and he said oh no it should be $5 and took off the difference. I asked him to explain why it was charged at $7 so it doesn't happen again and he said it was a mistake. After researching it, the waitress charged us for a "tall" beer not a pint. So again, the waitress was at fault. Anyway, food was great and beer was tasty. The restaurant was nice and clean. We would still come back but I hope they pick up the game on training the staff. For a BWW, the service is pretty slow They have some good specials if you're with a big group though, so be sure to look at those because our server did not tell us about it (and it ended up saving us about $10) The wings are very saucy, some people like that, others hate it! (they do have dry rub flavors too but not as many) In all, there are a large variety of flavors from sweet to spicy, so hopefully there is something for everyone Overall, good for groups but not for quality wings read more

Yikes. Firstly it took a bit for someone to take our order, we finally flagged someone down. They took our order and left. The server came back with beau, and told us that he wild be taking over our table. The deal ends at 2 so I asked my server if the deal ended EXACTLY at 2 or if I just had to sit down at 2 and she told me that we would still get unlimited wings and fries as long as we were here at 2 Sooo my frineds and I ignored the fact that our food was coming out very slowly and we ate calmly and then around 2:25, the server comes to tell us that she made a mistake becuase the deal ended at 2 and she can no longer serve us. Came to B-Dubs to watch the Dubs! Playoffs game 5 against Houston. Missed happy hour though, and too bad it wasn't Tuesday or Thursday for wings deals. Did have $2.75 draft beers all day. The hef, and heretic IPA were both pretty good. Opted to split an order of the "Sampler" which consisted of nachos, onion rings, mozzarella sticks and boneless wings (we got Lemon Pepper dry seasoning). Comes with marinara, southwestern ranch and regular ranch dressing. The jalapenos were super hot! They also have special BBQ menu items for the playoffs so we also tried the shareable BBQ Stack with pulled pork (chicken is another option). Basically kettle chips in Chipotle BBQ, and topped with meaty, cheesy fixings. I was already pretty full after the Sampler so only got to try a few of the BBQ chips, those were intense. Server was fine bringing drink orders but the Sampler took awhile to come out. Also had asked for forks once the nachos had gotten soggy at the bottom and those took awhile to come to the table (had to ask a second waitress to bring them by). Toward the end of the game, we were checked up on a little more frequently for water or beer replenishment. Plenty of screens in the open seating bar area, including the hockey game and some trivia. The temperature inside actually seemed to get colder the longer we stayed, and I had on a long sleeved cardigan! I have enjoyed going here for several year, however my last visit was TERRIBLE! It was a Sunday afternoon, which means lots of football on TV along with other sports. Luckily the place wasn't too busy. We sat in the bar area this time to have a cold drink and eat dinner. There were no waitresses in the area and it took the bartender 10 minutes to get to us for our drink order. We then had to ask him to take our order. I ordered a burger with their Mango/Habanero BBQ sauce. We had to wait 30 minutes for our food to arrive (Hamburger and a salad). When my Big Jack Daddy burger arrived, it looked a mess. It was way overcooked. It was so hard that my fork could barely poke into it and my knife could hardly cut it. It was as tough as leather. When the waitress arrived and set our food down, I noticed that the BBQ sauce was missing and asked her to bring some, and she said she'd be right back. This burger is supposed to have pulled pork on top of it with a special BBQ sauce. It had the leather burger, a few tomatoes, and lettuce, no pulled pork and a rock hard burnt bun. (See photo). I kept looking for the waitress and couldn't find one, and the bar tender was busy talking to other people. I decided to gag my way through this burger because I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes for another burger, besides there was no one to take my order. On the way out I noticed a lot of employees standing around talking to each other, some behind walls, some behind doors, some in the middle of the floor. No wonder I couldn't find a waitress, they were busy talking to each other. When finished eating what I could, I never got my BBQ sauce, then (I only ate half of my meal), I asked for a manager on the way out/ I told her about the entire occurrence and showed her this picture. Her reply was that they were looking for a new cook and she apologized. To the owner of this BWW, I don't think I will be returning to this site. BEST BWW EVER! This 5 star rating is ONLY for this location. It was the first BWW I ever ate at and since then, I have dined at a handful of other locations. To my surprise and horror, I discovered that the other places charged for veggie sticks and dipping sauces!!! This is the only BWW that I have been to that has been super generous with the ranch and the veggie sticks. To be honest, I was a Wingstop aficionado for a really long time (that lemon pepper *____*) but I found myself being slowly converted to bdubs for the cheaper price (60 cent wing tuesday just CAN'T be beat!) as well as the larger wing size and the sheer variety of flavors to choose from. My personal favorites would have to be Wild, Desert Heat, Parmesan Garlic (although I can only eat up to 3 in succession without growing sick of the flavor) and mostly MANGO HABANERO!!! There are also great happy hour deals such as the $3 domestic draft beers, and $4 appetizers (fries, mozzarella sticks, chips, corndogs, onion rings, etc.) Might I add the portion of onion rings that I got at the Vacaville location was about twice as big as the one I ordered at the brand new location in San Jose! The environment is fun and sports-oriented. There are giant screens covering every inch of wall and they are always tuned into the current sporting events. I often run into many of my Davis colleagues eating here on a Tuesday night despite the 20 mile drive and the fact that a brand new BWW just recently opened in West Sac (Haven't been there because I called in and they said they charge for veggies and sauce.) The service is great! I've never had a bad experience with the service, everyone is extremely accommodating and friendly. My only lament is that sometimes my water goes unrefilled for quite awhile which sucks when I'm sweating balls from the Mango Habanero wings, but then again I do finish my water really quickly and am always there on a busy night. Maybe someday I'll muster up the courage to splurge on other things on their menu, but the wings are just too good a deal to pass up. They're trying these new hot dog items on the menu and it looks pretty good! I feel so strongly that the Vacaville BWW should get credit for their outstanding consideration of customers that I shall pop my Yelp review cherry with a 5/5, would recommend rating for them! :) read more

A server came to get our drinks only and told us someone else will take our food order. 10 mins later, no one came. We flagged down the hostess who was lazily walking around, doing absolutely nothing. She said she will find out who our server is but never came back!
