BWW isn't amazing on any scale, but if you're a sport fanatic who loves big screen TVs and watching multiple games at the same time while indulging in chicken wings, I don't see why you wouldn't enjoy the place. I don't really ever come unless it's a Tuesday, 60 cent wings day. Thursday is 60 cent wings as well, but it's for boneless wings only and in my opinion, what's a chicken wing without the bones? That's just weird. Whether you come to watch sports, or with a group of friends for the chicken wings on Tuesday (i do both), you can count on great service from the waiters and waitresses. Don't be afraid to ask for anything, such as samples for the myriad of different flavors of the wings, or for more and more and more and more carrots and celery, which is completely free. I love veggies, so I kind of abuse the carrot and celeries, but hey, they don't mind I guess. They split checks for you as many times as you want which is also super convenient. Lets be honest, you come here for the wings and not much else. Tuesdays especially when the wings are cheaper than dollar tacos at a taco truck. However, that's where it ends. The service is downhill as it seems like they only have on person seating you while everyone else is running around serving people or just standing around doing nothing. It's hard to find your waiter and since they're the ones that have to take your order, it's hard to flag down other waiters. We had our order mixed up multiple times here but they made up with it by remaking the wings. The only complaint though is that it takes literally ages for them to cook up a batch of wings. The atmosphere is alright, it's a bit loud but what do you expect when there are literally 30+ TVs around, blasting different sports and shows from football to poker. It's hard to pay attention to one thing and not get distracted by another. I will say though, it is a great place to watch Thursday night football and have some wings and a few beers with your friends. Decent wings and good service. Traditional wings are 50 cents each on Tuesdays! Parmesan Garlic: Tasted like the wing was tossed in Italian dressing with an added pinch of parmesan. I expected more parmesan and garlic flavor. Buffalo (mild): Your good ol' standard buffalo wing. Salt & Vinegar: I was super excited when I saw this flavor. The Salt & Pepper dry rub seasoning was spot on but I think it belongs on a crunchy potato chip. Potato Wedges: I love the sour cream & chive flavor, and these wedges are even better topped with shredded cheese. The restaurant is basically one giant cafeteria square room with giant tvs and sports memorabilia covering the walls. There's something about the seating/cafeteria feel that I don't like. An employee behind the bar looked at our table several times but never acknowledged us. After more than 10 minutes of waiting for a server to arrive we left. This is the worst BWW I have ever been to. I love BWW but this was the closest when we were heading back from our Reno trip. Our server was nice, but when he was taking our order it felt like we were being rushed.. One of my friend was not even done ordering and he just "assumed" he was done I guess And just immediately ask our other friend for his order.. Whatever that's not the worse part. Our food was then delivered by this one girl with long hair and we pretty much did her work for her.. The worst distribution of food ever.. It was awkward and messy. Do not order to go at this place. If you do, double check to make sure all your items are there. Should have learned my lesson the first few times when small items where missing. This time half of my order is gone. Had to go back to pick up the other half. Then to find out the one that gave me my order is their Manager Michael. He should have known to double check the orders. Came here around dinner time Memorial Day weekend after shopping at the outlets and since they were busy, the hostess recommended for us to sit at the bar area so that we woudn't have to wait for seats and that we'll get better service there. The bar was crowded but we were able to snag a table. I forgot how many wings we got but we got the mango habanero, spicy garlic, garlic parmesan and carribean jerk flavors. I liked the mango habanero and carribean jerk but thought that the carribean jerk was spicer than the mango habanero. I didn't try the other two flavors but heard they were only so-so. We didn't have any problems with service, actually our server was very attentive and was constantly refilling our drinks. The restaurant was a bit loud though. Wings were good and it's a good place to eat if you're in the area. Since I'm not a big chicken wing person, I wouldn't drive all the way here or to any of their other locations to get them. I used BWW Vacaville for a dinner with my work. On six hours notice we showed up with over 40 people. The Managers Dominic and Miguel were on top of it. Our food was hot and placed on the table right before we walked in. Our waitress was quick and attentive and very nice. The event was with American Military members and Russian Diplomats. Every single member of the team commented on the accommodations and our team was able to host the Russian members and give them the full American experience with wings, beers, and Monday Night Football. Wow some harsh reviews for a new restaurant. Went about a month after opening. Seem to have the service figured out. No issues. Friendly and fast and the wings were good. I must say now that we have one near us I just don't feel the same yearning for BW3 wings. Still it is a fun place to grab consistently good wings with a large beer selection. I love how they have a deal on Tuesdays & Thursdays. I came on a Tuesday and they were busy so it was no surprise to me at all. I did not expect fast service with how many customers they had. I ordered wings (Honey BBQ, Caribbean Jerk, and Parmesan Garlic), Mac n Cheese, and fries. My favorite flavors were honey bbq and caribbean jerk. Their wings are bigger than the wings from Wing Stop and I prefer BWW over Wing Stop. The mac n cheese was good but slightly plain, so I added the honey bbq sauce and it was good. Since this is a sports bar, I'm going to take some things off the rating table. This place will ALWAYS be loud. To the point you can barely hear your table. It will always be a little slower than a standard restaurant. This isn't a place to go for leisurely dining. If there is a game on with local teams, it will be CROWDED. These are givens. You go for good food, good drinks, sports or games, and maybe to play with the pads. The loud noise occasionally dissuades me from eating there. I have had two visits this week, I tried new food with my daughter and it was amazing, got the same burger a couple days later with my wife and the meat was a little drier, but not inedible. It was still tasty, we had fun, laughed a lot, and the waitress was amazing. At the end she pushed us to tell the truth about our food and ended up giving us a discount and taking one of the burgers off. This is the level of service you can expect at this BWW. Came to the Vacaville location after leaving the Fairfield one where the service was slow, we never even got seated. Upon arriving we were greeted with such courtesy. Completely different atmosphere as soon as we walked in. Our server, Isabel, was phenomenal! I have nothing but nice things to say about her. Very attentive, extremely nice. I didn't have to ask for a refill when she was already on it. She automatically knows what the customer wants right before they ask for it. My group and I had a blast here. Often come here at lunch time and find a semi empty restaurant, not sure how busy it is at dinner but if it is like lunch time this place wont last much longer. That being said the service in the bar area is often slow so I recommend the main dining room. The best deal is Wing Tuesday when bone in wings are .75 each. Our favorite sauce is asian zing, but I must say the sauce/rub menu is a little confusing. The onion rings here are my favorite of all chain quality onion rings. We order them everytime we come here and they have always been sweet, crunchy, perfectly cooked and delicious. Thursday is boneless wing night, but they are coated in so much breading they are pretty much disgusting. TV's everywhere, so this is a great place to come and watch the game. read more

I have been wanting to try BWLD for awhile. I don't think there are any in the Bay Area (on the Peninsula anyway) but I see the sign for this one on the drive up to Tahoe. Finally convinced husband to stop here on way back from Tahoe this week. We went on a Monday night so it was only partially full. But I an imagine how packed it can get on the weekends or when there are games. SO MANY TVs. Is probably fun on football Sunday! I stuck with a standard - buffalo medium spice (but went boneless as I cannot eat regular wings...yes...baby) - they were YUM. My Dad's brother's wife's family were owners of the original Anchor Bar in Buffalo so I ate the authentic buffalo wing a fair amount as a kid. But I don't try and compare. Just decide if I like what I'm eating now. Most places make their Buffalo wings either waaay too saucy and these were not like that. They were spicy but not too spicy for me (I'm a huge spice baby...Taco Bell mild sauce is tolerable) but husband thought they were spicier than his (the jalapeno ones I think.) I asked the waiter before I ordered and he steered me correctly. He said they were flavorful but not too hot. Exactly. They have a lot of different flavors - both sauce and dry seasoning so I'm sure you can find something you like. And you have to get the salt and vinegar fries. Wow. YUM. I want more right now as I write this. Pretty good food for a chain for sure. I think I was most impressed with our waiter. He was helpful, fast & attentive without being intrusive or annoying.
