I and my party of 4 sat in the dining room. We were told they didn't have mugs for coffee at 10am and no sugar. My son ordered a beer and it was delivered to the wrong table. The waitress did not come back to check if we needed to order or if we got our drinks for over 20 mins. When one f the orders came it as wrong and they got upset that we sent it back. I had to go find our waitress to get another beer. Then a patron in the bar area had Dominoes Pizza delivered right inside the restaurant. When we asked about it, the waitress said "I guess you can order it and have it delivered if you want to". As we were at our table wondering where our waitress was, we looked over and saw 6 employees including our waitress, standing around and talking to each other. When we got our check she charged for something we didn't order. I questioned her about it and she said "well there are a lot people at your table and maybe it was someone else's drink". Wooo!!!! 60 cent wing tuesday!!! The wings here kill wingstop!!! They are super flavorful and every crispy. Like all wings, they're pretty oily. But hey, they're delicious. The service is this BWW is pretty bad. They mess up your orders and neglect to make sure that you're doing okay. My waitress took forever to come and take our checks as we finished eating. She added an extra basket of wedges (which is the bomb btw) to my order. We split the checks three way and paid cash. This lady didn't even give exact change! Worst experience ever at a restaurant! One of the orders in our party was never made when we brought it to the servers attention they kept saying it was coming. The entire experience tonight was terrible. We waited 10 minutes before even giving our drink order. After we ordered our drinks and food, the lady brings our food and my food was awful! I've been here twice in the past 2 months and each time the customer service was poor. Don't get me wrong, the staff is friendly but it's obvious they're not trained very well. Not good pretty much sums it up! Went there with my husband and 2 kids, ordered a large order of wings, one order of wedges and side salads. The wings were hard and very breaded, the wedges were mediocre, the salad ok, though mine had a hair in it and the complimentary carrots and celery were not good either as the celery was clearly old and wilted. Yesterday, my family and I stopped on our way back from Reno to catch some football and dinner. We were sat immediately since it wasn't too packed (and now I know why). Our waitress came and took our drink order, and 15 minutes later, as I watched her go back and forth where the drink machine was, and even took several glances at us as she walked by, we still had no drinks. I thought maybe the soda dispenser was broken, until the woman at the table next to her reminded her that they still needed their drinks and I saw our waitress bring her drink. At the point, we were appalled. I flagged our waitress again, and told her we were ready to order, she says "Oh sure, I'll be right back." Fifteen minutes after that, she never returned to our table, but proceeded to walk past us several times and ignore us as if we weren't there. At that point we were over it. I asked to speak to the manager. I glanced back toward our table, and our waitress was in the corners looking at us and talking to another waiter and giggling. Like she thought it was funny that we got up left. The manager came over, and I explained to her that we had been waiting for 30 minutes with no service. She offered to take our order and put it into the kitchen right away. I'm like,REALLY?! That's all you have to say to your customers?? Not even an apology? I told the manager if that's the same crappy customer service she wants to continue, then go ahead and keep doing what you're doing. The managers only response was "Well I don't want you to leave hungry." At that point we turned around and walked out. How is this place still open? It wasn't busy. It still took 20 minutes for a server to come to our table. We ordered and got drinks from the bar and both came with issues. One drink was just wrong, the other was full of spoiled mint that didn't appear to have even been muddled. We couldn't find a server so we walked it to the bar! The bartender couldn't believe we were returning it and was clearly put off that we thought black mint was a problem. Our party all looked at each other and someone said "what's our food going to be like?" We decided the best thing to do was to cancel the order and leave! The manager didn't seem at all surprised. Her casual acceptance just reinforced that this was the best decision. We love BWW! But not this location? Will never go back! Just say no! read more

She was busy complaining about her boyfriend and his kids to her coworkers. Nice. During our meal we felt like an after thought. First we waited 5 minutes to be seated, then a solid 10-15 minutes to order food. After this, our food came out over 20 minutes later at the same time as our appetizers. Normally waiting doesn't bother me that much, but the food was luke warm and clearly had been sitting in the kitchen for a while. Both of our orders had carrots ordered, but only one of us got carrots. I wish they hadn't came at all. They were soggy (how is this possible?), soft, white, and about as warm as my wings. Haven't been here in a while and decided to order 30 pc wings, fries, kids meal tenders, tator tots and soft pretzels. When I arrived, i was told my order would be ready in about 5 minutes which was fine. I sat and waited, seen two other ppl getting their orders. We went on a Tuesday and had a great time!! It was my boyfriends first time at this restaurant and he throughly enjoyed the food, the service and the atmosphere! The manager (I'm assuming this is the position this person had) walked us to our table and when he found out that there was a first timer there he took the time show him the ropes of the menu. Super helpful and informational about the different flavors. Our server was great. Checked on our table and refilled our drinks when we needed. Standard stuff but she had a great personality. We had been sitting at our table for almost 15 minutes without even a glance from a waitress before we finally someone over & asked her to take our order. She was super attentive to us the whole rest of the meal & comped one of our drinks for us, which we greatly appreciated. But later we watched the couple at the table next to us walk out because their food took so long to come out, & the waiters were so oblivious that their food sat at their empty table for at least half an hour after it was brought out, and was still sitting there when we left. I've probably been to a dozen Buffalo Wild Wings locations this one is by far the worst. Every few months I get up the nerve to go back because i love wings and every time I'm disappointed. Currently placed an online order and had a pick up time of 545. It's 605 and they just came out to tell me they lost my wife's chicken wrap and it will be 5-10 more minutes. We've gone to Buffalo Wild Wings for years. We love their traditional wings. They've had .50 can't traditional wings on Tuesday's as long as I can remember going there. They advertise it still even! This location apparently stopped suddenly doing it which blows. It made our normal order go up by about $30-40. So I cancelled my order and went to Wing Stop. I figure why not try it. They were very friendly and we got a great deal that they offer daily versus just once a week. I guess we found a new wing place! read more

I am leaving this review for our server Beau. We have gone a few times and have had him as our server and he is the most incredible server we've had at Buffalo wild wings. Also they are under new management which is great because with the previous owners it seemed like a typical chain restaurant. They've obviously made some positive changes.
