A couple real downer incidents have got my whole family black listing this place. First, we order some wings for New Years Eve. We order in advance, and then the day comes around, and we go to pick them up and they've closed early. No warning, no phone call, we're just out all our wings. Second, my Father and I want to go watch a game, and because they don't have enough servers they won't let us sit down, it's take out only. We don't want any food, and we'll order drinks directly from the bar. Nope, can't come in. Third - What is going on with the TV situation? You'll have 3 screens in a row showing the same game, they won't change the channel for you. And they also used to have signs up showing you what games would be on what screens so you could plan where you wanted to sit. Now they don't, so you literally have to wait until the game you want to watch has started to figure out where you're going to sit, if there is even room! Screw these guys. read more

Tonight was the first time I've ever walked out of a restaurant before being served. BWW has never been known for fast service, but tonight there was NO service, despite their being only three other tables. We saw our server at our table twice - when she took our order, and when she brought our table water. 20 minutes later, no food, server nowhere to be seen. 25 minutes later, still no food, no server. 30 minutes later, I got up and found another server, and asked her to tell our server to package our order to go: she said "Oh, your order is ready! I'll let her know!" 10 minutes later, no food, no server. We got up and walked out. We finally saw our server, who ran out to the parking lot to tell us our order was "almost ready." The wings are good (mostly), but not that good. read more

We went on a Saturday around noon, broad daylight and our car got broken into windows smashed right in their parking lot. I alerted the manager and her response was "oh this happens all the time". When we asked to see the security cameras pointed right at the lot, they let us know they hadn't been working for over a year and there was nothing we could do. We waited for police to arrive for over an hour so we didn't eat our food that had been brought out to our table while we were outside dealing with the car. We knew we weren't going to eat comfortably now and the manager came out to make sure we paid even though we didn't eat anything. read more

Disappointed in their Santa Fe salad. Mostly made up of mixed greens. The greens didnt taste like theyve been rinsed The greens were room temp. I like salads that come from refrigerators not pantry. Also said came with avocado. Guess they were delivered out or decided since avocados are expensive just skip altogether. Ordered fried pickles....whoa way too salty. Went here with boyfriend and the kids for lunch today to watch some football. It was very busy when we got there but was greeted immediately and sat. Our server was ISABEL, hands down the best service we've had there. She was attentive, friendly and great personality. I recommend you ask for ISABEL when you go in to eat. The opening of any restaurant in Vacaville is a big event, since the dining options are really limited. So when this place sprouted up so quickly our group was delighted to give it a shot. Well, no wonder it opened so fast. The inside is just one giant room with a bunch of tvs in it. You feel like you are in someones garage or basement. They slapped some local sports paraphernalia on the walls and called it good. But hey, if the food is awesome I'm willing to eat in what looks like a 30-year old douche-bag's bachelor pad in his mom's basement. However, the food was just as unincredible as the decor. There are way too many choices for sauces and rubs, and the waiter seemed like he was having a hard time keeping all the different sauce orders straight. When our food came, rather than class it up and use actual plates everything comes in little paper trays. EVERYTHING. So you order wings, carrot sticks and celery, ranch sauce, and everything comes in its own separate little paper tray/dish. You have 3-4 separate paper things with food sitting in front of you. Granted, the portions are tiny so they would probably look rather ridiculous on a big round dinner plate, but still... One person in our party literally finished his chicken burger in 30 seconds. It was that tiny. Two other people in our party had planned to share a burger and wings, but when their order came they realized it was only enough food for one person! Our service was decent for just having opened. Maybe if they bump up their portion size and ditch the paper picnic ware, I'll add a star. You're better off across town at BJs or Red Robin. read more

A great place to get wings and watch any sports match. I came here on my way back to UC Davis. I've been to the San Jose store before and I've been craving their wings since! Customer service was really great, though it took us some time to get seats in though their were plenty of seats available. We also got the Veggie Crashers (Garden Crashers?) it was really great and fresh and my vegan friend was very happy about it! She was pleasantly surprised, though she was a bit upset that it took longer for the raw veggies to come out than the wings. The wings were good as always. The perfect amount of sauce, the skin was super crispy and the chicken meat was nice and juicy. Overall review? I would definitely come back if it was closer! First the food, I do wings, and I'm not disappointed at all by them. They have some good wings, and the wait staff is kind enough. I'm putting two stars, because of the clueless nature in what they put up on the screens. I was waiting for the US Men's National Soccer game vs. Costa Rica last night to start at 5:00 pm. Not only did I have to request it to be aired over what appeared to be nothing but news and commercials on various blah blah sports networks, but I had to request that a USA NATIONAL GOLD CUP GAME be aired on the other big screen. Obviously, the MLB All-Star Game was the main attraction, so no big deal. However, the US Men's National Team was put on a smaller screen despite my wishes in favor of "The Kings Game"...okay, it's not even NBA season, it's SUMMER LEAGUE...and furthermore, the "Kings Game" WASN'T EVEN ON. It was Portland vs. Chicago...and a friggin' summer league game. Very disappointed at the lack of sports knowledge by the wait staff, bad priorities with what they show. just yuck...i ordered a 6 wing lunch combo with buffalo wings and fries. the wings are overcooked, dry and sauce free. the fries are ice cold and the soda is flat and syrupy. this is not a meal, this is trash. absolutely the last time buffalo wild wings will get any money out of me. read more

3.5 I tried so hard to give this place a higher rating since I loved it so much in South Dakota but I had to hold myself back. I had high expectations and some of them were not met. My sister and I came in on a Sunday afternoon and it was fairly empty but we still had to wait 5 min for a seat?? After getting seated in a booth, we ordered a regular sour cream and chive potato wedge and a regular buffalo chip. On top of that, we got 12 wings to share. The potato wedges were lightly seasoned and fluffy but the pieces were so small. The buffalo chips were literally sliced into chips and cooked. It was very bland and tasted so much better with salt and pepper. And for the good stuff: the Mango habenero and jalpeno flavors were super good! Lots of flavor smeared across my mouth with the goodness of juicy, tender, moist, decent sized bone-in wings. Both were the right amount of spicy but not too much that I start to cry. Great place to come to celebrate my nephew's baseball championship up in Sac. We were a large group of 30 as walk-ins on a Sunday night around 8pm. It was friendly service by one server only and she did her best to serve us all, and all our separate bills. The wings are pretty good, and we really liked the parmesean garlic, the salt & vinegar, and the lemon pepper wings. I love how the kids were kept entertained with the little remote pads for their on-screen interactions, pretty dope. I also really like that it was pretty easy to find off the freeway and to also get back on. read more

Bad food, bad service I do not like wings, but 2 of the 4 of us in the family do! This is a special trip, but our last! We wanted this to be a quick stop. We tried to make a reservation.... nope. I tried to order online, take out only. We ordered as soon as we sat down. 2 tables of 3, arrived after us and received food before us. 1 hour later our food arrived, different staff than who took our order so she did not know who's order belonged to each person at the table. You can't even hear from across the table that she is calling out our orders, like a cafeteria we have to raise our hands to claim our meal???! The other option is I take the food from her, and serve my family myself. And I have to pay for this meal? I can serve my family at home!! Not one order was correct, The wings were over done, and not served "wet" as requested. One order with no sides as requested. We only ordered water and had to flag someone down to get refills! I ordered a blue burger with slaw. It looked like a frozen patty that was microwaved with fries. It did not look palatable but I gave it a try, it was beyond awful. Breaking it in half it did not even resemble real meat. I sent it back, asked for my slaw, and nothing else. It was already over an hour, I just wanted to walk out. The manager came to the table, blamed the kitchen for being "slammed"! Not true, we can see the dining room was clearing out, it was past dinner rush on a Friday going on 9:00. He removed my dinner from our bill and gave us a whole 5% off our meal. Really? I serve myself and my family, our order is wrong, water PLEASE!!! And I'm still supposed to tip at 2 -3 times the discount he is willing to offer!? Is is asking too much these days to be served like a guest in an establishment? To be "treated" to a nice meal out? Is it so common to go out to eat that we accept being treated this way? It is EXPECTED of us over pay for bad food, AND tip for the service of being ignored and we serve ourselves? UGH, why do I keep coming back here!?! It's like a sickness. Every time we hit the freeway up to Sacramento it starts calling my name. WINGS WINGS WINGS.... THE GOOD - I love the salt and vinegar wings here. They are the best. I would come back just to eat plates of those. Also you can watch almost any sports you want on tv - boxing, baseball, soccer, etc. They have it all! The waitress was friendly, but we had a couple problems with service. THE BAD - Everything on the menu, arrives in front of you in massive quantities. Share meals here, I order too much every single time. We had the hardest time finding out waitress anytime we needed her. We tried to find her to get the bill for no less than 5 minutes, which is a long time when you have been done eating for a while and are just waiting. Tried this place on the way back home from rafting at American River and because my friends and I were starving. Got there when it was packed because the 49ers were playing. Luckily there was a booth open so all 7 of us were able to sit there with one person sitting on the end. We got 2 orders of the roasted garlic mushrooms, which I'd recommend, though be careful when they first come out. Super burn your tongue hot. We also got an order of fries. As far as their chicken goes, we got the traditional wings, 50 pieces, mixture of wings and drums. The 6 sauces/dry seasonings we got were lemon pepper, parmesan garlic, mild, mango habanero, mild, and spicy garlic. I don't eat spicy so I only tried the lemon pepper and parmesan garlic. I recommend the lemon pepper. My boyfriend loves spicy and said he liked the mango habanero the best out of the ones that they ordered. The wings also comes with a side of celery and carrots and ranch sauce. It's a good place for sports fans since there are TV's all over the walls. Atmosphere is very friendly and noisy, but that's to be expected for a sports bar. The only drawback for those who like to drink beer while watching sports is that they don't do pitchers there. The food product however, sucks donkey balls. + Positives + An abundance of flat screens, big screens, projector screens, etc. + Our server was enthusiastic and willing to accomodate, including setting up one of the screens so that we could better view the Kings' game. + A nice list of sauces for the wings. - Negatives - The wings are a rip off. We all know that wings typically consist of 3 sections. With BWW, a drumette is considered 1 wing count, and the flat part of the wing is considered 1 wing count. Has ampuating chickens become costly all of a sudden? - Their glorious nachos consisted had that 7-11 cheese sauce in it. We let our server know about the cheese sauce, and she gladly replaced our order with something else. 1 star for the great service from great people. 1 star for the wall to wall video. On the way back to the bay from Tahoe, my friend Duck decided to take us to "B-Dubs." The moment we got in here (Sunday @ noon) It was freaking PACKED, several families, several packer/raider/49er fans out here. We ordered the 50 wing combo, and you are allowed to choose a flavor so as long as there are 6 wings. The Mango Habanero is amazingly hot! watch out! The Asian Zing is delish, reminds me of lumpia since I think they use that chili sweet sauce. Parmesan was so-so. I had other flavors, but can't remmeber them right now. My waitress Marissa was very, very adamant at making sure our glasses were full. I'm very grateful for her and saving our group from the spicy Mango Habanero!! It has a fun atmosphere, sports bar/restaurant, but I would probably not come here with anyone other than him and his friends. It's just not my scene, and if Im going to be spending my hard earned cash I want to go somewhere that I enjoy! Its ok if I go with him and he pays ;) Also, dont even think about going here on a game day, unless you are hours early for the event, because you will not get a seat until its over and then you have to wait for the place to clear out and the tables to be cleaned. My go-to flavors are the parmesan garlic and the mango habanero (I can't even, mouth watering while typing). Other flavors I've tried are the Asian zing, lemon pepper and honey bbq...did not disappoint. How about appetizers? Get the mozzarella sticks! The customer service is awesome and the environment is great! Tons of TVs (and it's not one of those places where 10 flat screens are playing the same damn channel) so I was simultaneously watching the World Series (GO SF GIANTS) and college football. There was no point in telling anyone because our service was bad and no one was around. Plus since we sat at the bar area, it was extremely loud and the server girls were busy with other things. Great location,right off 80. Good service, hard working diligent personal. Tasty wings. We had wings,burgers,pulled pork,onion rings. The pulled pork sandwich was ok, it was put together well, it just did not jump out as delicious. It could have been the wings I had first. Hot wings have a way of making everything else taste basic,ever order wings with Pizza? The pizza taste less good,so this may have been the case. We had a terrific waiter,only thing was they billed me for three pull pork sandwiches, we only ordered one. Someone in the group caught this, and they gladly ran a new debit, still that has to cost a star. I'd like to preface this diatribe by acknowledging we went here on Christmas Eve, the merriest of evenings for dining out. Upon arrival, a sign indicated they were going to close in an hour, we were prepared for quick dining and ordered within 3 minutes of sitting down. After we ordered, a party of 12 came in. We received our side salads and an order of cheese curds promptly. We then ordered a second round of cheese curds (it never came but reflected on our receipt as if we had the pleasure of indulging ourselves a second time). We waited 40 minutes for our meal and watched the four parties that arrived after us enjoy their food. We asked the waitress, who in spite of, I'd say, understaffing and ill preparedness for a last minute football fan rush was very kind, if our order had been lost. She notified us the order had been submitted and it was waiting in the window but they were out of fries. But fresh fries were about to come out. And so we waited again. Finally our dinner was presented to us - with fries. Cold fries. So our dinner sat in the window and waited for fresh fries that were not ours. And to top it off, dipping sauces never arrived. And so the plain wings my mom ordered remained flavorless but chicken. And despite the waiting and lack of sauce and cold fries, we received no discount on the bill. And yet, we still left a 20% tip cuz it's Christmas. read more

I've been going to BW-3's for almost 20 years now so I know service isn't their strong suit, but this location has the WORST service I've ever experienced I understand this is a new location, but we've been here 3 times now and every time was the same. Today we saw three tables in the bar section get up and leave because no server paid them any attention. My table only got served because we actively waived down any employee that got within range, and one time because I got up and chased down the server who said he'd be "taking care of us now" after we didn't see him for 45 minutes. Everywhere you look you see empty glasses, tables without food and customers looking around for someone to help. The worst part is that there are plenty of employees, but they're all staying as far from the customers as possible. Everyone working for this place seems more interested in socializing with their coworkers than doing their job. read more

I'm torn between give this a 3 or 4 star review. The food is excellent. They have a side dish called buffalo chips which are potatoe slices that are drenched in nachoish cheese, drool. The wings are the shizzzzz... every single game is broadcast which is a huge plus. Pros: FOOD!!! Huge tvs! Good bar selection. Lots of seating Cons: Service, although our servers are always nice, we ALWAYS have to track them down for our check. Always. They messed up our order more than once. I understand its busy but come on. Why are we having to go to the bar for extra napkins and forks. Parking blows. I sure am a fan!! These restaurants tend to be quite loud, but the food is tasty! My favorite is the Chipotle dry rub wings, perfection!! I know we have all enjoyed to one degree or another, chips and salsa. Let me tell you I had the best chips and salsa ever here. The chips are warm, light and yummy.
