The wings are truly their strong point. They have a good variety and the sauces don't taste like clones of each other. Their hot wings are slow to burn but they get you with a longer punch of heat. I don't think I would classify them as fire hot though. The sliders are very filling but dry. I'm guessing they using lean burger perhaps. break out the catsup and dive in. The salads are a bit skimpy but have decent flavor. I prefer to get take out here because inside is pretty loud most of the time. The chocolate cake is decadent and could be shared. It has a definitive fudge quality. Is the food good? I would say yes, but it's not amazing. I would stick to the wings of you want flavor. I've been to Buffalo Wild Wings one other time years ago in Portland so this was my first visit to this location. We normally don't go to large chain restaurants especially where it's sports based & the environment is loud but my husband & I were craving some wings & a salad & wanted to check this place out. We were greeted by a friendly & welcoming gal. We were seated right away & our order was taken & the food was served all within a reasonable time frame. Didn't have to wait too long. The food was good & it wasn't any less or any more than what we were expecting. Our server was good & on top of things. The overall experience was good & we plan on returning the next time we are craving some wings & a variety of foods. I liked that their menu had a lot of different choices - good variety. Also, it wasn't as loud as I expected. I remember at the last visit to the restaurant in Portland, I was having to yell in order to communicate with my friends. We showed up and walked in and asked to be sat at a table and they didn't ask us our names and said they'd come out and get us from the front when they were ready. We waited about 20 minutes and 2 large groups that arrived after us were seated before us. The only reason I went in to ask what was going on is because they were calling peoples names and I knew I didn't give her my name. I went in and asked what was going on because they had never asked our names and we'd been waiting awhile. And then I quickly explained what had happened and she added us to the bottom of the list. I kind of starred at both girls because they were adding me to the bottom of the list and there was about 6 tables worth of people waiting outside who had arrived after us and we had already been waiting for 20ish minutes. (And honestly I work in retail and I understand how the "Ive been waiting for 20 minutes" statement sounds, but we had seriously been there for a long time.) and instead of listening to why I was questioning them, one of them began arguing with me and then I turned around to leave and she yelled "it will be a 30 minute wait!". Like no, it was a 15 minute wait, that turned into a 45 minute wait because no one took our names down when we walked in and asked for a table in the first place, and then when I tried to explain what happened I was disregarded. I ordered the peach smash cocktail, which should have had Jameson in it... I had two of them, there was no Jameson in those drinks. The food was okay... I had the mushrooms, I don't recommend them. VERY LONG POST, BEEN HERE SINCE 2011: Me and my crew starting going here first when the wings were 25 cent on Tuesdays and Thrusdays. The wings were always delicious, moist, and we're great sized chicken wings. The whole 9pm happy hours were always delicious also! For years we never really had a problem with food or service. Only sometimes when it's really busy, which it is when we go, either Tuesday or Thursday for the half off wings. Once, hubby had a piece of the grill charred stuck on his burger. And we got a new order with no problem. We once tried their fried pickles, which were extremely salty. Couldn't even finish one bite. The ulimate nachos also were salty. And same with the spinach dip. Fast forward to when wings started being 75cent, BWW undergo a new look inside. It was brighter and had more booths and they separated the set of long tables for big groups. Along with changing their menu. Oh how I missed the days of two burger sliders than the one big burger. And that's also when I noticed how small the wings and drums were. The meat was still moist but it's just lot alot compared to what the wings were looking before. Service was still the same for us. But I was quite disappointed. The prices have changed so much and now the wings? Now it just didn't seem worth to come unless I had a huge craving for wings. Overall, BWW has been great for us for years, just now too expensive and not worth the size of skinny wings. When they bring back the more plump meat, we'll start going there again. read more

Wings were cooked well and tasted great, wedges were delicious. Waiter was friendly and fast with drink orders, food was a bit slow but came out hot. That being said I did enjoy the black bean burger. The staff is attentive and any server is happy to help with anything you might need even if it isn't their section. My husband and l just walked of out this Buffalo wild wings after sitting for 10 minutes and waiting and not one person responded to us. The waitress walked by us at least 20 times. We got up to leave and asked for the manager. The manager came with a ready made explanation. (As it looked like they had a quick discussion once we got up to leave) He said oh she didn't realize she had any more tables. And his final comment was have a good day. He wasn't all apologetic, he didn't try to fix the situation and didn't care if we left. As a matter of fact he was condescending and dismissive. We road all the Cascade Park in Portland and was seated and served drinks and an apitizer in the same 10 minutes. I'm not sure why this happened we are African American and the only ones in the place at the time, we are also associated with on of the largest religious organizations there is and we pastor a church in the area. We were so upset by the event we didn't get the managers name but it was between 2:00 -2:15pm today. We also plan to call corporate. I blame the manager as a store can only be as great as its managment. Side Note: We gave our waiter Kyle a $20 tip for his service. This store was outstamding. I'm a regular at many BWW around the country. They are usually all very similar in quality,etc. this review is for Hazel Dell. Normally I like to go there because it keeps me busy with entertainment with all the variety of sports going on. My last experience was below the 4-5 star I've seen in past. While it was packed and almost unbearably loud on a Saturday night- it's not their fault. But you should know. So loud I almost left. But I'm a bar food, beer and wing lover (and sushi). Ok, I'm diverse in my food !!! Anyway- when seated, the table was wet. Gross. They wiped it with a soaked rag and didn't dry it. So, feel free to set your phone and menu down on the rehydrated grossness from the previous patron. Solution? Carry 2 towels... We had wings of course. Just 3 of us (2 kids). One beer. $65. I have to say now, that the prices have gone over what I'm willing to pay for the equivalent of a bag of boneless wings cooked right. Were they good? Yes. But not that good. The food is mediocre, everything is served in disposable containers, they even throw away the ketchup bottles. I've had good experiences at this BWW. Best time to come for bone in wings is Tuesday and boneless wings on Thursday. Right now they are about $0.70 each wing. This place is always popping especially during big sporting events. Food is what you can expect from being previously frozen, but you come here for the experience as well. They recently got new controllers where you can play games such as poker, quizzes, and other types of entertainment. You are able to grab a crown to wear and take home with you. Waiters are friendly and try their best when it is busy. They all wear the 82 uniform because that's when they were founded. I am always able to get extra carrots and celery as well as ranch and blue cheese. You have to get a minimum of four wings of each flavor if you want to try more flavors. The nachos are humongous. It comes in a big pile with lots of toppings. The salads are just salads and what you would expect. Happy hour is awesome because you can get limited menu on food and drinks at a cheaper price, even during big events. One time, I ordered twenty wings, 4 sets of 5 wing flavors. The waiter gave us the wrong dish of twenty wings, apparently another table ordered similar wings with one flavor difference. We were already eating it and we didn't notice until the waiter told us and apologized. The waiter just brought us the correct twenty wings we ordered and we were able to keep the wrong wings he served us. Very Nice! Overall, I've had no problems with this place except for big events when there is a long wait to get seated. The food and drinks are wonderful along with the service. I always have a great time here. I'll sum it up for you, ER, food poisoning, never again. We got there about 6 pm on a Tuesday night, very loud and extremely packed. We ordered our drinks and food. Apparently what my husband ordered wasn't available and they didn't have anything close, so he reordered. Food was, OK. I did not feel well when I got home and went to bed. My son went to sleep at 8:30. He's usually up until 10. At 4 am I hear him throwing up. He kept throwing up for 2 hrs until I took him to the ER. We are still in the ER trying to keep ice chips down. He was completely fine yesturday and BWW was the last food he ate. The nurse at the ER said his family got really sick from BWW too and they never went back. Not worth the risk. As others have noted, this is not the place to go if you want to hear what the person you are dining with has to say. I sat across from my husband, and could see his lips moving, so I know he was wanting to tell me something. I could not hear our waitress when she was talking to us- she had to come over to our side of the table and yell. If you have a child who is prone to tantrums, or a newborn with colic, this is the place to go- no one will notice the screams. Okay, it is a sports bar, not fine dining...I will say the fried dill pickles are really good. I made the mistake of looking up the fat and calories- and even splitting an order is scary. They offer tons of flavors for wings, but the boneless wings we ordered were so much hard batter it was hard to enjoy. It was a busy night, and I appreciate it is hard to stay on top of things, but the floor was a mess- crayons, napkins, pieces of food- it made for a very unkempt, disheveled atmosphere. If you're a big, impersonal sports bar buff... you'll love this place. Me? Not so much. The place is huge, oversized... everything from the myriad of screens on the walls to the prices. $10 for a dozen chicken nuggets with sauce (and that didn't come with sides)? WTF? It's a big, overblown sports bar with high prices and mediocre food. (The appetizers were good, garlic fried mushrooms and beer battered onion rings.) The ceiling is so high and the acoustics so bad that you can't hear yourself talk, much less those at your table if the place is busy. But who can talk with all the TVs from regular sized to jumbotrons flickering in your peripheral? Even people who don't like sports go glassy eyed and watch the pretty pictures. It's clean. It's bright. It's just like every other Buffalo Wild Wings you'll find, which will satiate those who have a fear of adventure. The staff were friendly, but a little disorganized (multiple people tried to take our order, got one part of an order wrong but they did correct it with a smile and immediately). My rating is driven mostly by the value. It shouldn't cost three people over $60 to have some wings and appetizers. But they gotta pay the electric bill. Years ago I loved BW3 (anyone else remember when it was called Buffalo Wild Wings and Weck?) before it went strip-mall ballistic. The guys i was with ordered 20 boneless so i got to try out a bunch of other sauces which all were pretty good. The hottest ones they make are pretty hot and i wished that id have gotten them instead of the dry rub which didnt really blow my hair back. I had three of the super hot and didnt break a sweat but thats what i look for most of the time with hot wings...hotness. The mango habenero was good stuff, lemon pepper dry rub tasted like some cleaner or something but nobody makes good lemon pepper any more it seems. The jalapeno sauce was good too. Unfortunately the boneless wings were about as tasty as a chicken nugget. Service was ok. Our server was really nice but there was a table mix up or something so we got forgot about for a while. Seems like they hire really young thin girls there and nothing else. She was really pushing the drinks hard, i told her id be alright for a while and she was back two minutes later asking again.
