Inside could use some work, mostly lighting, but we're here for the food! I've never been to a Red Lobster, and was nicely surprised at the prices and the food quality. We came in for lunch and got a couple apps and mains. Food: the shrimp your way, I hope that's right is a great deal, with 2-4 choices and a side. Pasta was a bit over done, but the sauce was rich and creamy with an actual seafood/wine flavor, shrimp is plump and juicy. Fried shrimp is a bit salty, but with the sauces, perfect. Rice was an odd hit as well. Shrimp scampi, wow, that's the move. The calamari is very good, lightly fried and crisp. The flatbread was okay, but not a must get. And of course the famous biscuits are hot, fresh and they just keep coming. Service: these people are just so nice, thank you Connor for your excellent help and quick reflexes on an accidental fork drop. :) I can see why your customers love you. Great people are what make or break an experience. Again, I think the prices here are great, yeah, can you spend a mint on the larger dishes if going full steak and lobster, yes, but you can also get a great, filling meal for $18-20, especially their daily specials. I took my wife here for dinner on Valentines Day 2/14/2026. I made a reservation for 5:30pm. When we arrived I'm so glad we made a reservation. They took us directly to a table. The standby line was long and the waiting area was crowded with people. When we sat down at the table they took our drink order. I had the peach long Island ice tea and my wife had a lemonade. When the drinks arrived they tasted great. We then placed our order. We both had the Create your own lovers dream choose 3. Part of lobsterfest. We both had 2 Maine lobster tails each and the Lobster pasta Au Gratin. For the sides I has the Bacon Mac N Cheese and crab topped baked patato. My wife had the Crab topped baked patato and Lobster topped Asparagus. All served with the Chedder bay biscuits. All the food and service was great. We will definitely be returning again in the future. I would recommend this place to family and friends. read more

We came in on a Tuesday around 11:45 for lunch. We were immediately greeted by a nice young gentleman. He checked with the servers to see what section was available, then seated us. He was very nice and professional. We liked the festive Christmas tree in the lobby too. Made for a cozy vibe. Our server was nice and friendly. Everything was perfect until our food arrived, then we didn't see her. We waited quite a while before our plates were cleared and our bill was given. I even ran out of water and was parched after my salty meal. The food we ordered was great! I absolutely loved my Sesame Soy Salmon Bowl! My husband ordered the Tuesday special of snow crab legs with a side of asparagus. He loved his as well. The cheddar bay biscuits were warm and delicious too! Food~Of course you have to start with the cheddar bay biscuits they were flakey, buttery, and, that satisfying taste of garlic (it took a little to get our first batch but, after that they kept coming). I was considering trying their seafood boil but, I felt would get what I usually order. I decided on the ultimate feast which is now $49.99 it was super flavorful and, piping hot with every bite. You have a choice of two proteins/two ultimate sides and two regular sides. Lobster Tail, Snow Crab, Shrimp Linguine, Shrimp Scampi, Baked Potato, and Steamed Broccoli. Everything was well seasoned, and I definitely feel it's worth the price. Service~We were greeted and seated immediately. We had a very nice waitress it was really busy but, she was very attentive. We received our order exactly they way we ordered it (that's always a plus in my book) Ambiance~I always love Red Lobster but, I feel ever since it's been under new management it's been even better. It's plenty of parking and, every aspect of the restaurant was very clean (especially the restroom). If you haven't had Red Lobster or in a while I would highly recommend giving them a visit. When we walked in it was about 3:35 PM. The restaurant was almost deserted. We looked at each other and I asked, "Do you want to go to Five Guys instead?" It took a little while for someone to recognize we were at the hostess/host station, the reason for the comment about Five Guys. Then there was a wait while a table was cleaned. Then person whom was trying to seat us and was cleaning the table asked if we would care to sit in the bar instead. We do not normally sit in the bar, but this time we did, much to our enjoyment. The server/bartender turned out to be very engaging, knowing her menu, and keeping us entertained as well. Her name tag said her name was "Steph." My wife and I each ordered the Shrimp and Sausage Jambalaya. I asked about the heat level as I like it spicy. She said the hot was hot. I asked if it was "burn your face off hot." Steph replied some people think so. I ordered the medium heat while my wife ordered the mild. Steph brought extra seasoning for me to adjust the heat. I used about half of it. It's been about a year since we last visited but I saw online they had margarita flights so I wanted to come in for dinner and try the flight out. The service was wonderful! The hostess seated us right away and our waiter was a young gentleman named Logan. He was so friendly and so polite. My husband orders the salmon bowl and I had the (3) shrimp your way. Everything was really good, flavorful. The flight was also delicious and a good price! I wasn't a fan of the Caribbean blue as much as the passionfruit and watermelon. Honestly I am torn on 1 or 2 stars so I at least gave 2 stars. We came for endless shrimp and left super disappointed. We got there at about 1:30 pm on a Saturday. Not super weird time. The first course was great but two of us asked for 2 more items. It took 10 minutes to get to skewers of shrimp. One for each of us but both were burnt. I ordered the Salmon New Orleans and my goddd the Cajun butter sauce on top of the salmon was amazinggg. It was 10000 times better with how they topped it off with some shrimp. Every time we come here everyone is so friendly! I love coming here. We are seafood lover family. The food is always good. And they can get big groups together if you tell them ahead of time. They always have lobsters in the tank in the front when we come in there. Their clam chowder is always good. Fried shrimps are always to die for. Along with their cheddar biscuits. The Friday fish fry lunch is a great value, sadly they don't substitute out the coleslaw, something I just don't eat. Service was friendly, quick and accurate. The biscuits were tasty as always. My wife swapped the fries for a side ceaser salad and I had some of that while we were waiting for the food. The single slab of fish was perfect, the tempura breading, cooked to a tender and flakey ideal for me. The place picked up soon after we arrived (about 11:45 am) so I'd suggest getting there early if you can. I was shocked that everything was perfectly cooked. Including the salmon. Not dry. Not over cooked. Not under. Also the brussle sprouts were effen delicious. I have not been into a Red Lobster for YEARS! After visiting this location I had to ask myself why I had waited so long? We sat in the bar and Kayla was our server/bartender. The bar was clean and dimly lit, almost romantic. Kayla was really friendly and helpful. We ordered 2 appetizers , fried green beans and lobster and shrimp Rangoon's. The beans were pretty tasty but the Rangoons were incredible. Lobster mixed with cream cheese on top of butterflied prawns then battered and fried! Dipping the tasty Rangoons into the special sauce almost made my eyes roll back into my head! To make it even more perfect we had Red Lobster cheese biscuits. Are you kidding me! We probably could have stopped at Rangoons and cheese biscuits but they had a Wednesday special lobster and steak for $26! The steak was about 7 oz cooked perfectly medium like I requested. The lobster tail was large and juicy. Served with fresh butter and lemon. We choose mashed potatoes for our side. Even though we were stuffed we are everything. Had my mother's 82nd birthday here last night. Service was good but the quality and quantity of food was horrible! One person in our party ordered 6 oz steak and for two sides he had french fries. The steak was the size of about 3 ounces and fries were equivalent to one order. For a 25 year old man it was not filling at all. I ordered the Wednesday night steak and lobster. Lobster was a good size and tasty but my steak was full of gristle. Was charged $13.29 for a glass of Mark West Pinot Noir that costs about $10 for a bottle in the stores. My cousin ordered the unlimited shrimp and said the linguine was absolutely tasteless and she left it. Would have complained to the waitress but was my mother's choice for her dinner birthday and didn't want to be negative. $53 spent on my garbage meal. We won't be back. read more

Me and my husband were driving back from Oregon home and decided to stop at red lobster that was our mistake by far the worst dining experience we have experienced will not be coming back. We sat down and had Toni as our server, everything started out okay I guess we were really hungry and patiently waited about 8 mins after we sat down Toni our server came over greeted us and apologized for the wait, I'm thinking it's fine but me and my husband were really hungry so we just wanted to get the food going. None were brought out to us when we arrived or when she took our order so I'm trying to wave her down as she's walking past us about 5 mins pass she finally sees me trying to get her attention and she comes over, I ask her about the biscuits and our drinks, she says the bartender is still working on our drinks and she will check if there's any biscuits left.. at this point my husband and I are starting to get a little frustrated because we have been here for almost 20mins we still have no drinks, and no biscuits But we are trying to have a positive attitude and tell ourselves there must be some reason as of why? Right idk. Anyways we continued to wait she comes back with our food almost 15 mins later, no drinks and no biscuits, she also forgot my salad but at this point I'm more than frustrated. I ask about our drinks and her response was "another server accidentally took your drinks from the bar and they are being remade now" Omg! Okay whatever. She tells us the biscuits were almost done and they were in the oven I said okay and she left. Shortly after she leaves and We start to eat our meal she comes back a couple mins later with our drinks finally!! Honestly I think she forgot to put in our order and was blaming it on everything else. We were there for a little over 40mins me and my husband were beyond pi**ed! I had gotten up to go use the restroom after we were done eating and she was just sitting in the bar laughing and looking like she was having a great time with the bartender. At this point I'm done and just wanted to leave after I use the restroom I go to the front and ask the host for my bill or get someone who could. They send Toni over with the bill and asked us if anything was wrong after my husband and I explained our frustrations with her service she seemed to brush it off and gave they I don't give a fuck attitude and rolled her eyes at us My husband and I were so upset and disappointed and disturbed we just wanted to leave but we demanded a manager her attitude completely changed she apologized and said she would be back with her manager me and my husband were like great finally. She could back over a few mins later and says "she can't find him" ?!? What are you joking! We are both very overwhelmed at this point and just wanted to leave. My husband paid in cash and no we don't not leave a tip because the service was absolutely garbage. We never got our biscuits and I never got my salad we never got to speak to the manager because "he couldn't be found" the worst experience by far. My salad came out quickly, my soda about 2 minutes later. My waitress seemed disinterested in taking care of me. I ordered the AYCE shrimp and waited another 10 minutes or so for them to come out, cold. I asked for a refill and she brought me one skewer of shrimp and left. Finally, she came back and asked if there'd be anything else? I said "yes, I'd like the grilled shrimp again, please". I never saw her again. I waited about 15 more minutes, asking someone that looked like a manager and another one that was the bus boy, but finally just used the pay app on the table and walked over to 5 Guys an got a burger. What a waste of almost $30. Apparently Red Lobster and I don't agree on what is All You Can Eat. Avoid this place. The staff here are really great. I am unable to say the same for the food. The biscuits were dough filled and lacked butter on top. They crumbled immediately. My son was not pleased with the celebration lunch we had. The Mac n cheese seemed to be out of the kraft box. The mashed potatoes with lobster was phenomenal. The rest of the seafood trio was bland and not at all good food. The location is easy to get to, has minimal parking near the front door and was quiet. When my 11 year old says we could have had better food at home, I think he means it. Needless to say, we will not return to this location but again, the staff was amazing and friendly and worth the stars. We had an amazing waiter, Logan, who was a complete charm. My friends and I went to celebrate our friends birthday. I ordered the steak sirloin medium rare, when they brought it to me only the edges were cocked as I asked but the middle was completely raw. I asked a server to send it back and he asked me to put it on a plate so he could tell the cook to throw it back to the grill... no ew. My birthday girl asked for a seafood pasta, the pasta was undercooked, and very dry. She asked for extra sauce but it was still bad so she didn't even eat it. We both got refunds.
