Happy hour here is pretty nice. The BOGO traditional wings are great as well on Tuesdays. I really like the cheese curds but I am sad to see they don't offer mini corn dogs here. Horrible customer service seems to be what Buffalo Wild Wings specializes in. Each location I've visited has had this in common. Our beverages were served without straws, and while this wouldn't normally be a problem, my son's Shirley Temple wasn't stirred, and was just a pool of Grenadine at the bottom of a glass of lemon lime soda. We had to ask the waiter repeatedly for straws before he brought them (my son wanted to stir his drink with it). The food is a mixed bag. The wings are good, so long as you order them "extra crispy". The burgers are completely flavorless. The desserts are nothing special. I go here occasionally because I really like chicken wings, and they do a reasonable job at those. read more

We enjoy coming to Buffalo Wild Wings when craving hot wings. The service is typically good as well as the food. We have never had any issues worth noting. However, I took one star because if you get the fries they are rarely hot, but I feel like that's partly due to the nature of the thin fries they serve. On this visit we got our usual Boneless Wings no fries. I like the Parmesan garlic and hot sauces. We also had side salads and the happy hour mozzarella sticks. Everything was good and the things that were supposed to be warm/hot were. Our waitress made suggestions to get the most out of our money while ordering. Will continue to return. read more

I've been coming to this buffalo and I'm disappointed of the workers that make the business look bad. I walked in at 10:10 and wasn't greeted even after multiple workers at the counter seems to be doing absolutely nothing. 5 minutes later a worker that seem like she wasn't happy to be there told us right away that it's gonna be a 20-25 minutes wait. We left and came back just for them to tell us that they stop sitting people and that it's only gonna be to go orders . Why can't they say they aren't sitting people anymore rather than waste our time. Buffalo needs to change their time as well if they gonna stop letting people sit an hour before they closed. Server Josh is the man! Well, yes, he is a man, but in the world of servers here at BWW (as us regulars call it) he is head and shoulders above the rest (not that he is tall, just outstanding). We come here pretty regularly and it is always, so far, been a positive experience. What I was happy about this last visit was the new lunch menu they have with a variety of options for wings, sandwiches and sides, but hold on to your saddle shoes kiddies because included in the reasonable prices of $5.99 to $9.99 is the soft drinks are included! Kudos to BWW for recognizing this need in their customer base. Add to that the usual boat of celery and carrots with wings and dipping sauces. The Wife and I should bring the Tax Deduction here with us more often, but you know what, we love coming here alone and having time to talk, listen to the great music that plays or watch some sports and gnaw on some chicken. We bring him sometimes, but it is not nearly as fun. There goes Parent of the Year. Favorite sauces? Thanks for asking. Medium, Spicy Garlic and Parmesan Garlic. One thing I noticed this time, since my surgery I have a knee scooter and a handicapped parking placard, which is a nice perk I guess if you have to have part of your foot lopped off. The OWNERS of this franchise should be TOTALLY embarrassed by not staffing appropriately on a SATURDAY night. We could only speculate that there was maybe one person working the kitchen as Cook and Dishwasher and Grocery shopper to buy missing food/supplies. I really feel sorry for the staff as they seemed to be waaaaay short on employees. Mind you, this was a SATURDAY night about 6pm and it wasn't overly crowded. Our group of friends sat in the bar and the hostess was nice enough and pulled a couple of tables together for us. There was only one bartender and one waiter for the entire bar area. It took awhile for the waiter to take our orders and even longer to get our drinks and EVEN longer to get our food. We were warned by the waiter that the kitchen was backed up and it would take awhile.... so we waited and waited and waited. The utensils were delivered once they got clean ones from the dishwasher. All of the food was COLD and one person in our party didn't get their order until the rest of us had finished our cold meals and were ready to go. The waiter knew it was taking extra long for the one order and brought out fries, which were HOT btw. This experience was so underwhelming that we (and our friends) will never go back. I come to this location regularly. When to comes to ordering food, I know what to expect, and do not have high expectations. At best the food is ok. Salad is basically lettuce. Wings, i have had some that were outstanding, some that were ok at best. Last few times i have been to BWW the wings were cold. Fried food....COLD how does that happen ?? Son ordered fries, Cold. Service, is generally good, I have had MANY great servers, and a couple that were distracted by their phone, friends or whatever. We were a party of six going in for their buffalo wings. The wings at BWW are always wonderful, thick and juicy no matter what seasoning you try. This time it was a dry rub instead of the sticky wet ones. Prices are really high for chicken wings when you consider you get about nine wings in a small order for $14! That's right at $2 per wing. My kid and I visited here today for lunch. This was the first time I've dined in a Buffalo Wild Wings and, dare I say it, it was pretty decent! (After reading some of these reviews, I was hesitant to eat here, but our meal and the whole dining experience was fine). The restaurant was clearly a sports-oriented place, with huge tv screens all over showing various sporting events. The main dining room was cavernous but, despite it being about 1pm, it was perhaps 1/3 full. As a result, it wasn't loud at all. We had our choice of tables and opted to sit at a booth. Our table was clean, and the rest of the restaurant looked clean as well. Our server was Destiny and she was great! Very patient in describing all the lunch options (there are many, and I'm can't handle spicy foods at all, so I had to make sure to order something fairly bland). Our foods came promptly and were quite good and Destiny checked on us a few times to see if we needed anything else. The only issues we had: the Caesar side salad that came with my kid's meal was super saturated with dressing and was super wilted as a result (she couldn't eat it, it was so doused with dressing). And I had asked for a refill of my iced tea when another server came by to bring us a dish, and that never came. Other than this, though, our meals were good (I had a grilled chicken burrito-esque dish, and the chicken was perfectly cooked. Really really good)! I have never been so disgusted watching a manager taking care of their restaurant. I was visiting up north and stopped in to sit at the bar for some wings last Thursday. I usually love going to BWW because of how friendly the staff is. The bartender/servers seemed friendly enough but all stressed out because of their current manager who stood in the corner and watched them. I heard someone call her Bri. She sat in little pocket areas by the bar and watched her staff with untrustful eyes. She never stepped out to help when it got busy and she snapped at different team members for things she could have helped with. I felt so bad for her bartender I over tipped (not that - that's a problem, but would rather over tip because they are amazing not because I feel guilty for their working environment) I truly hope BWW gets her some training classes in proper leadership. read more

We didn't care for the teriyaki flavor but the honey bbq and buffalo spicey were both hits. Far too many sport TVs on to count. I bet this would be a great place on New Year's Day. Came to Buffalo Wild Wings last night with my fiancé and son. Was in the mood for some really good buffalo wings, and we had never been here before. It was a small wait, so my fiancé went up to (a man whom seemed to be the manager; bald, Caucasian wearing a grey button up) put our name down. There is a loud atmosphere in a restaurant, and then there is Buffalo Wild Wings. It was SO loud in there we had to scream back and forth to each other. I get that they have multiple games etc playing, but it was so uncomfortably loud. The table we sat at was amidst a mixture of tables invading your privacy. Our waiter was nice, but since so much was going on it was hard to find someone for more ranch, water etc. Btw, the ranch sucks here. We ordered the appetizer sampler ( onion rings, wings, nachos, cheese sticks ) & a medium order of traditional wings in hot, lemon pepper, and honey. The appetizer is a HUGE waste of money. It was the saddest bit of nachos I've ever seen. I would have killed for some Taco Bell nachos next to those. The waitress we had is by FAR the best in the bunch they have working. Her name is Elexus, and she did an extraordinary job going ABOVE & BEYOND to ensure my first time here was amazing. The location was also VERY busy, but with Elexus to help get us settled in, the environment wasn't as much of a distraction at I thought it might be originally. 3 Stars is pretty appropriate for this place. Their menu is kind of expansive proving they are more than just wings, but after a couple of visits I'm still finding myself burnt out on them. They offer wings two different ways...either bone in or bone out with a whole bevy of flavors ranging from mild to hot and from sauce to just seasoning. They also offer sandwiches and burgers. They normally only cook their burgers "medium-well," but if you're lucky then the back of the house will cook your burger to your requested temperature. My last visit I was greeted with a resounding "no" at my request, but I have had some yesses as well. Service has always been kind. They offer seating in the form of regular tables, booths, or bar seating. They have a ton of TVs playing all kinds of sports. This place gets pretty packed for major football games (or sports events period,) so make sure you are aware of what's up before descending upon them. There is plenty of parking in this Strip Mall lot. They are easily seen from 78th and are located across the street from a couple of Shell stations if you need to fill up your gas tank! read more

This was not one of my favorite buffalo locations I have been to. If I could give 2.5 I would, but I have some mixed emotions about our experience. The spacing of the tables was great, we felt very COVID conscious in that regard. Our waiter was extremely nice, but very slow. When we sat down we waited about 7 minutes before we were even greeted and brought waters. Once we placed our drink order it was another 20 minutes to get our drinks, and our food was 30+ after ordering. The restaurant was not busy, and there were 3 other servers working in our area. Our server was often seen near the computer on their phone or rolling silverware. We asked for extra crispy wings, they were definitely not extra crispy when they arrived. I was craving a bacon cheeseburger while my family had their wings. I didn't think they could screw up a burger but it was horrible!! It was overcooked and almost burnt so it had no flavor. Instead of fries I got their coleslaw. It was the worst coleslaw I've ever had in my life. On top of that, I wore a sweatshirt there because last time I was cold.
