Long story short: we waited 2 hours for our food. We will only order take out from this location after our experience. I love Buffalo Wild Wings as a franchise however, this location needs some work. My husband and I arrived an hour before the dinner rush. The waitress came and took our order and we didn't see her again for 1 hour. Yes, no exaggeration, 1 hour. My husband had to flag her down to ask her where our food was. She responded with "I'm sorry it's the dinner rush, they're really backed up in the kitchen" .... like I said we got there an hour before the dinner rush. We saw 7 families whom arrived after us get their food and leave. Another hour later the manager arrives with our food. Come to find out the waitress forgot to put our order in. Which is fine! We understand things happen! I'm just extremely disappointed in the costumer service! Don't lie to your costumers! At that point we got our food to go and had cold wings at home. Very busy, obviously cause it's brand new. And is very small and the parking lot is a nightmare with no organization. But food is very good. Gonna have its kinks but the place is brand new. Takeout has some issues but people complain about soggy fries... Really? Have you never gotten fries that sit in a box? But for what it is, I love the place. Great atmosphere. Finally something fun and alive around here. Every restaurant is quiet and boring, and makes you want to sleep at the table. This place has got what I've been wanting being from a city. read more

Simply amazing! The food was hot and fresh (which is sadly not true for all Buffalo Wild Wings) Our wings were coated evenly which is a major plus for me. The atmosphere was fantastic and playful. Just moved from a big city to a small town, and we were happy to see one of our favorites was here too. Service was great, the restaurant and bathrooms were clean and service was timely. We ordered our usual and was bummed to learn this location has a limited menu. Not a huge deal. Our picky eater 9 year old just had to pick something else, (she wanted mini corn dogs). Also the tablets at this location only had a few games available and the option to purchase more, the location we used to go to in another city (and state) had all the games available. So just some minor adjustments for us. Overall food was great and service was wonderful. We will return. read more

The food is good, I've been to other BWW so I know that. I didn't want to review yet because it was a terrible experience that turned out ok and I wanted the newness to wear off on them but the Yelp tip I put in when I created this BWW location isn't here anymore. They are really suffering from growing pains. Their parking lot is a nightmare. Who puts a building in the middle of a parking lot and then doesn't erase the lines and paint new ones!?!?!? While I waited to be seated the shift manager was getting called out into the parking lot by the someone (a property manager maybe) and complained at because people were parking in lines that still exist which means others can't go around them. She was snarky and upset and said to the manager "I've told you before you can't have people parking here." Well what is he going to do about it? It was a Thursday at noon and the wait was only 15 minutes but there were people there who had called in their take out at 10:40. Incorrect orders were coming out to the several people waiting on takeout. After a long time food came but it wasn't ours. Come to find out it was the people who were sitting at our table before us. They explained that their computers had gone down and the kitchen had to work with written slips. So then when the computers came back up all the old food orders were made again. It was well over an hour before our food came. The poor waiter was trying so hard. He just looked so lost in his first server job. He wondered aimlessly and apologized profusely for the kitchen but I understand, they were working really hard back there. I tipped well and I'll come back again. I'm glad I was there with a friend that I don't see often so we wanted to sit for a few hours anyway. We stay at places even after we are done for about an hour when we have a chance to get together. read more

We're meeting up with family, there's 8 of us. We're all from over an hour away & met here in the middle. Never will I ever come to this BWW location again. Not accommodating at all. They refused to seat us together as a family, & the hostesses were rude. The largest table they have only seats 6, & we were willing to make it work. They didn't clean out off for over 15 minutes. You're better off going to Applebee's or BWW in another city. It'll be worth the drive to go elsewhere. read more

If I could give a negative stars I would! Literally worst BWW we have ever been to! Have come a handful of times, and usually have some kind of issue with our order. But almost always had the same waitress and she was AMAZING. Tonight we went for the first time in months and had someone different. Holy horrible waitress! 1. Took a longer than average time to place drink and food orders (with menus closed for extended period of time. Plus took awhile to get said drinks... wasn't a major issue in the beginning because we came to hang after a long work day. 2. Ordered apps, waitress asked if we wanted them before our meals. Of course we said yes. Surprise! Came out 5 mins before our meal, we ate about 6 cheese balls and fried pickles total between 2 of us! 3. After appetizers arrived waited almost 10 mins to flag down waitress for silverware and napkins (knew this would be an issue as we watched the table across from us wait 15 mins for silverware). 4. At this point I'm so annoyed since I just worked a 16 hour day I ask as soon as we get silverware for our check and to go boxes. Our waitress got both closed us out and we no longer exist to her. Well we had 3 to go boxes so my husband has to go to the hostess stand to ask for bag so decided let me ask for a manager. Said @$$hole comes out. As we explain all of our issues (I only covered the main ones here) his only response "OK" so at this point we realize this dude does not give a shit about customer experiences and opinions. Had lunch at BWW today with my grand daughter today. Had their quick lunch [15 minutes or less] Sounds good, but maybe not. My 10 piece bone in wings were barely cooked [pink next to the bone]. Even worse were the carrots she had with her 10 piece boneless wings. Some had not been peeled, and one had a big black bad spot on the end. The celery I had with mine was very stringy, and the ends were black. Maybe too much attention to quick service, and not enough to quality. The meal was $28.04 plus $5.00 tip. NEVER again. read more

Went there at 2:00 pm left at 2:45 and never got our order. Had 3 different tables that came in after our table of 4 who got served before us. Our waitress and 3 other people came by our table and said they would check on it multiple times. Sometimes they came back and said it would be a few more minutes other times they didn't come back at all, this included the manager after I told the hostess of our issues. The manager apologized and went to the kitchen to get our food ...15 min he still didn't come back from kitchen. We gave the "captain" 5 bucks for our drinks and left. It was at least 45 min since we started checking the time which was after we thought it'd been awhile. Horrible service. Went to see Monday Night Football, got there around 8:30, not a lot of people. Seated immediately. The special for drinks was Coors Light, we had 8 people and most ordered that. Well they were out of that as well as Michelob Ultra, Sam Adams Oktoberfest, and another beer. While we waited for drinks, waitress vacuumed around our table which kicked up dust, not something you want when u are getting ready to eat. Night went on and we basically had to beg to get another drink. End of football and they cut off the volume so you couldn't here post game reports. Waitress again vacuuming and kicking up dust and smell. It's now only 10:30 and waitress brings check which we didn't ask for...so now more drinks I guess. For the next 30 minutes waitress hovers over us waiting for us to leave....well before they are supposed to close. Bottom line not a great time when we were trying to reconnect with some friends we hadn't seen in a long time. Horrible experience, nothing from the manager about all the beers that were not available or "hey you can have this beer at the special price since we are out". Very disappointed leaving. read more

Stopped in to get a to go order. Called ahead, ordered off of the web site menu....the girl taking the order knew little or anything about the menu and told me what I was getting...I said fine....get there, and it was suppose to be a 18 boneless wing combo, it was 21.31 for the meal, that did include a 20 oz drink for 3.00. I was a little astounded by the cost but I paid it....get out to the car, open the box and it was 12 wings, 6 boneless 6 bone in...and no fries...I proceed back in and they get the fries but when I point out the wing order the manager comes out, and says we don't have an 18 wing combo, we have a half and half with fries for 15.99, really, wow...so the wings were fine and so were the fries, the problem goes straight to the manager, she is putting her help out on an island with no training, and don't get me started on the price, 21.31 for 12 wings, fries and a drink.....they have seen the last of me, and I will spread the word on this. read more

By far the worst bww I've ever been to, and I travel all over the country, visiting various bww locations regularly. Not only do I frequent several bww, I also used to be an employee at one for 5 years as a cook and as a server. I've been to the Warrensburg location many times now and each visit is more disappointing than the last. Unfortunately for me, this is my local bww. My most recent visit was just too over the top for me, so I decided to finally write a review. First I want to start off by saying they got my order wrong... again. They have screwed up my order EVERY time I've been here, from forgetting ranch and blue cheese on a to-go order to completely bringing out the wrong food. Today they forgot our appetizer and gave me my boneless wings in the wrong sauce. We elected to just forego our appetizer since we had our meals in front of us, and instead of bringing me new boneless wings, they just spun my old ones in my originally requested sauce. At the end of our visit, I checked the receipt to make sure there was a survey link included. There was, but unfortunately the server conveniently decided to return my debit card to me without the original receipt. So now instead of taking a survey, I'm left with writing them a terrible Yelp review. If you love bww, you probably won't be able to stay away, but be warned, your service will most likely be awful.
