I really should not have stayed after they handed me a menu that was covered in half dried beer. Going forward a sticky menu = an immediate walk out. I had a meal here tonight but I would hardly call it dinner. I ordered the 12 piece (bone in) wing dinner with fries and corn on the cob. Diner with two draft beers was $24.37 before tip. Only 3 words describe my meal. FOOD QUALITY SUCKED!!!!!!!!!! The wings had to be the cheapest quality available for a restaurant to buy. They had no meat, tasted freezer burned, were over cooked and dry. Even their supposedly homemade blue cheese did not add any flavor to the wings. The fries, while warm, were as limp as a 70 year old man without his little blue pill. The corn on the cobb was dry. Great lunch here on Sunday. The southwestern egg rolls tasted hot and fresh, with smoked chicken, corn, beans, and a dipping sauce. Burrito wrap had good grilled chicken flavor. Service was really good too, particularly with the water refills. I would say the only room for improvement would have been the fries, which tasted like they came out of the fryer at least 20 minutes ago. Perhaps not the best restaurant of this style but nonetheless a very good one especially with service this good. Draft beer selection, aside from Sweetwater 420, leaves a lot to be desired. It's been a few years since my last review and I've been coming here much more frequently. The service is always prompt and I've never had to wait for a table even on Saturday night. The lunch menu and lunch prices are good all the time. This is really nice, more places should follow suit. Recently they botched our order no big deal it happens. To fix it they let us keep the "mistake" and still made our original order complete. I've done bash night a few times but the commotion is a bit much. 13 bucks all you can eat wings Monday and Wednesday but good luck finding a parking space. read more

If you need a watering hole in Woodstock and want to keep it main stream this is a good place to check out. The service is always good, the food is OK and the beers are cold. We've yet to have bad service or food here. It's much better than the neighboring Kayson's or the Taco Mac on 575. The waitresses must have to pass some sort of smart ass test because every one of them has a one liner for anything you say or ask. It's pretty refreshing to find a place like this with such a fun wait staff. The patio is nice and quiet and enclosed for those crazy Georgia winters we have. The only thing I don't like is that they have smoking in the bar and thats a little not cool. All in all it's a good place to grab some wings and beers at the end of the week. read more

If they had a contest for worlds smallest wings this place would win. So I've lived in the area for about 10 years and ate here three times. Each time the experience gets worse. In the past my issue was strictly with the service and overall size of the wings if you even want to call them that. My most recent and for sure last trip was something I haven't seen before at wing establishments. You order by the weight of the wings. 1.5 lbs is $15. When I asked how many wings would we get our server said 8. Keep in mind these are super small and not even on the same playing field as other establishments that serve up wings. My daughter ordered a kids pasta with literally no marinara sauce. We had to ask and eventually get our own straws. The wings lacked really any flavor and the lemon pepper had way too much salt. Horrible service. Only saw our server when she was given a new table. Food was ok but I ordered a salad and it was completely wrong. Picked out half of the ingredients but couldn't get everything out. We were so excited to eat here after many years of not eating at buffalos. We left a bit disappointed. Wings, while good are small in size. The veggie burger ( I believe it's called the impossible?) states that it is plant based.. so I asked exactly what it was made of being that plant based could be soy, bean, potato, avocado, or just general mixed veggie patty. The waitress was unsure and went to ask. When she came back she had googled what plant based burgers are made of. Seems so odd to me that a manager or kitchen manager would not be able to give her a detailed description. The corn was flavorless, fried cold and stale... also come out unseasoned. Buffalo's is a pretty good wing shack. The staff is friendly, they have a decent menu variety, and your food comes out relatively quickly. The wings tend to be a bit on the small side, but are tasty are the number of wings they give me usually will fill me up. Buffalo's is a restaurant/sports bar, so it can tend to be a bit noisier than your average restaurant, but only a bit so. And don't forget the free peanuts out front. I don't know where they get them, but they are delicious. read more

I enjoyed the wings very much. I like my wings small and fried extra crispy. Try the hot ranch and spicy bbq. You won't be disappointed. This is typical tex mex fare so don't expect too much and you will be okay. When I get the taste for some real wings, I will just make the trip to my favorite American Deli. I keep going there wanting it to be good, but, it isn't. Someone needs to tell them a mushroom is not a vegetable. Everything was absolutely amazing... And I'm not just being overly nice. I had the chicken with some wings to start... And I will be the first to say that the wings are NOT that small, they are a little bit smaller than normal, but good sized. The wings were juicy and tender, and I liked the sauce. The chicken was tender and extremely well made... The amount of fries they give you makes up for anything else being small, and the deals you get for what you buy is good too. Management disregarded serving laws, gave several shots of liquor to an adult who had a 6 year old child with them. This same patron left their dog in the car, on a hot day. An employee called 911 and was fired for it. For DOING THE RIGHT THING. But the asshats that own this establishment care more about potentially embarrassing a customer as opposed to doing the right and moral thing. I Love Buffalo wings and having a bad experience at Taco mac we thought we'd try a new place. After eating here.. We started our evening being greeted by the hostess who wasn't very pleasant or sociable. She sat us near the bar area with 2 small children/infants. My husband then made a comment and she ignored our request. (There was plenty of open tables) Next, we were greeted by our waitress who was very nice and extremely pleasant but upon getting our food I was disappointed. $10 for 6 very warm skinny wings with no sides? 1 lb might just be the weight of the bone because there was barely any meat. My husband and I get take out here usually every weekend. We love the food...we have tried just about everything. However....if you are getting take out there remember to ASK for everything. i.e. Condiments, toppings etc. Also, check your order and make sure they get it right. We have had more than one experience when they did not give us lettuce/tomato for our hamburger, no ranch for our wraps or gave us extra hot instead of mild wings. I don't think so. I have been here off and on for about 2 years. The only thing I like anymore is the Prairie Chicken Salad. Last year they changed the price and the sizing of this salad. If you get a small one, be prepared to be very hungry after eating if this is all you get. Too much $$ for too little. I've had to get the full size to feel full and still too much $$. I have never found the service to be very good here. Always too slow. Tonight was no exception. It's a weeknight, Wednesday. I opted for the Chopped steak dinner with green beans and mashed potatoes. Asked for gravy (for the potatoes). I got a tablespoon size of gravy in a container. Asked for another and was told they would have to charge me for it. Ahhhh....I think not, for this pinhole size container of gravy. My dinner was served by another server than the girl who took my order. After I finished my meal, this girl brought me extra gravy. The original waitress came over and said there would be no charge. I asked what the point of the whole thing was, tell me I would be charged, wait until I finish my meal and then bring another gravy and tell me no charge??? Her response was, she has a manger who looks for things like that when customers are not charged. Well, first of all, shame on Buffalo's for even charging for such a meager serving size. I would be embarrassed if I were that manager. Secondly, she said it was a communication error between her and the helper. Meantime, my companion had 3 (of the same size) of ranch dressings with her wrap and fries at no extra charge. What's up with that? She can get all the ranch she wants and I have to pay for an extra gravy (same size container) for my potatoes that I have to cover up the taste as they are either instant potatoes or made with potatoes that are not the best for mashing flavor. The chopped steak is nothing more than their hamburger minus the bun. Even served in the shape of their hamburger (or anybody's burger for that matter). The wings are pretty good at this place, but I stopped getting them long ago and started getting some nice wings from Whole Foods and making my own at home that are much better and MUCH less $$$. Menu prices seem to have gone up which I guess restaurants do from time to time. That is okay if the choices, portions, etc. warrant it, but this place....I don't think so. Won't be back.
