My husband and I get take out here usually every weekend. We love the food...we have tried just about everything. However....if you are getting take out there remember to ASK for everything. i.e. Condiments, toppings etc. Also, check your order and make sure they get it right. We have had more than one experience when they did not give us lettuce/tomato for our hamburger, no ranch for our wraps or gave us extra hot instead of mild wings. They are notorious for mistakes (although sometimes I think they do it on purpose to cut costs). read more

We have been visiting this restaurant for years. We were seated immediately but, after waiting 10 minutes, I had to go tell the hostess that no one had come to wait on us; 5 minutes later, Thomas came to wait on us. I give Thomas 5 stars. He was awesome! Our food came and my Shrimp Salad was delicious as always but our wings...Ugh! The smallest wings I have ever been served anywhere, so very little meat. Ridiculous! I am never disappointed here. I eat here maybe three times a year. I had the country fried steak with green beans and mashed potatoes and white gravy. The potatoes are fresh mashed and green beans cooked with ham and onion for really good flavor. The staff is attentive and friendly. read more

I've been here numerous times, and each time I find each experience forgettable. The most recent visit, I had their Mexicali Burger. Flavors ok, but I would have thought with the salsa, there would be more flavor. My wife always gets one of their wraps, and it's the only thing she's found that she really likes. Overall, it is a mediocre restaurant. At least it is family friendly and it's usually fairly easy to get a large party in without calling ahead. Pricing is not terrible for what you get either. This is about the location on Cobb Parkway by Planet Fitness in Acworth,Ga. There were 4 of us, we all ordered wings. Our server ask if we wanted carrots and celery, we said yes. So our food arrives, my wife's had 4 small carrot sticks and mine had about the same amount of just celery. The other couple ask about their carrots and celery and our server told us to share with them? The food had a good taste but they served the smallest wings I've seen- our tab was about $60. My wife and I came here in November 27, 2016. My wife ordered a salad and in her first bite broke her tooth on a chunk of hard plastic. The manager said the owner would pay our $581 dentist bill but after several calls to the restaurant and corporate there is no response from the owner. The only info corporate provided was that the restaurant was trying to find out if the plastic came from the kitchen or the bag of food from the distributor, like I care where it came from. Eat here at your own risk but keep in mind the owner is hoping I'll go away but there's no chance until I get my money back. 2 weeks!! It's been 2 weeks and no response!!! The food is great, especially the Kickin' Chicken Wrap. Their wings are small and tend to be overcooked because of it, so if I order wings, I get them boneless. Good family restaurant. Another good, quick lunch with my girls. They love the kids mac n cheese (it really is good and cheesy), and I tried the buffalo bill burger. Worst service worst attitudes...walked in blomd young looking hostess took us around in circle then when we were finally sat..waited for 9 mins before i went to hostess stand to let her know we hadnt been greeted yet. One star is too much for this place. I took my family out tonight (Saturday) to have chicken wings. There were barely 5 other customers at this place on a weekend night!!. It was a horrible experience. My daughter noticed a hair in the appetizer, we didn't make a big deal out of it so not to spoil the mode. The fries were cold . The celery were definitely past their shelf life. We asked for crispy chicken wings, they got the order wrong sauce and barely cooked. They tried to replace the wings but took about 20 minutes which by then was too late. The server was sweet and had no fault in this. No manager came by to apologize or explain what happened. I paid and left a good tip but will never go back to this place. Now I understand why this place barely had customers on a Saturday night. Stay away from this place. read more

The food here is awesome! I have had most of the flavors of wings and every one of them is good! I had to knock down my rating due to the service. It was laughably abysmal. I have worked in the service industry for years so I am forgiving with service when I see its a busy section or it was something the kitchen but on the flip side, I am incredibly picky when I see no reason for bad service. Our young male server checked on us a grand total of twice. Someone else brought our food out, someone else brought our drinks, we had to flag down someone for napkins, we had to flag down someone to let them know part of our order was missing. When our server came back and we told him we were missing wings, he looked at his pad and said I don't think you ordered that. It was the very first thing I ordered! Previously I have sat at the bar, but I had my mums with me so I thought we would sit at a table. I will not make that mistake in the future! This was our first time back at a Buffalos in a long time. We came for kids eat free night, and feel like it was very disappointing. Our waiter was very inattentive, and took almost 5 minutes to get to our table (they weren't terribly busy). When he did get there, he barely said two words. Took our orders, and disappeared. Reappeared with our orders and again, sat them down and immediately walked away. Never asked if we needed anything else. Also, there were 4 of us, he left us 2 sets of silverware. Really? Our food was lukewarm, and my son's quesadilla was literally so small he ate it in 4 bites. No exaggeration. Thankfully, it was free. Our bill came, it was wrong, and we had to wait longer for our non-existent waiter (never came to refill drinks or make sure we needed anything while we had our food). This is probably the worst restaurant experience we've had in a long time. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the $2 frozen margaritas were really good. I ate here and my mom had gotten me a 25 dollar visa gift card. My meal was $21 and and when the girl rang it up she told me my card had only $20 on it. My mom showed me the receipt and everything. Went to Buffalo's for a weeknight birthday dinner for a friend a few weeks ago. This was probably the 4th or 5th time I have been there and have never had a complaint until now. The waitress was less than thrilled to be serving us and was unfortunately unfriendly. Some of the dishes came out incredibly fast and others took forever to come out... I am not high maintenance at all... but I do expect for the party who orders together to eat together. Another strange thing- before we ordered drinks we were asked if anyone had had any drinks before arriving... being the honest bunch we are... 2 of the 7 admitted to having a beer at home before dinner (while waiting for the rest of the party to arrive). The waitress then informed us, rather frankly, that she cannot serve us alcohol since they had a couple drinks before arriving - company policy. After a long conversation with her, letting her know we just want wings and beer to celebrate the birthday she took all our ID's to her manager and said she would be right back. The manager came out and offered no explanation further than "company policy" but that she would compromise and let the ones who already had a drink, share a pitcher with another person. Obviously they had gotten in trouble for something of that nature in the past. Regardless, the headache just to get a beer plus the poor service made for a less than fabulous night- hence the 2 stars. read more
