It was extremely watery, no creaminess or thickness to it, and had an incredibly strong spoiled seafood taste. I ended up throwing it out. My friend ordered broccoli/cheddar soup. It was equally watery, and she said it lacked flavor and seasoning. I wanted to see the various sizes, (sm, med, lg), and the person behind the counter had to go to the storeroom to retrieve med and lg since they didn't even keep any behind the counter. I bought medium sized cups, but they didn't have the correct lids to fit them. What they had was lids that were a millimeter or two larger than the lip of the cup. So while it looked like they fit, they would fall off when one picked up the container. One would think that if your primary business was selling cups of soup, at a minimum you would have the sizes at the counter, and especially the correct size lids for the containers. Luckily, the containers of soup were placed in plastic bags first, so I tied a knot in the bag as close to the container as possible to hold the lid on. When it inevitably leaked from the ill fitting lid, it was contained in the bottom of the bag, rather than making a mess in my car. On a positive note, I bought the vegetable soup. Only issue was a lack of salt/pepper, but that was easily corrected.

It was packed in there! Overall, despite the positives, the negatives outweigh it. The main thing I came for was the meat, and was highly disappointed by it.
