After looking over the menu I decided on the chicken sandwich. The menu here did have a lot of local beers which was nice and while I was tempted, it didn't make sense for me on this day. It described my chicken sandwich as hand breaded and fried on a brioche bun with pickles, ranch and lettuce but I got it without the ranch. My food came out somewhere between 10 and 15 minutes after I ordered and it was pretty good. I was a little worried about the sandwich being dry without the ranch but that was not the case. It was juicy and had some flavorful spices in the breading. The bun was clearly toasted and the pickles added some salt and wetness while the lettuce helped with the moisture content. My fries were well seasoned and crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside. At 18 dollars it was a bit more than I would normally pay, but being at the airport you expect things to cost more. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. It was not a cheap fried chicken sandwich but it was tasty and the fries were good as well.
