Amanda gave us above and beyond service! We drove an hour here to get the T-Rex stuffy, she was great about making it fun for each and every kid and I absolutely commend her for running the whole store, stuffing bears and running the cash register all by herself on a fairly busy Wednesday!

This was by far the nicest Build A Bear I've ever visited! It was very clean and organized. Largest selection of bears that I've ever seen in a Build A Bear store! Staff were super sweet and really helpful. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and they walked myself and my daughter ( who was a first timer here ) through the wonderful build a bear process. The 2 for 25 sale was hard to pass up, we now have two new friends! Staff made made us have the best time we could ever have, building a bear was fun, but the staff here made it so much better! This store is 10/10! Keep up the great work!

Little bricks EVERYWHERE and in all sorts of bins on both levels. Also has so many totes full of bricks on shelves. They also have a LOT of the small Lego figurines. 4 stars for the staff, friendly, but shortly maned. We stood at the counter to purchase a few items for quit some time. 2 stars for pricing on the box items. Some of the items in this store had almost a 40-50% mark up. One item that we recently purchased at a box chain store was $20 more at this store than it was where we purchased it. EEK! They do have a lot of premade items in glass shelves, a lot of Star Wars items, all are a gem to look at, as it gives a better perspective of the actual size of the boxed items. Another point that should be recognized, this is a family owned store that sales Legos products, they are not an actual Legos store. Something to keep in mind when you purchase items at the given mark up. Being a specialty shop, they only pay the bills from the sale of Legos, and nothing else. It's worth supporting these guys to keep them in business. One thing they do have, is a build your own model, which is a great option for children parties and such. I don't recall the price, I did see some set pricing, but listening to another speak to the employees, it almost sound like weight or volume based on pricing. It's not like they can count each lego used to build the child specific toy. It's fun little store. Dusty, be ready for that.

Avery took the time to…read moreexplain the process after I mentioned it was our first visit and that I hadn't made a reservation. I strongly suggest making a reservation to guarantee your entry, as I believe their capacity is 50. It tends to get quite busy, especially on rainy days, due to its convenience and being such a fantastic place for kids. Additionally, you will need to complete a waiver form. They have iPads available for you to fill out the form if you haven't done so, but it's advisable to have everything prepared in advance to avoid delays if you're pressed for time. Avery was incredibly friendly, patient, attentive, and had a wonderful personality. This is a charming spot for little ones, and the staff on duty during our visit made sure to wipe down, clean, and tidy up the area while the kids played in different sections. It was a busy little place when I arrived at 10:40 a.m., but it was less crowded around lunchtime. There is a red bucket designated for toys that your little one has put in their mouth, ensuring the toys remain sanitary. You are required to purchase their socks and must wear them while there. Fortunately, the socks are only $2.50. The day pass costs $13.75, and they also provide your little ones with a free rubber duck, which helps encourage them to leave when it's time to go. I'm sure you can relate to how your little ones can get when they're having a blast and don't want to leave, so they have a clever system in place to help ease that transition. This place was perfect for my little one. I had a wonderful time, especially seeing how much he enjoyed himself, and the customer service from Avery was outstanding. Thank you so much for your help and patience, Avery.

I'd say good size for around 10yrs old and under. Ample seating, clean restrooms, a small store with toys & necessities that may have been forgotten, & a small food station with sandwiches, hot dogs, dipping dots, etc. Lots of slides, fountains, waterfalls, & skirting animal heads. Believe I heard 12yrs old is oldest that can be on the slides. They have a couple of covered cabanas ($50 for 2 hours) as well as larger covered patio that can be rented. My 4yr old nephew had an absolute blast and must have gone down the slides over a hundred times. He could have kept going for hours more if we let him. We packed a lunch which saved money. Kids split a small dipping dots for $5.75. I Highly recommend you go if you have little kids and want to cool off during the hot summer days while at the zoo.

This little splash pad is great fun if it's not too crowded and you can get a couple chairs. There's plenty of shade around the chairs and tables, and there's a few rentable cabanas as well -- $40 for 2 hours and $15 for each additional hour. Totally worth it to guarantee a shady spot to rest and eat! They say the cabanas hold 10 people but I think that'd be pretty crowded. They look more suited for 6 guests when you consider most people have bags, towels, strollers, and small ice chests to store as well. The splash pad itself is small, this isn't a huge water park. Seems best for little kids, like 10 and under. Most kids we saw were probably under 7. Lots of little toddlers! The bigger kids spend most of their time up in the main playground and on the bigger slides, leaving the outskirts of the pad to the little ones. There's a few toddler stations and itty bitty slides, perfect for babies with some supervision. Just be on alert, there's always a big kid or 3 that'll come barreling through at any moment. There are no pools here, no lazy river. It's all splash pad! 14,000 square feet; a "water play area equipped with four slides, a water dump tower, a fill wall for your water toys, animal-shaped water cannons, and a designated toddler play area." There's also concessions; sandwiches, chips, drinks. And a little stand that has anything you might have left at home: swimsuits, towels, goggles, sunscreen, swim diapers... We had the best time here. We were lucky enough to visit when it wasn't packed. Even though it's brutally hot out, we stayed cool in the shade after being splashed. We're zoo members so we'll definitely be back.

There were a lot of sitting areas near all toy areas as well for parents. When we arrived at 11am, the whole space was clean and all the toys were put away nicely. The music playing (kids music) really set the mood for a good time for the kids. All the kids and parents there were all nice and friendly. Beautiful views and a pleasant ride, if you're willing to sacrifice a bit of comfort. My 6'1" husband's legs barely fit in the train and my butt was numb by the end, but it was a small price to pay for the joy of the ride. My kids thought it was the most fun thing they'd done in a while, and we do lots of fun things. Whether or not you consider this to be an expensive activity probably depends on how many kids you have. I read a few reviews that thought this was cheap fun, but we paid $37 for our family of 7. Ouch! FYI the current prices (as of Feb 2020 anyway) are $5 per kid and $6 per adults. CASH ONLY. FYI: I think there used to be two pick up stations but the day we went the train was only picking up from the zoo station. The train left every hour on the hour, with the last departure at 4pm. The train was definitely full to capacity, so I would advise arriving 15 min before departure so you can be there when the previous train arrives and snag your seats together.

They can close up if it gets too hot (100 degrees or more, or super cold/bad weather) you can call of you are unsure. Their website also provides the times/days they are open, seems to change every season. Even on hot days when the train is moving you usually get a nice breeze, you go over bridges and can count turtles in the eater, under bridges, through parks and wave at the people and bicyclists. It stops about halfway through and you can grab a drink, snacks or ice cream, they only stop for about 5 minutes though. DO NOT hold up the train, a lady was halfway in a train car waiting for the rest of her family and got yelled at in front of everyone by the conductor. They have a schedule to keep, be considerate!
