The quote showed in an hour, was detailed, and more importantly - fair compared to some. We agreed on a solution. He had an opening the next day, and I was happy we could get this going quickly. This isn't what usually happens... When we met the next day I told Isaiah that I reconsidered and I want the outlet in a different place. Most of them feel it's the thermostat. We are on our 3rd or 4th try of the same thermostat. My husband and one of the technicians said to try a different brand or style. Clearly the one they kept bringing doesn't work with our system. One tech offered to go back and get the other type. Dispatch said NO. It wasn't in the notes. The technician that had been out previously DID put it into the notes, dispatch just didn't include it in the notes to the next team. We reached out to the sales person Steve. He said he was going to make sure we had someone out this weekend (Memorial Day weekend). He even said he talked with the VP and it would be handled. So we changed our weekend plans. My husband missed a Memorial Ceremony honoring my uncle in Eugene. We didn't hear from them. A courtesy call to say they wouldn't be out would have been better than the empty promises we have been given. Years ago we used them. We probably won't in the future. But what do they care. They have my $17K.
