Cool place. Tombstone (movie) decor, references and menu items.

Buldogies... what can I say? I've driven by many times and always wanted to try this Gourmet Hotdog Shop. Finally made my way through the door on a Saturday afternoon. Now I'm kicking myself for not trying it sooner! The interior is cool and has some excellent Tombstone (movie) menu items, decor and references along with a killer Clint Eastwood Art piece. More seating than I thought it would have. The owners are great. Very personable and take complete pride in their business, service and food. The attention to detail and presentation are spot on. I was in the mood for a Chicago Dog and let me tell you, this one was excellent. The dog itself is huge, the bun is delicious and the condiments were fresh and oh so tasty. I got a side of Buldogie Fries and they were perfectly cooked. The basket in my picture only shows about a 1/4th of the order... I had chomped down a ton before taking the picture. So good. The menu is really full of options and unique combinations. Many selections if you happen to not want a hotdog. They also serve things like Funnel Cakes, ice cream, etc. I loved this place and highly recommend. The owner's passion is great to see as well. I will definitely be back soon.

This place is amazing. The food was wonderful and the people were so nice there. I am looking forward for the next time I'm in the area to visit again.

My husband and I were visiting family in Conroe and this is a MUST visit spot. The hot dogs were so good!!! We will definitely be back every time we visit!

This is just a really fun little hole in the wall. The variety of amazing hot dogs is through the roof and all of them are delicious. The Reuben-covered hot dog has to be tried to be believed and the pulled pork on top of another one was as good as many barbecue restaurants. Funky little bar that was packed and one of the best malts I've had in a long time. If you can handle the calories and carbs, this will be an experience you'll be talking about for a long time.

The food here was awesome. They gave a lot of great options and very unique names. The owners were very nice and work in the kitchen cooking. The atmosphere in the place was very relaxed and felt very "westernish" from the unique food names and the decor on the walls. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Update to my previous review, I got a response from the owner. He basically said I was "Staring" at them which was "awkward". What ? He blames me for seeing the filth on the floor because I came after a "lunch rush" . Nobody was in any " rush" to clean it up, apparently. As for the roller grill, he says they always used it. Maybe, but letting a hotdog turn into jerky and then serving it to a customer is still very poor performance. He refuses any responsibility whatsoever for any of my concerns . Typical. That's why the place is what it is. I've had that same experience with a few restaurant owners in the past. Watch "Kitchen Nightmares", 1/2 of those people are in denial as well. Raging Denial is apparently a possible side effect to owning a restaurant. If the guy responded to me even slightly apologetically , I would have revamped and changed my review score. Since he's blaming me for his poor performance, your 1 star review remains, Sir!

Very inviting staff and environment for hot dog lovers. You can tell the owners really care about their customers and the craft of a beautifully made hot dog. I will never not visit when I'm in town. 10/10 every time.

Ok Houston and surrounding area , Drive fast . I mean GET HERE NOW ( however be safe ) Jamie and Bree have conquered the hot dog with a unique and delightful spin on America's favorite food . The hot dog is American as apple pie and these 2 powerhouses have elevated it to Nirvana. Never In my life would I have ever thought to be blown away by a hotdog , well this restaurant literally blew my mind. The uniquely delicious combinations are pure genius . You have to experience this for yourself because I do not have enough words in the dictionary to do it justice Well done Bree and Jamie and thank you for a truly remarkable experience

Stopped by for a 2nd time and again was not disappointed. We had a chili cheese dog and a NYC dog along with an order of tater tots. Loved it all! Presentation is perfect. Their buns are special . They are grilled. Diabetics beware of the orange soda. It has over 40g's of sugar. It sure is good though. The owners take special care to be sure everything is just right.

What a mistake I waited so long to make! This place did not disappoint. We started with the fondue, and wow... rich, creamy, and served piping hot like molten cheese lava in a proper fondue pot. The toasted French bread cubes were perfectly dunkable, and that cheese has more pull than the President. It's pure cheesy happiness in a pot--seriously, the cure for any bad mood. The beet carpaccio was another standout: beautifully thin slices drizzled with sweet fig balsamic, topped with goat cheese crumbles and fresh microgreens. Even the beet skeptics at our table went back for seconds. Next came the strawberry goat cheese salad, and I'm officially a convert. I used to avoid fruit on salads, but this one changed my mind completely. Sweet strawberries, creamy goat cheese, and crisp greens in perfect balance. I'm already planning my next visit with grilled salmon on top. For mains we shared the chicken paillard--light, bright with lemon, and paired with dreamy whipped mashed potatoes--and the steak frites. The steak was tender and juicy, but let's be honest... those frites stole the show. Fresh-cut, double-fried, perfectly crispy and salty. I could have eaten an endless basket of them. Absolute drool-worthy. We finished the night with sharing a plate of beignets. Warm, fluffy and dusted with powdered sugar. The service was phenomenal, especially for a large group. Our server never missed a beat, and the whole team was warm and attentive. The drink menu is excellent too--great selection of beers, wines, and creative cocktails. The Napoleon was our table favorite by far. Petite Suzette has officially earned a new set of regulars. We'll be back later this week, and I can't wait to try even more. If you're anywhere near Montgomery, do yourself a favor and go in. You won't regret it!

This restaurant is located by the lake so we decided to sit outside to enjoy the views. Our server Collin was pretty nice and was on top of everything. Checked in on us a few times & made sure our drinks were refilled. To start, I ordered their gumbo. For our mains I got 3 pounds of crawfish with sausage & it comes with 2 potatoes & 1 corn. My BF ordered their shrimp Po-boy with French fries. & for dessert I got some beignets. I also ordered the Cajun pasta with shrimp to go. Now, I'm not gonna lie I was a little disappointed that I was overcharged for my crawfish. So they had the happy hour which you can get 2 pounds for 14 bucks. However I was charged 20.99 for 2 pounds on top of that another 7.99 for an extra pound. Okay, now I know I'm not tripping but the math ain't mathing. I didn't look at my receipt until I got home, but I'm not going to be upset over a few bucks. * Seafood Gumbo- kind of expensive for a cup of gumbo since it was 9.69 however it didn't taste bad. The sauce was on the thicker side and it wasn't salty, it had the right amount of seasoning. I would order it again. 3.5/5 * Shrimp Po-boy with fries- loved the batter and the shrimp was fried to perfection. Sauce was good too. Fries were just okay. 3.3/5 * 3 pounds of crawfish with sausage, potatoes and corn- whoever is boiling in the back knows what they're doing. The crawfish was buttery, spice level wasn't too spicy but had good amount of heat. The spicy mayo dipping sauce that was provided was delicious. Sausage was above standard. Corn was cooked nicely but the potatoes could've been boiled for another minute or two. The only criticism I have is that they need to purge their crawfish a little better. 4/5 * Cajun Pasta with shrimp- the pasta was creamy and shrimp was cooked nicely. However for an extra 5 bucks to substitute for shrimp they could've given at least 6-8 shrimps. The 4 I received was on the skimpy side. 3.4/5 * Beignets- came out piping hot. It was doughy, pillowy and had good texture. It also wasn't oily which is good. I just wish they had some sort of dipping sauce for the beignets but I ain't mad at the whip cream though. 4/5 Overall, I'll definitely come back. The inside looks nice with a beach type vibes. The patio views next to the lake was also good. Collin was a solid server. They also have a full bar as well. I'll have to order some of their cocktails next time.

The chips were served warm fresh and very tasty. We were presented with red warm salsa, which I love it when a salsa is served warm and a creamy tomatillo green sauce as well. Both were very flavorful, but not overpowering with heat which I loved we could've had a bowl of each for each of us. Service was attentive without being overpowering because when perusing their large menu, I could not decide what I wanted to try because I wanted a little bit of everything. Our waters and chips were so very promptly after being seated. I finally decided on the specialty dinner number two I believe, which was served with a crunchy beef taco that was filled with an enormous amount of seasoned ground beef and the lettuce and tomato on the side so you could stuff it yourself. It also came with a cheese puff with some yummy yellow queso, and then a side warm plate was a cheese enchilada that was served hot and bubbly. All the flavors were so fresh and delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. My husband had the taco plate, which was also with three seasoned ground beef tacos that were filled very heavily with the lettuce and tomato and cheese on the side has came with rice and beans and he devoured his plate. I'd say he'd liked it. Restrooms were clean. The restaurant itself has plenty of seeing nothing out of the ordinarily spectacular about the vibe.
