Very small, casual indoor diner with a huge selection of their signature hotdog configurations. We got the Philly the Kid, NC dog and a regular Nathan's for our two year old. Round it off with the tot trio and you've got a pretty solid lunch. Being our first visit their system is a little different, but easy enough to figure out. Pick a spot to sit, write down what you want and hand off the ticket. Cheese on a Stick: interesting, large, delicious. Not a cheese stick, doesn't necessarily need ranch or marinara, but still good. Dogs: WHAT?!?!? These aren't your average thrown together hot dogs. They artistically place the toppings so it's not a sloppy mess. Each bite has everything you asked for strategically placed for your tasting pleasure (this coming from the girl that habitually rearranges her hamburgers to optimize every bite). This place is like heaven on a stick. We ordered the most amazing hot dogs with Mac n Chili. The fries were not like normal frozen fries it was fresh and so yummy! The shakes we had ordered vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry so amazing. Like life changing amazing food here. This was our first experience eating here, I must say ..OMG!! from the very first bite, everything was amazing, for us, great is too weak of a word. We ordered a BLT and I had a Doc Holiday and we shared the Texas Tater Trio which is a potato sliced like a wedge with a light beer batter and fried sweet potato and tater tots. So, I apparently have never had fried potatoes fried correctly because these were nothing short of amazing, the sweet potatoes were very crunchy on the outside, tender and sweet on the inside, likewise, the wedge potatoes, the same way, nice and crispy with a tender inside and the tater tots speak for themselves. The Doc Holiday was so good, just the right amount of pastrami and sauerkraut and the sauce is to die for, it was so good I ordered a second one to bring home! If you're thing about going here, stop thinking and go! This was way, way better than I thought a hot dog could ever be, the staff, and the owners, are great. This place is super-tasty! The food is absolutely straight out of a carnival, and the hotdogs are delicious, and if anything, the buns are the biggest stars of the restaurant. When my family and I walked in the place it was packed to some that's a turn off and they would have left. But not me that tells me there doing something write. We sat down after a few minutes and started studying the menu witch was not overwhelming unlike some places. We had all beef hot dogs, one with bacon mac n' cheese and the other is called their "Jesse James" (one of their Outlaw Dogs) with bleu cheese crumble, bacon, grilled onions and Frank's hot sauce.
