We bought a new construction on this past September which is on a shared well. Our water has been great, no bad smell or taste however, we started to notice calcification on our dishwasher element so, we contacted Bumble Bee to come out and test our water and offer solutions, if necessary. I was surprised, and happy, when they said they could come out the next day. Adrian Medina showed up, right on time and, from the moment he did, he was professional, friendly & knowledgeable. He listened to us explain what we think is going on, he checked our water pressure at various points, checked the toilet tank, took a look at the dish washer elements and then tested the water which, came out less then 10 ppm. Then he worked on a solution, informing us that while our problem wasn't hard water, there was a problem, sediment - after only 9 months in the house we accumulated a fair amount of it in our toilet tanks & hot water heater. In the end, we went with Adrian's recommendation of a salt-less tank and an auxiliary 20" filter. We were already thinking about dates we'd be available when Adrian told us he could do the install the same day, stating he needed to run out and get parts but he'd be back shortly - Now, I'm really impressed with both Bumble Bee and Adrian!! When Adrian returned he Victor Torres with him and together they did a fantastic job getting us set up. The system was set in garage/shop in a location that was least disruptive to the flow and, all the pipe /tubing/ electrical was very organized and clean - they even put a level to the power cord from the machine to the outlet to make sure it was aesthetically pleasing before stapling it to the wall. I had a drain issue where the clothes washer was backing up into the shower. I asked the home warranty company, American Home Shield, for service on the 27th of December. Long story short, after being lied to and put off by AHS, two contractors and three visits later by 3 different plumbers, I still had a bad drain. Finally, on the 6th of February, that's right folks, almost a month and a half later, I finally made the choice to call my own plumber. I researched several companies on BBB and selected Bumblebee Plumbing. I called them on Monday the 6th and they were able to come out the next day. By eleven in the morning, My drain issue had been resolved. Vicenzo and Jim snaked the line, used a camera to make sure there were no obstructions, ran water from other sources to make sure there was no more backup, put everything back in place and, as important, cleaned up everything. The dispatcher called me shortly after they left to make sure everything was good. He also wanted to know if I got five star service and if there was anything they could improve. My response was that I would give them ten stars. What a blessing to have such professionals working at a company who really cares, unlike AHS. By the way, I have fired AHS. I have used Bumble Bee plumbing many times in the past. This time, I had a late night emergency (no flooding, just a lot of wasted water and broken shut-off valves). I was stupid and tried calling one of those all-hours plumbers. I should have gone with my first gut feeling and just called Bumble Bee in the morning. The first plumber stood me up AND didn't have the decency to call me, or clear out their voicemail so I could leave a message, but by then (3:00 pm the next day!) I had listened to my inner voice and had called Bumble Bee as a back-up. I'd like to thank the intake and scheduling ladies, they understood my panic and got me help even though they were fully booked! Bill Messenger was just finishing his last job for the day, but came to my rescue anyway. He got here quickly. He was friendly, professional, polite. He is also a miracle worker, because he had to work with water trickling through the pipes, because not only did the shut-off valve to the toilet not work properly, the shut-off valve to the house didn't work at all, AND the shut-off valve at the water meter wouldn't close completely! (Guess what my next projects are, and whom I will call.) Bill kept me informed at every step, and was very respectful of my property. I detected a gas leak from my gas fireplace and immediately called my gas company. After having two other professionals from different companies tell me I had a leak in the gas line in my wall, requiring major demolition and expense, I called Bumble Bee Plumbing. I had dealt with Bumble Bee in the past and every time I'd been very pleased with their work. This time was no exception! Cory Foxworth from Bumble Bee was able to detect a small leak in the fireplace control assembly, NOT in the wall gas line. Cory ordered the necessary replacement parts, got to my home at the appointed time, and removed the old control valve at which time he found the gas leakage source: the Thermal Couple Assembly. Cory installed a new thermopile which was connected to a new sit valve, refitted a handheld igniter, and tested the fireplace unit for leaks and made sure it was working properly. Afterwards he thoughtfully cleaned up the work area. The potential threat was averted and I am so grateful to Cory for his expertise, as well as his professionalism and great attention to detail! He was truly a pleasure to work with during this entire ordeal!! read more

I first called them on 1/19, the young lady who answers the phone is very pleasant and friendly. She was able to set up an appointment for us the following day and the technician named Jarod came, very professional, clean, courteous, he took time to explain my problem and told me cost before even starting. He replaced two valves and informed me that the rest of the house had the same problem valves and we might want to consider changing them. We said thank you for the info and we would get back to him. No high pressure selling and we appreciated that. As he pointed out, it came to pass (so glad he had the knowledge to inform us to beware) and we started having an issue with another sink. Called them back, and again the appointment was the next day, and had them replace the rest of them. This time Jesus came and he was as professional, clean, and courteous as Jarod was. Jesus also spent time with us explaining what he would have to do and the cost ahead of time. Of course I hope we have no more plumbing problems, BUT should something come up it is Bumblebee Plumbing I will call for sure, and so should you. read more

Bumble Bee Home Services needs a HUGE shout out! It doesn't matter what you need done, they can do it all! We had to have our septic ejector pump replaced. That was our first experience with them. They replaced our AC. They took down really old solar panels when we replaced our roof. They fixed our well tank when the floaters failed. When the ejector pump failed, they came out today and worked on it all day, then replaced it free of charge. They truly are the best at everything they do. Every single one of their technicians is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They know their stuff inside and out. Their communication can't be beat. When you need them, they are at your house that day or the next day. They confirm by text the night before. The confirm again in the morning to tell you they will text you when the technician is on his way. Then text you to tell you when he will be there. When the project is finished, you get a phone call from their office asking if the service was good. If you need a company for all your needs, Bumble Bee is the only way to go. read more

Installation of new flooring, which included a bathroom, had just been completed on the second floor of my residence. I noticed as the installers were leaving that the toilet supply line was leaking, and when the installer tried to stop the leak, the valve broke and began spraying water all over the new floor. When I call the plumbing company who removed the toilet prior to installation of the flooring, they basically said "too bad, we'll come out tomorrow". I was in tears. I shut the water off to the house and frantically tried to find a plumber. A friend told me to call Bumble Bee so I did and they came out almost immediately even though it was late in the evening. Javier was wonderful--I was very upset when he arrived, but he explained everything and provided me with a number of options. I was worried about the price since they came out after hours, but it was reasonable and everything was repaired to my satisfaction. this goes out to everyone!!!! do not use the arizona branch of this company. i noticed this company deleted my review. does not surprise me. shows even more of what this company is about. scamming everyone out of everything. this company is such a joke. they claim they are there to help you out. they are lying big time. they just want to go there to clean the customers wallets out. the issues i had with this company had been unreal. i had not expected to be played as much as i had with this company. this company is way tooo expensive, the so called supervisor / owner of the company will even hang up on you if you give him what he calls is a hard time. they charge customers a fee in the hundreds of dollars for something that would seriously only cost maybe less then a hundred, probably around $20. for anyone reading this - i cannot say enough, i had even thought about picketing outside of their office of how pathetic the arizona office is. do not use this company!!!!!! they are lucky i have to give them the one star. bulls#@t company!!! do not hire this company!!!!! read more

I usually don't write reviews, but this time I am. I was so impressed with Bumble Bee Plumbing and Jesus. I had toliet problems for awhile and wanted someone who can do the quailty work and not rip me off. Well I found it with this company. I called and had a appointment for the next morning, I was told the service ahead of time which was cheaper than most and that they call you 30-40 min before the come out. Jesus arrived on time and was very nice and even put the booties on as soon as he entered , really appreciate that since most companies don't do that. He knew right away what the problem was and what needed to be fixed he gave me a couple options and explain both to me and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want and the price for everything was very reasonable which was great!! Jesus was great he cleaned everything up and took it with him which was nice. I really like this company and Jesus, I will use them again for any plumbing needs. And will refer them to my friends and neighbors, give them a try you'll be happy like me that you did!! read more

Bumble Bee Plumbing is our go to plumbing company. We have them on speed dial now. Recently, our home built in the 1980s keeps having plumbing issues. I have literally had them out to my house 6 times in the last month!! I even have a favorite plumber now. Mike P. He is a plumbing problem shooter and plumbing problem solver. Not only that, he has a friendly personality and he is one of the hardest workers I have ever seen. He does not shy away from the difficult jobs. His apprentice, James, is also hard-working and efficient. Every plumber I have had out from Bumble Bee is competent, hard-working and personable. Furthermore, should something go wrong, this company really cares. They are not just saying that! They call to ask how the service went and if you are disappointed in any way, they work with you to make it right. We are redoing our Master Bath using a shower kit and needed a plumber to redo the plumbing. We had used Bumble Bee Plumbing in 2020 when we were working on the front bathroom and then in 2021 when we had the typical slowing issues in the Kitchen, (not bad for a house built in 1984!) we called Bumble Bee Plumbing, so it just made sense to call them this year to do the tub to shower plumbing conversion. Javier Sanchez was here promptly at 8am, very pleasant. Gave us an upfront estimate of the work to be done, explained everything he was going to do and why. Treating our house as he would his own home. As he worked, he called my husband in to show him what he was doing and why. He listened to any and all concerns that we had and answered our questions All in all, when he left I knew everything about him and his family and his job. It was like saying Good-Bye to a good friend. We still have more work on this house and when we come to the next plumbing job, we will be calling Bumble Bee Plumbing and asking for Javier! read more

First, the customer service was amazing. A very nice woman answered the phone and helped us discuss our needs. Second, the technician was here hours after we put in the initial request for help. Super helpful to have such a prompt response. This was not the case with other plumbing companies we contacted in the past. Third, our technician was Charlie. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! He explained everything that he was doing, which helped us better understand what was going on with our faucet. This transparency makes it easy for us to pay him for his work. He knew exactly what he was doing and was clearly very competent. He went above and beyond to assist us. Needless to say, our first call will be to Bumble Bee when we have future needs. As said before, we have had services done from other well-known plumbing companies, and all of those services left me frustrated and disenchanted with the service industry. I wanted to get a necklace that was flushed down the main toilet. Called to Bumblebee plumbing who I had worked with over the years. This time, they went above and Beyond(absolutley over the top). A bit pricey, but worth every penny when you see the completed work they do. We had stopped using the toilet and they had seen the location some 30 feet into the line. My sweetie had been given to her from her MOM many years ago so it was heavy on her heart to have flushed it(literally). On a follow up call out, their Team with Brad Hintz came out to see if they could retrieve the necklace. Unbelieveably from the cleanout, they were able to snake in with a camera 30+ feet and hook the necklace with their plumbing snake (I told then it was ok to beat up the necklace). Unbelieveably they got the necklace out, we thought it would never be seen again. These folks are the real deal. They domonstrated heart, and commitment to get the job done. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and was very interested in our satisfaction while explaining every step of the repairs. He went above and beyond my expectations in terms of doing what I needed and nothing more and to ensure that the solutions met our needs. In addition, Lupe and the owner Mike worked together to resolve another item of concern I had with the first service, and they stated they would resolve it without any additional cost in order to make sure we were satisfied. Lupe, and the company as a whole, are absolutely fantastic and they earned a customer for life with their service and desire to do what's right for their customers. I had the pleasure of meeting Mike from Bumble Bee Plumbing. I had a horrible smell like sewer gas in my pantry. Mike came out to access the problem and after going on the roof with a camera he showed me the pipe was cracked. Next day Jesus and Michael showed up. Two of the nicest and polite young men you ever want to meet. They went right to work drilling into concrete and then bailing out buckets and buckets of this horrible smelling water and rocks. It was tedious and smelly but by the end of the day all was fixed, and smell was gone. They even poured sand in the hole before pouring the concrete so it would absorb. Mike showed up serval times to see how it was going. If I could give 10 stars I would. They got the job done and the price was more than fair. I would recommend them highly. After getting a hefty quote from another company for a much larger project than was needed at the time, I contacted bumblebee who was a referral from family. Dan Bert came out and I was honestly relieved because he took care of the initial problem without selling me on a redo that I didn't need right at that time. I have work to do in the future, but he took care of the problem I needed right now. So I am very grateful. It's good to know they are honest people out there not trying to dig you for the biggest price they can get. When you're someone that is not currently working and you tell them that you're hoping that they are going to think of your best interest. Now maybe that's not the world we live in right now, but that doesn't mean you can't find people like that. And Dan was that person for me this weekend. Thank you Dan. I had a waterline leak between the meter and my house. The line went under my double driveway. Mike Probst of Bumblebee Plumbing thought it likely he could replace the line without any invasive trenches or concrete destruction. He was able to do just as he promised saving my driveway in the process. Moreover, Mike rebuilt the unsightly water manifold at the front of my house, constructing a new one from copper. He made it lower and more ergonomic, reducing the unsightly nature of the pipes while making my faucet and shut-off valves easier to use. At the end of the day, I was left with a repaired waterline and a better looking and working water system. Mike took pride in his work and he clearly cared about the finished product. I highly recommend Mike and Bumblebee Plumbing. I will call them first for my needs hereafter. I give them the highest rating possible. Recently, we wanted to replace our salt based water softener with a whole house water treatment system which didn't use salt. So, I called Bumble Bee Plumbing (our go to plumbing service) for advice on the best system for our needs. Anthony came to our house and after we explained what we were looking for, he very patiently presented the different options available. My wife and I decided on the system best suited for our house and budget and made the arrangements for the installation. The next morning Anthony and Victor arrived, removed the old softener and installed the new water treatment unit. The whole process couldn't have been easier or more pleasant. Anthony was very knowledgeable and able to answer the numerous questions we had before and after the installation of the new system. I would give both Anthony and Victor a 5 out of 5 star rating.
