I have had a very bad experience with them. They lied to me. They came and fix one side of the bumper, didn't paint and didn't fix the other side. They charged me for the complete work. I was very upset and they were not even willing to listen to me. When I was willing to pay more to complete the work, they refused to work with me and hung up me. I called short-notice to fix a bumper on a BMW 428 that was going to cost me $1,200 for the lease turn-in. I called on Thurs and they set up an appointment the next day. My experience with Bumper Time (which I swear was called Dent Time) yielded mixed results. My initial request was clearly stated to the manager(s) by phone by use of photos, description, and work requested. The tech moved up the appointment time twice, and then was early on top of that. I like for my scheduled appointments to be honored and start on time...not early OR late. I had 2 specific requests for the service that were very clearly relayed to the service tech: *install the reflector light I had previously purchased & provided *fix the scratches on the bumper The tech did a beautiful job on the cracks/scratches on my bumper, but did not install the reflector light! After I inspected & questioned the work performed, Marco said that the installation was an extra job that he could perform the following week for $20. A follow up conversation with Manager Dave, was initially met with a $100 quote. Once I stated my case that the work performed did not match the quote from Manager Myke & Tech Marco, Dave conceded. He did the correct thing, which was to offer the installation of the reflector light at no additional cost. We made that appointment. Once again, Marco moved the appointment to an earlier time, and then showed up early on top of that. All good, but as a client, I expect for my time & schedule to be respected. He removed the bumper & installed the reflector. At first glance, everything looked okay, and I tipped him for his work & time. Shortly after we completed the transaction, I noticed that the bumper was not aligned properly, and it was loose! The bumper was not loose at all all prior to it being taken off to install the reflector. However, I was able to physically move it with my bare hands! I was able to catch Marco before he took off, and he saw what I was referring to. He then tightened 3 screws connected to the bumper, which helped, but did not fix the issue he had created. When a tech tells me that the job is complete, I expect the job to be completed properly - especially when we are talking bumpers, which are made specifically for protection for the car & its passengers. Lexus cars are also known for their fit and finish, but this bumper is now seemingly loose, and misaligned- not befitting of the brand, or state it was in prior to the service. All in all, it looks good, but the work performed was a bit of a hassle, met with communication issues, and does not pass quality control from my perspective. read more

I have used Bumper Time twice. Once a few months ago, and again today. Both times the job was done by a gentleman named Jose. I cannot express how happy I am with his work. They have worked on three cars, all had bumper problems, scuffs, paint issues, etc. In all three cases Jose had to completely repaint the bumper. All look great, very hard to tell they have been repainted. Booking with them via text message is nice and easy, they respond right away and are very flexible with their scheduling. Would have given 5 stars except I felt I was up charged a bit once they got to my place. Quote was for $300 to repair my front plastic bumper but when he got to my house it was raised to $350. I wonder if is their common practice, just saying. On the plus side he was on time and did great work and I did save a lot over a collision shop. read more

I wish I could add 10 stars! Not only did they respond to my inquiry right away, but their availability was within days! Jose came out and was so patient with us running a little late. He was honest and straight forward. The work took 2 hours to complete and when I came out to see it, I was AMAZED!! For a fraction of the time AND half the cost ($687 at another shop) my vehicle looks brand new again! FLAWLESS!! Bumper Time saved me time and money and the customer service was OUTSTANDING!! I'm definitely referring my family and friends. Update... I work for a major insurance company and I tell a ton of my customers about this place when they want collision repairs well under their deductible! Average deductible is $500.
