So I've had my car for 4 years and I started hating the fact that the windows were clear. I called up BumperDoc because from their yelp reviews and page they seemed like a very professional and reliable company. I called and got a good price for my car so I decided to book an appointment. They ended up squeezing me in earlier than my initial appointment which was a plus! We sat and I talked with Phillip regarding the shade I should do. He literally took his time explaining and making sure I understood the tint process and the finish because I was about to choose the darkest shade if he hadn't taken the time out to explain and thank God he did because I'm so happy with the finish that I ended up choosing. He showed me multiple cars that drove by and was able to tell me exactly what percentage they had, I picked the 28% and it came out exactly how I wanted and a lot better to be honest. He also did my front taillight because there was a new one on my left side and an older one on the right side and he made them look identical! I took some shots there because I couldn't hold my excitement. I'm very picky and nervous because I feel that people don't see a perfect job like I do. Literally no flaws and his work was perfect. He let me know that after my car windows were tinted that I would fall in love with the car again, and sure enough I did... First let me start out by saying I don't normally write reviews. That being said, if you ever have a fender bender you just have to come here. My back bumper was in a minor accident and my bumper came unattached on both sides. I contacted BumperDoc here on yelp and I was happy to get a prompt response. Due to scheduling and life I wasn't able to bring my car in on the day I had planned. I called this morning around 9 am and was accommodated on short notice and the car was finished before noon. I highly recommend this place! I found this place on Yelp too. My car was hit in an accident and left a long scratch from the front door until rear bumper. The owner Brandon is very nice and helpful. He patiently explained the damage and problems of my car to me. He is very honest. His team and he took good care of my car. He did not only fix the damage, but also repainted both front and rear bumpers for free. Because the paint from the previous vehicle owner was different from the original color. He also cleaned the headlights without any charge! The pricing is fair. One thing that helped me make decision to bring my car to this place is that they listed all pricing on the wall and in the computer. They didn't offer an arbitrary estimate/pricing. Just got the car tinted using the groupon, and so far so good! The quality of the Solargard tint is solid, and there are no bubbles or bumps that I can see. The tech forgot to reconnect the passenger window wires though. I think they weren't happy that I used the groupon to tint the 5 main windows instead of what most people do: rear windshield, rear windows, and rear quarter windows. Also if you didn't know, it helps if you wash your car and clean the windows before bringing it in! read more

This was perfect, cause I had that time off. When I got there, immediately he and the staff gave me a very warm and friendly welcome. We talked price, after the work began, right-away. He has two female Technician that worked on my car and it got finish in 56 minutes, they're work was first - Class! After when the work was completed, Buddy valid my car to the front, and carefully looked over and wiped down any residual material and water spots. Im going to start by saying this is the first review I have ever wrote, but I felt like this shop deserved it! We are a military family, so its always hard for us to find honest people to do car repair for us. We took the truck to another shop(that we just paid 3 grand to put in a motor for us a month ago) and they quoted us at 1800 for the car repair. I felt that was a little high so I took it to BumperDoc. Buddy quoted us at 1500 and just seemed a lot more legit and honest. He called the next day to let us know that he brought the repair down 400 dollars! He already had our truck and knew we were ok with the 1500 quote, but he still brought the price down.
