This business is one of the many branches of BEVERLY RADIOLOGY MEDICAL GROUP. The billing is done under Beverly Radiology group and is terrible. People are incompetent and could not care less. Because the claim was erroneously submitted as medically NOT necessary, my insurance did not pay. I was spending a lot of time since April (5 months!) calling their billing department with no result. All I was getting that they would look into it and reply by mail in 30 days! They re-submitted the claim in August with the same wrong code, really?? I finally found out that Dr Mathew Charms, their radiologist, coded the x-rays as not-medically necessary while our doctor clearly stated that the x-rays were medically necessary. Would you trust your x-rays to be read by a radiologist who cannot even do a paperwork with a correct medical code? Jennifer Sanchez, the manager, promised to a fix it but it was not done. Now she is avoiding me by not returning my calls. I called the billing, again, and Caldelia there gave me the usual run around, "We will let you know by mail in 30 days". She confirmed that no correction was done - no surprise there! She even snickered at me offering to put additional charge of $93 on my account! My strong advice is to avoid this business unless you have time and money to waste :). Avoid at any costs, really!!! read more

VEery unprofessional service, they have canceled my scheduled appointment twice already with no call ahead of time, had to drive all the way to their office to discover that my appointment was cancelled again, I never received a call and I never received an explanation. My dad had to do CT, the confirmation was for 7:15 AM, we showed but @ 7 AM been told have to wait till 8:15 because that's the appointment time who ever does the confirmation or text messaging to confirm appointments is not doing his/her job correctly. Came in today for 9:40 am appt had to come in 8:40 hour before. The people in front of us had 4pm & said they called 2 days which was Saturday to come in 830-9 today. Which was bs. We were scheduled a month ago. Anyways they took him in ahead of us. It pushed all of us that had appts already. They should have pushed them til after other appts we're done. Which is common sense. Doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure that out. That guy had 2 different test & had them done before all us appts. So I would suggest to walk in & tell them you scheduled for whatever time you want & walk in. They will squeeze you in. Forget making an appointment. He got in for 2 different appts which is so wrong!! Awful service not right!! Bad bad bad still waiting another half hour they said so 10:40 this place sucks bad news always. Awful not right. Do not go to Burbank Imaging. The equipment is dirty and substandard. The technicians are ill trained. The doctors are on a continual turnstile and none are good. They do misdiagnoses daily. They have multiple lawsuits against them. So many that they are in bankruptcy. read more

Unacceptable this company is inconvenient, unprofessional, and unapologetic. They don't take appointments for x-rays. ONLY walk ins for some reason. I work everyday until 6pm. I asked my boss to leave early 3 different days and went to 2 locations the first day and they both said they are not accepting anymore walkins at 2:30/3 o'clock that's 2 hours before they close. I received tons of phone calls and text messages to schedule an appointment when they thought my insurance was PPO. When I actually received an approved authorization from my insurance company in the mail and they verified my insurance benefits suddenly they refused to schedule an appointment despite the doctor order and approved insurance authorization for this facility just because my insurance is an HMO. What kind of nonsense is this? Suddenly they need to go their internal process of Radiologist approval for my pre-approved authorization. read more

The only good thing about this place is the short wait. I have been here plenty of times, but only because I have to. Chest x-Ray- went by pretty fast. The lady was nice and explained everything to me. Ultrasound- they were very nice and gentle. Printed out multiple pictures of the baby for me to keep. Now the reason why I'm giving such a low rating is because after my ultrasound they asked if they can do a vaginal ultrasound. Do not let them!!! Hours after the ultrasound I started bleeding, and of course 9 months pregnant we went straight to the ER. It wasn't anything major but it wasn't a pleasant experience. read more

It's very sad when you follow the directions given to you and you're asked to arrive at 6:15am sharp for your appointment only to see the receptionist show up at 6:30am sharp. No explanation, no "good morning", nothing! All I got was, "Name please?" You could tell, the receptionist didn't want to be there. Frontdesk personal are the face of the company. They are the first contact representing the company for your appointment. And then without me even saying more than "Good Morning!", all I got was attitude from this woman. Maybe a new receptionist is in order. Obviously, being on time is an issue for her. She should check her bad attitude at the door when she arrives next time, maybe at 6:15am. read more

Been here for various testing/xrays...this time came in for an MRI. Staff are always very kind and helpful. Wendy/Wanda ..(feel embarrassed I forgot her name) She was awesome ! She explained the whole process and made the experience quite comfortable. From making appointments to getting proceedures done, this place is excellent. Burbank Advanced Imaging repeated billed me for charges that I did not owe, turned it over to collections and reported on my credit. I would. never get a scan here go somewhere that has a competent billing department. also when you call to speak with billing you are placed. on hold indefinitely. read more

They suck, I waited 2 hours and there was no one around waiting. Reception told me they were backed up ‍

I had an appointment at 6:25am and was asked to be there 20 minutes early. I arrived at 5:55am. The place was closed. I figured I'd have to wait 5 min for them to open, but no, they weren't there. Just a man vacuuming the floors and then he turned off the lights. At 6:15 I called, but no one answered. At 6:30 they finally opened the doors. When I said something about waiting outside for 30 min when I was told to come in early, she told me that my appointment was for 6:45 not 6:25, so basically that was my fault. I showed her the text message that said, confirmation of your appointment at 6:25am, her response was that 6:25 was the 20 minutes prior to your appointment. I then said, well if the appointment is at 6:45, you can see how confusing that would be when you send me a confirmation for my appointment at 6:25. No apology, no acknowledgment of anything other than an I don't really care attitude. She was incredibly rude. Also they tell you they take your insurance, but then make you pay for the entire appointment up front and then talk you in circles without explaining why you need to pay for the appointment in full. I'm still so unclear what to do next. Do I need to get reimbursed by my insurance company, do I just suck it up? No idea. The radiation tech however was very kind, gentle, friendly and explained everything that was happening or going to happen. read more

Arrived at 5:15 for a 5:30 appt because 1.) there was traffic, 2.) had to place my disabled father into a wheelchair, 3.) no parking in the disabled parking, therefore we had to find parking somewhere farther. We reached the front desk at 5:20. When we checked in, we were met with hostility. The woman at front (TERESA), was so rude to us! She literally asked us why we didn't come earlier and we reasoned with her by saying the aforementioned items. She told us that we had to fill out 12 pages of documentation prior to our appointment so that's why we had to come early and additionally, we would have to fill out our paperwork. Anyways, we only had to fill out 2 which were completed within 2-3 minutes, finishing before our allotted time. Literally I don't know why this person had such a stick up her ass that she felt the need to give attitude and rush us, but she needs to calm down and be re-oriented to her surroundings. Note to Teresa: Please note that if you don't like your job, please leave and allow your more cordial & pleasant co-workers take your space. You obviously don't like your job sweetie. :) Also know that you are not in any place nor position to judge someone for being late 5 minutes and giving them a hard time about it especially when you see that the patient is non-ambulatory (if you don't know what non-ambulatory in your little nugget of a brain, it means they can't walk.) I am a nurse which actually requires more brain cells than your job does and I would never treat my patients the way you did to my family and I. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Get out of the healthcare field, if you don't want to do customer service because you are DEFINITELY NOT cut out for it. Note to the readers: If you feel this place has physically harmed you anyway or anything else, don't hesitate to report them to the ACR (American College of Radiology). You can file a compliant (within their guidelines) of accredited facilities such as this, and they will investigate the matter within 90 days. Just like DHS. read more

This place is run by people who have no clue what they're doing. My partner came in for a routine CT scan with contrast. After waiting for 2 hours, and drinking 32oz of color contrast, the nurse couldn't insert a basic IV to conduct the scan. After multiple, painful, attempts he told my partner he was "just guessing how to do it." After requesting another nurse, my partner was told his veins were hard to find and he should just go home and come back another day. This is not an exaggeration. He was told no one knew how to properly find his vein and the scan couldn't be done. The incompetence of the people working at this facility is beyond acceptable and the owners/managers should be ashamed by the lack of care and professionalism being given. If you need a scan of any kind I highly recommend visiting another office. read more

The girl that helped me was super nice and understanding. Her college was little mean and grumpy. She helped me with my X ray and CT scan questions. Something broke in my elbow, it seems that some people are pathetic and understanding and others are not. If you are not patient, pathetic and understanding you should not work in medical office helping people. So it is very easy for me to give the worst rating, if I am treated like that at the medical office. I mean they should treat you nicer than in the BANKS. Last time I was here I waited 3 hours for an X-ray. I said I'll never come back to this place. My wife is here now arrived here at 11:15 am. Receptionist stated we start at 12pm & this place is empty except for one person I asked her how long have u been waiting, she stated I have an 11:30 am appointment, I was shocked caused this place never makes appointment. 11:35 am a man walk in for X-ray receptionists told him come back after 5pm, person stated what am I going to do in the mean time walk out saying the f--- word numerous times. People walk in receptionist told them to come back at 3:00 pm. This place is empty. This all happened in expand of appx 35 minutes. I will give this management a minus star. read more

Just left an MRI appointment for my Hubby. He had 3 images done with and without contrast. We had (WENDY) to assist with everything and she was great! She is very sweet, caring and her voice is very calming. I kmow it helped my hubby relax since this is all brand new to him. I had scheduled an appointment for my son a month in advance (Toluca Lake location) and literally the day before the appointment they called me and said the person who scheduled the appointment made a mistake and his appointment had to be canceled. Then the lady said she would call me the following Tuesday to see when we can reschedule to the next closest date. Once I was upset since I had been waiting for my son's appointment for a month, she did apologize and said they would accommodate me since it was canceled last minute. However, she did not call Tuesday. When I called and spoke to someone else (since the other representative was out) and explained the entire story again, this representative offered me an appointment a month out. Not only would my authorization expire by then but my 5 month old son needed to have his tests done sooner. The end result was they gave me an appointment at another location still one month out (few days earlier). I had no other choice but to take it. Horrible experience!! read more

Small compact office. Very pleasant front desk. MRI Tech could smile a bit more but it is what it is. Still waiting for report but Thanksgiving got in the way. They need a patient portal like RADNET so the images and report can be accessed without returning for a copy. read more

Had a horrible experience. Made appointment for cat-scan. Receptionist made appointment and confirmed no insurance preauthorization necessary. I drove an hour in traffic, waited an hour only to learn they would NOT perform cat-scan. Incompetent staff. There were many in waiting room irritated at the lengthy wait. Get back in 45 minutes to hear that they are now trying to "squeeze me in" because they called me and i wasn't here.... great communication guys. THE WORST behavior on employees who work here. I walked in with the receptionist (JASMINE) arguing with a lady and assumed she was being a "Karen". Well little did I know Jasmine did the same to me. She asked if I had insurance. I said no. My doctors slip said I had medical. I said I will paying out of pocket. She insisted for my medical card after me saying I will be paying out of pocket. I give her my card and she said they don't accept my group of medical and that I am a fraud due to paying cash and to getting government help and they can not assist me. I asked for the manager to help explain to me what group I need to be in for medical in order for them to take me and they were not there and she also didn't know the name of the manager and refused to give me their name. Baffling you don't know your managers name. I have been to multiple doctors offices that don't accept my insurance and I can pay out of pocket. Very unfortunate when it's a time sensitive matter. If you have to go for an MRI with any kind of injection, this is the place to go! Request Dr Lee. He is an excellent radiologist who made me feel very comfortable throughout my procedure and was able to administer the injection in my hip with relatively little pain or discomfort. Worst healthcare place I've ever been to and so unorganized. First time customer here, I come to my appointment and they tell me I need to schedule another appointment that I have 2 orders in. Why would they not tell me this ahead of time so I could schedule them both on the same day back to my back? Such a waste of my time to come here and not get anything done because the technician couldn't do both orders. Very disappointed in this customer service. Now I have to wait over a month to go to my actual appointment when I already scheduled this over a month ago. Makes no sense not to let the patient know to schedule both orders together ? Why would you come back twice when they were put in together? And I already paid so hopefully I will get my refund. So inconvenient to do to someone especially when it's for their health. First time here, had to go in for an Open-MRI because I can get claustrophobic. OMG, Wendy was amazing! Totally made me feel at ease and coaxed me through the whole thing. They messed up with my appointment and I ended up waiting an extra hour more then I should have, but it really doesn't matter anymore because I had such a great experience! 10 STARS for Wendy! read more
