On what I think was my second visit there, I dropped off a pair of pants to have the pocket repaired (worn out from my keys). They charged me for the repair, but never did the repair. When I brought them back (still freshly pressed) with the receipt they emailed me, Rosanne said "how do I know it was these pants" the she said "I don't believe it". I took my pants back and said I will never be back again. I have no recourse to get my money back and now I have to pay another dry cleaner to actually do the repair. Never again will I leave a dry cleaners without inspecting their work. I'm actually pretty bummed as this is the most convenient one. But, not with those business practices. Oh well. You'll like this place up until something goes wrong. Then you'll see just how unprofessional and unethical this company and the owners are. Take my word and avoid this dry cleaner, or learn the hard way, like I had to. About four months ago, they lost a pair of my pants that were part of a business suit. After a week and no follow up, they came to the conclusion they gave them away. The owner asked me to wait three weeks in case it would be returned. I had to follow up again, and still no pants. The owner now told me to bring in a print off of my suit with the price, which I did, and they would reimburse me 60% of my entire suit. Four and a half weeks go by (she was gone for three weeks), with no follow up. I called for a status and the owner was extremely rude, tells me that she doesn't believe the suit on the print off was my suit and wont pay me, but would give me store credit. Said its too much money and she will get back to me in one week. I had been very patient and understanding throughout this entire ordeal. They finally gave me a check, which definitely was not 60% of the suit. read more

Both time we brought in really nice dresses that needed altering and they were extremely helpful and in both situations, began working on the dresses right away. I just had an item cleaned here for the first time and am very impressed! The last two cleaners I used in Glendale never seemed to get my garments completely clean, so I decided to give this place a try based on the great reviews. I was very concerned because my beautiful new dress, worn only once, had several stains that I feared might be permanent. I pointed them out to the friendly woman. She marked each spot and also said that she would be sure to point them out to her husband, who would be doing the actual cleaning. I picked up my dress yesterday and it looks PERFECT! Good as new. And I can't believe that it only cost $6. I can't remember the last time I paid so little to have any dress cleaned, let alone one that needed extensive spot treatment. I will definitely be back! I've taken everything from winter jackets to suits to shirts and even jeans to do some cleaning and minor tailoring. I was looking for a new dry cleaner in Burbank, CA because i was dissatisfied with my previous dry cleaner. I found One Price Cleaners. I brought my Dodgers Jersey to be cleaned. The lady at the counter was attentive, and put my information into a database. She determined I was a new customer. The database is a good idea for future transactions and customer service. It was a Monday and my jersey would be ready by Thursday. She printed a receipt as a my ticket which had a clean and professional look. The prices were posted clearly outside and in the business. My jersey would cost $2.50 too clean including some stains on the jersey. When I picked up my jersey, there was guy at the counter. He took my ticket, gave me my jersey, and i paid $2.50 flat. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience and most of all satisfied with the dry cleaned jersey. I will be returning to do One Price Cleaners and recommend to others. read more

I have been using these guys since I moved to Burbank two years ago and I wouldn't take my clothes anyplace else. They are the fastest and least expensive and have never been shady in any way (like many other dry cleaners around). They now have a pre-paid option which makes them even LESS expensive, and can always turn clothes around by the next day if you need them. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I expect to be bringing them my shirts and suits for years to come! read more

Careful, there is a place across the street that cleans for $2.50 as well, but One Price cleaners is on your right next to a Chinese restaurant. Parking: Plentiful during the day, evenings its a bit crowded. Pricing: $5.50 dresses $3 skirt... a light coat is around $12, if its a big heavy coat its a bit more. Other important info: CLOSED SUNDAY. I took 2 dresses to be cleaned, usually its more but through Yelp he cleaned them for the price of a skirt since it was my first time. Pickup was easy and my dresses look clean. :) Although this location is a bit out of the way for me I'd return to get more items cleaned. read more

Nobody looks forward going to the dry cleaners simply because it's just a necessary errand that has to get done. However, One Price Cleaners is not your typical Dry Cleaners. The people who work here are genuinely sweet people. They know me by name. They ask how I'm doing. They smile. The couple who runs this shop - they're like the beyonce and Jay-Z power couple of dry cleaners. They put a lot of time and energy into their business, despite the fire that destroyed their space (they are currently functioning just as well as any other cleaners in a temporary trailer). I have never walked out disappointed - weather a hole needed stitching or simply needed to drop off some clothing for dry cleaning. They work with my schedule when necessary and go above and beyond to give the type of customer satisfaction that one should find but often doesn't at dry cleaners. I am thrilled to have found One Price Cleaners. Right off the bat I was very happy - you walk in, and it looks much more industrial than the other cleaners around here who look mom&pop and ARE mom&pop. This place is organized, neat, and you could watch the cleaning being done. The man recommended which of my husband's shirts should be dry cleaned, and which could be laundered, saving me a significant amount of money, since I was planning to have them all dry-cleaned automatically... I didn't know any better. I cautiously asked if I could have my silk shirts done by Monday afternoon (it's Friday morning right now), since the surrounding dry cleaners have given me a hard time, and made me practically beg for a 3 day turnaround. He was like "obviously" we'll get it done by them which has me thrilled! Allen's Cleaners II is across the street... they cost more and they ruin clothes. I don't even know where to begin with this review, because I am so happy I could cry right now. But long story short, I just went in with a long white satin gown that had two completely different stains on it. And if anyone knows anything about satin, WATER will cause a stain. I didn't know where the stains came from (I make custom wedding gowns and I assumed one of my children were the culprits). The guy that waited on me said he couldn't guarantee the stains would come out. I said I didn't care as long as it didn't get worse.........then VOILA! Like magic, he returned a sparkling brand new gown with NO evidence it had ever been tampered with. I literally told him I wanted to kiss him! This place rocks!!! read more

Prior to Zak coming into the scene, it was a purely an economical decision, but once Zak had it, my reasons for coming back were all about customer service. They do an excellent job with all types of cleaning and other services; they are timely and the price is right. But more than that, Zak and his family members treat you as a friend, and truly appreciate your business- and they let you know this each time you visit. I live on the other side of Burbank from their San Fernando Blvd. location. About a year ago, a new dry cleaner business moved into my neighborhood only one block away; I told Zak at the time, "Hey, I want to remain your number one customer!" Even if this place weren't convenient because of its proximity to where I live I would drive out of my way to bring my clothes in. Coming here truly makes going to the dry cleaners a happy experience. First of all the man who owns it is the nicest person ever. Everyone else who I've met working here is just as friendly and kind. Another thing that also might make you jump for joy is that they also do alterations! It doesn't really matter what you bring your garments in for though, you can always be fully confident that they'll be returned to you in perfect condition. Now is there icing on the cake? I really love this place. I took in a queen-sized bed comforter for a good cleaning. They did an amazing job. With both with dry-cleaning and running it in the laundry, they got all the stains out, and it practically looks brand new! The woman was very nice when I walked in and I felt very welcomed. They were very honest about my options, and took the time to really study the comforter and ask me questions. The only thing I didn't like so much was the price, it was around 60+ bucks to get my comforter cleaned, I mean, I expected it to be expensive, but I guess not by that much. My husband found this gem after a horrible experience at another local cleaner. He brought in his suit to be pressed before our wedding & they were simply wonderful. Knowing it was for a special occasion they paid extra attention to make sure it was just right. When I went to pick it up, I was greeted by the most pleasant woman I have ever met. I'm positive the same level of customer service would be extended to anyone for any article of clothing. After the wedding, I thought my dress was ruined because a guest spilled red wine on me but who else could we turn to except for OPC. I was amazed at their ability to make my dress look brand new. They took extra care to remove the stains, press and preserve it by stuffing it in a new protective garment bag. They'll definitely be seeing more of us. read more

I went to OPC for the first time in January of 2015. I was formerly a customer of another very popular cleaner off the 134 that's been around forever...yeah...that one. While they don't actually do the laundry here, if you're ok with waiting 2 or 3 days to get your laundry back, I can't recommend this place enough. Nick, the guy I spoke to on my first visit, was very friendly and gracious and even let me know that they're always willing to work with you if you need more immediate service as well. I chatted with Nick for a bit and he informed me that him, his mom, and aunt who I'll probably see there. When I came back to pick up my clothes, it was none of them, it was "mom's friend", and even she was very pleasant! At the last place I went to, the shirts and slacks I dropped off, (all laundry, no dry cleaning) would have been around $60 or $70. Here, it was $34...and with their Yelp deal available at the time....you can't beat the price! So....yeah....take your laundry here. End of story. Thanks OPC! read more

I came in to get my wine and food stained white catering shirts spot cleaned and pressed and ended up walking out. First she was busy helping someone else trying to find their lost cleaning merchandise and no hello, and then she questions my yelp offer of 1 free cleaning. I inform her these are my work catering shirts and need to be spot cleaned. Then she starts going through my shirts and says I should wash it (as instructions on shirt suggest). If I really wanted to wash it and spend the time spot cleaning and pressing 6 white shirts, I would have not even come over here to waste my time. Really?! Unprofessional. I have a similar review to one here I read on yelp. I brought in something to be tailored, just brought in on the sides. The lady behind the counter, someone I have dealt with before, said she will talk to the tailor and call me with the cost. After a 2 days, I didn't receive a call, so I called them to ask the price. She simply told me it would be done the following day. Long story short - It cost way more to do the alteration than I was planning to pay, and there was no discussion of price whatsoever.
