Sadly, a lot of machines and dryers are broken, and the place is super small, so it can only really handle 3 people at a time. Most of the broken ones are labeled but not all, so I lost a few coins and there wasn't anyone there to tell. Also, the strobing effect of the fan near the dryers is very unpleasant. The machines that do work work well, and the dryers do a good job and don't require you to add a lot of time. I managed to dry a month's worth of laundry for $2.50, which is less than my apartment complex charges for one dry cycle. I guess that's why some woman came in and only used the dryers and took up of them... If I lived closer, I might come back just to support the nice owners. But there's a mid coin laundry right around the corner from me, so it's not really worth going out of my way.

Affordable, cleaned and dried my clothes well, but overall I believe it was the owners aura and talents that will bring him tons of business. His creativity, knowledge of business, designs, and music taste, definitely keep an eye out for what he has in store. I would definitely come here more often if I had lived nearby but more so I place this review to overall state that I would recommend The Fresh Cycle to anyone needing to get your clothes washed / dried. Also there is a coffee slash 'mother of all tasty menus that will have you indecisive of item choices right off the bat but maybe overspend' shop next door so you get best of both worlds! This location of Laundry Love in Burbank, California on Victory and Buena Vista has a new way of paying. This location states that it opens Monday through Sunday from 5 AM to 11 PM with a last load at 9:45 PM. But... There is a sign on the door that states "no coins until 8 AM" love, Laundry Love. I don't know about you but when it comes to going to the laundromat, I sure miss the days where we could just put in a couple quarters and call it a day! Now you have to purchase one of their cards or download an app on your phone that has to have your credit card on file or you may also pay with Apple Pay. Here are some pictures to show you exactly what to expect when you come here. This place is kept pretty clean by one of the employees that works here, she is kind and hard-working. Her name is Silvia and I would like to use this opportunity to say thank you for doing what others don't do, KEEP IT CLEAN. So thank you! While you are washing/drying in this shopping center, there are some other places that will keep you busy while you wait. You have a nail salon next-door, a Boba Time, Round Table, San Fernando Coffee and a Yogurtland.

Once I put the coins in and ordered what I wanted, I ordered the wrong detergent... (way to give myself away). Knowingly it was my fault at hand, I let him know that I'm sure they don't do refunds but I ordered the wrong detergent and if he wanted it back. Without questioning anything, he told me I can still get my money back. Damn, this type of excellent service threw my worries out the window, and for sure made me comfortable to come back again. Also parking is very open since if you don't find it in the lot, there's plenty of street parking, atleast around the time I arrived. Overall experience was easily a 5 and machines were all clean, ready to go and in working order. It's basically its own scene, in a really cool way, it gives you a break from your life (free Wi-Fi) and you find yourself enjoying the meditative space. Change machines work pretty well. Dryers work great, most loads you'll need maybe 35 minutes to be completely dry, 40 max. I actually look forward to coming here. This is my local and preferred landromat.

It's obviously a cardigan. When I asked what the heck, I was told "it's just how they categorize them." And when I asked the price difference between cleaning sweaters and "coats," I was told sweaters start at 17 and "coats" start at 35. So WHY was mine 75? Well, because it's "couture" so they "take better care of it." It's an old cardigan I found at an estate sale -- who cares who made it? It's not a fine dress or fancy whatnot. This incident followed a tailoring situation which involved no less than 3 visits. The 1st time, I requested the arm opening of a caftan be moved a few inches down a shoulder sleeve. Picked up, took it home, and found that the arm hole had been modified to look like a tiny penguin sleeve with a wee tiny hole my hand barely fit in. Took it back and found out the woman who took my initial order wasn't the one who did the failed work. Okay... so when I picked it up again, I found they'd simply unpicked making the arm hole smaller and didn't do the actual tailoring I'd initially requested. Because I didn't check the work when I got it home and then finally discovered when I tried to wear it weeks later, I was told I'd waited too long and would have to pay AGAIN for the work they'd never done. A manager finally agreed to actually have the work done that I'd paid $40 or $60 for after I had to tell the saga multiple times. Even though this place is close to my house, they charge whatever they want and their customer service when there's an issue is crap. Not worth the free popcorn.

I used to use this place back before the fire happened last summer. At the time I lived nearby and was able to drop of my garments in the morning on my way to work but now with the mobile office I have had to change my schedule to work around their TEMPORARY business hours. Why? Because they are definitely worth it! The prices are ridiculously cheap and the quality is great! The lady that helped me out is always there and she even manages to remember my name, (besides the fact that I cant remember hers). I go back and forth between their two locations and they sometimes just deliver my garments to my house. A must for anyone looking for a good and dependable dry cleaners. read more

I am a usual at the boutique next door that sells children's clothing and decided to give this Dry Cleaners a try after a terrible experience down the street. Let me tell you that customer service for me far exceeds anything that a business can provide for me as far as incentives go. Zack and his wife run an amazing business and treat their clientele with utmost respect and kindness. Their prices are an added bonus, I paid $6.50 for an entire two piece suit. That's jacket and pants included, I live in west Burbank where I would normally pay about 16 or 17 dollars and Milt & Eddie's. I give this place a two thumbs up! read more

I have my very expensive leather purse dry cleaned and they did an outstanding job. Although zack, (owner) told me that their leather goods were outscourced to a different location, he made me feel very confident about how my belongings were going to be handled. The purse was dropped of on a tuesday and I picked it up exactly one week later and I couldn't believe my eyes. It was almost brand new, minus the wear and tear I had done to it. $40 dollars was well worth the investment for my $950 dollar purse. Thanks Zackk!!! read more

Go elsewhere, please. Poor quality, bad prices, owner has a bad attitude and treats employees poorly. Furthermore, this establishment is an unethical, tax evading business that violates labor laws daily. Employees are paid under the table, meal/break laws are not respected and more. Help the community and go to a different cleaner. read more

This incident followed a tailoring situation which involved no less than 3 visits. The 1st time, I requested the arm opening of a caftan be moved a few inches down a shoulder sleeve. Picked up, took it home, and found that the arm hole had been modified to look like a tiny penguin sleeve with a wee tiny hole my hand barely fit in. Took it back and found out the woman who took my initial order wasn't the one who did the failed work. Okay... so when I picked it up again, I found they'd simply unpicked making the arm hole smaller and didn't do the actual tailoring I'd initially requested. Because I didn't check the work when I got it home and then finally discovered when I tried to wear it weeks later, I was told I'd waited too long and would have to pay AGAIN for the work they'd never done. A manager finally agreed to actually have the work done that I'd paid $40 or $60 for after I had to tell the saga multiple times. Even though this place is close to my house, they charge whatever they want and their customer service when there's an issue is crap. Not worth the free popcorn.

I liked that they specialize in alterations for formal wear aside from all the other services they have. I met with Aram the owner and he was just awesome. So nice and helpful. Rima, (I think that's her name) is the seamstress and she did such an amazing job with my dress. I was worried because there are beads with such delicate material. The legs are so tight I can't even sit down. The fit is completely off and now my three thousand dollar suit feels ruined. What made it worse was the attitude. The person working there just seemed irritated and unhappy the entire time, like helping customers was a burden. There was no care in the service at all. The only positive thing about this place is the owners dogs because they're adorable. I'm giving two stars for the dogs alone. Everything else was an absolute mess, and I would not recommend.

They also give great advice and do tailoring. There was a rip in my pants and they were very honest with what was possible and didn't over promise or give unrealistic advice just to put more money in their pockets. Parking is easy and there are dedicated spots as well. I highly recommend coming here for your dry cleaning.
