I have used Burbank Self Storage two times in the past eight years. I would use them again if needed! It is very convenient, the units are easily accessible as they are all on one level and you can drive up to your unit location. The facility is well maintained and the owners and management as said in another post, clearly take pride in their surroundings. Each time I rented the deal was cinched due to the customer service. I rented 2 units at Burbank Self Storage for almost 3 years. I was clueless as to what sizes I needed for all my stuff but no worries! Ronda worked with me and got me hooked up perfectly! There have been times when I didn't go into the office for over a year and she still recognized me and remembered my not so common name. She does an excellent job dealing with customers and couldn't be any sweeter. She's been there 40 years and I can see why. I am absolutely thrilled to have found Burbank Self Storage. We have been there now for 3 years and I now am getting a 2nd unit. We have used Burbank Self Storage for over 20 years and are sadly relocating. Ronda is the Manager and she is the best. Always willing to help however she can. The facility is clean and well lit. They have security cameras and we've never heard of any problems. From what I've seen their rates are very reasonable. If you have storage issues you should definitely give them a call. read more

This is my current storage in the LA area, and I've had it since 2012. I highly recommend this place for several reasons: clean, good people running the place and reasonable too, exceptional price and value, good location (for me), and definitely secure. The price is way better than a similar size space I have in another state. Something I have noticed in my short time here is that the owners are often upgrading the place to make it better, namely pull-down doors, lighting, security, restroom. It looks and feels so much better today than when I first moved in less than 3 years ago. As long as I have storage needs here in LA, this will be my place. read more

I stored my stuff at Burbank Self Storage for about four years and couldn't have had a nicer experience. Rhonda was a big part of the reason it went so well--she was so helpful and accommodating in a million little ways. Like some other people have said, I really appreciated the mom and pop atmosphere of the place which resulted in not only better service, but lower prices than anyone else in town. I'm shocked that there are only 2 reviews for Burbank Self Storage. I have been a customer with them for over a decade. Rhonda, the manager, is one of the best managers I have encountered. She has accommodated all my families' various needs throughout the years. I have done research on other storage units and it doesn't pay to go with one of the big companies. This business is family-owned with gates requiring a code, multiple cameras, and I love that it's ground level. I have never experienced a break-in of any type. To top it off, the Burbank police helicopters keep a watchful eye on a daily basis. I cannot recommend a more secure and honest storage company than Burbank Self Storage. I have had the need for transitional moves over the years, and have used multiple storage facilities outside SFV. I found Burbank Self Storage to be the very best in all the aspects that matter most..safety of my belongings, ease of moving in and out, friendly, helpful, and GENUINE management (Kudos and many thanks to Rhonda!), convenient hours, clean units (mine had a tiled floor and was really NICE) etc, etc, etc, and the list goes on. It would be great if there were multiple locations of this family-owned business throughout LA, but alas, that is not the case. With my home scheduled to be listed for sale in October, I am hopeful there will be another vacancy available at this facility for the remainder of my items...I don't relish the idea of having to store my belongings elsewhere. read more

We are using Burbank Self Storage for some overflow from our office furniture. I looked at most of the storage places in town and could not find a lower rate, so we went with it. Thought it would be bargain basement, but it isn't at all! The manager Rhonda went as far as to greet us when we arrived to load everything in and even loaned us a cart. Our Locker was clean and big. Less expensive than Hollywood but a lot more expensive than other parts of the country of course. But the important thing was when we took our stuff out it wasn't moldy. I do recommend covering your couches and mattresses with plastic. Otherwise they would have gotten covered with dust but that's normal for every locker. Ronda was nice read more
