I made an appointment over the phone and confirmed it on the day of. I was told both times that the tire installation would take 45 mins to an hour so I made arrangements with my work so that I could take the time off during my lunch break. Sooo, I get there and the guy tells me that it's going to take 3 hours. His excuse? Well the actual work will take 45 mins to an hour but my appointment is going to take 3. What?! Updating my review. I had a great experience previously but the last 2 times I went in to get an oil change I asked for a tire rotation as well and both times I didn't get one even after I asked if they did and they lied straight to my face. Wow, At first I thought this was a great place, got a coupon from groupon and went there 3 times using the copoun and 2 times paid full price, I was pretty happy with the service and I never reviewed the invoices, I decided today that I want to create a folder and right down all maintenance and oil change that I did for my 2 cars, only to find out that they have been using the wrong oil for both of my cars, The Honda Civic should take 0/20 and they have been using 5/20 The Kia Optima should take 5/20 and they have been using 10/30. I feel that I have been a fool trusting them, and I lost trust in all oil change places after finding this and decided to do my own oil change in my own garage from now on, Those who rated this place as 5 stars, I guess you should go back and review your invoices.. read more

I NEVER recommend this shop to ANYONE who likes his CAR ,MONEY and TIME .They have the worst customer service and DO NOT HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE TO DIAGNOSE the problem. I spent $700 on first time to change shocks on their WRONG diagnose and that was not the issue I found that I have the same problem again with my van. I went back to RICHARD who did the wrong diagnose and he said you need to spend $1200 on top of $700 for change all bushings on brand new 2014 car. When I get back after few months to see Richard to fix my car he was Fired. I talked to STEVE the OWNER about the problem. I spend $550 for suspension because STEVE did the wrong diagnose again. It was not the suspension I had the same problem with my van. I went back and asked to give my money back he said I DO NOT GIVE A SHIT . This place is JUNK never waist your time and money there . Have used and recommended Western Tire for the last 25 years probably since Des Williams owned Valley Tire on Verdugo. There today having minor work done on the Alignment and had a chance to chat with Jack and Greg since Brian was off taking care of some family business. Family run since there father started and continued over the years. Can't say enough about the friendly Service you will receive as I bought 4 tires back in December and they will be need to be rotated in another 1000 miles (don't drive much). Nothing is cheap today and if you want to go to those Discount Tire Stores then fly at it. I stumbled upon this tire shop two years ago when I got a flat across the street. The GM is one of the most amazing people I have ever met and I will never go anywhere else. His name is Johan. He took such incredible care of me and I keep coming back. He gave me a great deal on tires when I needed to change them all at once. I even went in there to see if they could help me attach new windshield wipers I had bought because my old ones were stuck. They are always so helpful and I can say that as a woman in LA, to not get screwed at a car or tire repair place is a wonderful feeling. They are friendly and entertaining. The absolute worst customer service I have ever received in my 24 years on this earth!!! I had just left my house and was driving for 3 minutes, my car started to overheat and coincidentally I was passing by this shop so I pulled in immediately. I walked in and the manager and his mechanic both still sitting half ass greet me. I told them the situation and immediately the manger starts saying "no way I'm not touching that car right now if it's over 150 degrees I'm not touching it" which is understandable because if the car is too hot it will spout out boiling water and burn whomever is working on it. I told him I understood that but that I had just left my house and it shouldn't be that hot. I asked him if he would at least check the temperature. He shouts to his mechanic to pull it in the garage halfway and we'll see how hot it is. (As if he was anxious to prove me wrong) I started to get in my car and drive away at that point but I was already there and wanted to see if anything could be done. He had a negative attitude and was projecting it. I felt uncomfortable and was already stressed about the situation to begin with. He told me I could leave it over night and he would tell me what's wrong when it cooled down and I was contemplating that until he came back from the garage shouting the car is 145 degrees and I'm not touching. He literally counted out loud so I could hear him 90! 100! 125! So effing annoying. Then he says Leave it here I'll tell you what's wrong tomorrow. I started asking questions like, what he thought might be wrong, or the prices and he wasn't helpful at all. I asked him if I'd be okay just driving home for now and he said "I'm not gonna answer that cause then you'll point the finger at me" I got so mad I just walked away to get in my car. I shut my own hood and got in and I told him had he not been so rude I would have left my car with him. He kept saying what's the problem until I told him again that he was f*#ckin rude. I was tearing up out of frustration at this point. Horrible Horrible Horrible experience. He insulted me on my way out and said something was wrong with my head. You should be fired! read more

We are a one car family and needed to replace our rims and tires for a reasonable price before the rain and wind came. Most chain stores quoted us 2-3 times more than what Burbank Tire Pros quoted us. I was hesitant because the thought ran across my head that maybe the quality is not too great, boy was I wrong. Ohan and his associate helped us pick a whole set which made the car look absolutely gorgeous! It was strange that guys kept complementing on how nice the rims look with the car, I guess it's similar to how women complement great a pair of shoes look. Oh and other places said we needed to replace our brakes, shocks and struts for a ridiculous amount. Ohan and his mechanic said we only needed just the struts. Amazing! They were not only honest, they educated us on the dynamics of the repairs and wanted to help save our money again! It's been over a month driving all over the city and beyond to see how well everything felt, the results are better than expected. The ride is much smoother and enjoyable, even on horrible road conditions such as surprise potholes.
