A clerk started giggling at me as soon as I walked into the store. Another sales lady walked up to me with a highly disapproving look on her face. "We don't have anything here in your size," she said. I could just tell she was envisioning me ripping the seams out of one of her $180 skirts trying to zip it over my fat ass. I'm well-acquainted giggles and rejection from clothing sales clerks in Thailand, Hong Kong, China, and Japan. But I wasn't expecting it here. Oh well; they lost my business.

When she recommended an item to me, she was not pushy either. Many times I don't buy anything but just tried a few pieces on. She was not angry, like some other Asian store owners do. They have cute Korean style clothes. The price tags are pretty expensive, but they go on sale after a while, like 50% off. I like many styles there, but sometimes just didn't buy them due to the price. Sometimes they have on-sale items hanging outside the store. $29.99 a piece. I've found great bargains there. I bought a summer skirt, a winter skirt, and a full dress! Great deals.

It's a cute boutique offering California-made items such as pottery, clothes, skin care products, jewelry, art, and more. The store is nicely organized and their items are neatly displayed. A table with pottery near the entrance caught my eye right away. I also enjoyed checking out the flavored salts and oils for cooking, room diffusers, wall art, and jewelry. I was surprised to see they carry the wonderful Osea skin care products as I didn't know they were made in California. I ended up buying a ceramic spoon rest, room spray, and a tiny gold "diamond" ring. Their prices were reasonable. The store owner rang up my items and was very friendly and nice. I will definitely be back to shop here again.

Lol oops! This particular day we were walking around and discovered this cute little store!! I thought these mixed drink bottles were so cute. I had to take a picture!! For 10 or $20 you could buy one of these along with a bottle for your friend or as a cute housewarming present!! They had different sizes, different flavors and different mixes that went for everything!! They even had a fruit punch, one with just fermented, dried fruits inside! I really like this idea! Store had a bunch of other little odds and ends as well as some local soaps, candles, clothes, and baby items and some interesting maps or posters that showed different astrological signs as well as were certain vegetations grow within the state or even the time of year!! I'm not much of a gardener, but I would love to get into it! I also don't have the space but I liked the posters! I also thought I took a picture of the poster, but apparently I forgot! It was still really cute though! The lady in the store was very welcoming and friendly and if you check on the app, you get a discount with your purchase! So I'll have to save that for next time! FabMo is a wonderful community resource that I wish more people knew about. Run by a cadre of…read moremostly women volunteers, this organization rescues discontinued samples from upscale design showrooms in San Francisco. Housed in a small Sunnyvale warehouse, the organization says that each year, they keep about 70 tons (!) of material from going to the landfill. FabMo hosts regular sales open to the public as well as biannual "free giveaway" events. Customers can find tile, carpet, textile fabrics, wallpaper and more. Many materials are provided for free to teachers and there are also donations from the local community. Quilting fabrics, silk fabrics, jewelry making items, sewing notions, leather, decorations and much, much more are offered for sale in person or online through the FabMo eBay store. The only thing I wish that FabMo would do is to develop a partnership with WomenSV - a non-profit group based in the neighboring town of Los Altos. WomenSV helps women get out of abusive relationships. A little known fact about California family law is that, while the legal process is ongoing, individuals are prohibited from selling or using community property to make money. This allows for a continuation of financial abuse by the more powerful partner as they can delay the legal process indefinitely. In my own case, the divorce has been going on for three years as my ex has blocked me from accessing funds that are legally mine. Thanks to the low and no-cost materials I got from FabMo, I have been able to make and sell small craft items in order to buy groceries and obtain veterinary care for my service dog. As FabMo already hosts regular crafting lessons, I wonder if FabMo could somehow do community outreach to provide materials and teach skills to women trying to leave their abusers. Even people who have already managed to escape could benefit from the amazing work that the FabMo volunteers do. They're so successful at saving materials - - wouldn't it be great they could be a part of saving lives. Thanks, FabMo!

They have everything from long skirts and maxi dresses to abayas, headcovers, and scarves. The owner, Nor, and her daughter, Nadiya, were so amazingly welcoming and very helpful in recommending garments for my trip. They helped me choose the best options for dressing modestly and appropriately while traveling. Though I'm not Islamic, I found so many pieces (especially scarves and skirts) that I will be wearing long after my travels have ended. A wonderful store for ladies from all backgrounds!

The store has a lot of Thousand Skies merch (of course), but also a lot of other artists' work. Very similar to what you'll see at some SJmade fairs, you'll see a lot of prints, charms, caps, plushies, washi tape, and more. I could probably spend just as long in the store as I would at SJmade. When I was shopping there (5/17/26), Thousand Skies had a free reusable bag for any purchase of $50 or more on their merch. L O C A T I O N There are two locations for paid parking which was stated on the website. Paid garage located at 1278 S 10th Street Paid parking lot located at 350 E. Humboldt Street We opted for the closer parking. Luckily you can pay on mobile if you have reception. I luckily did out of the 4 of us that were there. Otherwise, you'd have to wait in line to pay at the kiosk. So budget some time to pay for waiting for the kiosk in case you don't have cell phone reception. Parking was $15 + fee. E V E N T It's a large park and if you show up as one of the first 100 people, you get a free tote bag with this year's design for the event. Unluckily even though we showed maybe half an hour after the opening, it was all gone. So make sure you go early if you want the freebie. The event itself is free and it's outdoors so you can bring your furry friend but they need to be leashed. There are large water filling stations and port o potties. Feel free to bring your water canteens. It said you couldn't bring outside drinks or food but we were able to bring in our own filled bottles as well as some Starbucks drinks. But of course worse case is that you have to bring back your stuff to your car. It's not a far walk but it's still a walk from the parking structure. They do have a nice map of the booths as well as events throughout the day. They also have a bunch of food stands and trucks there if you want to make it a day. We opted to just go outside for food as the lines were long and the day was hot. Although not as big as the Winterfest, this event was a nice outdoor one with various craft goods. I always am in awe with all these makers. They're all so talented! O V E R A L L If you're wanting to do some walking and perusing of crafts, it's not a bad way to spend a couple hours of your day. I'm unsure if there's any free parking around, but you could try searching. We just didn't do much research on it.
