If I could give negative stars this would be the place I would give negative stars too!The food WASN'T GOOD I still have a bad after taste in my mouth from it. Service was great. We got chicken fried chicken with queso which was very good. Potatoes and green beans not great. But I ordered the "large dinner salad" for $4.95. OMG. My eyes about popped out of my head when she sat it down. The bowl was as big as the one at Olive Garden that is for the WHOLE table. And the salad was good too. Ranch dressing was good. read more

This is my first time ever trying this spot and I can say the wait time wasn't very long I got here around 9:30pm. The food is an 8 out of 10 not that bad at all the taste is good . Very disappointing. We got a Philly cheesesteak (bland, cold, overtly greasy) and chicken fried chicken (tough, bland, likely cooked from frozen). Fries were cold. The chicken fried steak didn't have no seasoning, the gravy was lumpy nasty. Plus, too much salt. It actually tasted weird not like gravy!! The sides were salty too. I ordered double mashed potatoes and got the potatoes and green beans. Which I didn't order the green beans! Next, I got was a cheeseburger with French fries I ordered it well done and what I got was pink inside... The fries were salty and hard. Stopped by to have a beer and listen to some blues music. Beer wasn't that cold & it definitely was not blues music. It was R&B. I enjoyed it but was really looking forward to blues. I purposely do not order burgers thru delivery services because it's never cooked correctly for me, I like medium-rare. Very disappointing. We go to Burdogz 1-2 a week. The fajitas are the worst a person can get. The meat appears to be select. The toughest in town. Maybe they were cut wrong. The beer was good. Nothing to do with the restaurant. About 15 women got together for a birthday and sat out on the patio. Let me just say it was a s___ show! There were 2 waitresses serving our table. They stated that domestic beer was on sale for $2. Some people were drinking Dos X and she said that was a domestic beer. I said are you sure? Yes she said. And with that the majority of the table was ordering Dos X. So 1 server started taking our order and we waited and we waited. Then the 2nd server took our order again because according to the her the 1st server was new and she didn't trust her. So we all had to order again and by that time she had picked up even more orders. We waited about 30 minutes and not even drinks were coming out. I went to the bar to find out what was going on and they had not even started our drink order!! So the table was getting frustrated by now. Then drinks and food started coming out in spirts and some orders were just left out. People were not getting their orders and this continued all night. Some girls got a drink at 6pm and were continually ordering their 2nd drink until 8pm. They must have ordered it 5 times. Then the servers were nowhere to be found. I asked for extra crispy fries and they were so soggy. Other orders were wrong but we took them anyway because we were hungry. This went on all night! When we went to pay our bill, bombshell......we were informing Dos X was not on sale because it is an import! I knew that but the server insisted that it was on sale! Well now everyone had to pay $4.75 for their beer. I really felt bad for the servers. They were serving inside and out. I am all for helping small businesses in Victoria but this was ridiculous. I was eating at this place with my wife and friends and just generally having a good time but after a few drinks I was told that I could no longer be served. It's not like I was falling down or messing with people or something like that. I was dancing with my wife and sharing a good time with my friends. The manager wouldn't even tell me himself, then they had the nerve to add gratuity on a tab for three people just because there was other people at the table. The service was not really worth a 20% tip. Well lesson learned and my money will never be spent there again. read more
