Wow! This place beats out all the other smash burger places that I've tried. I had the triple smash cheese burger with all the fixings. Oh my, it was so good. Kinda reminded me of in n out but the flavors were so much stronger and better. Probably because they use Australian wagyu and they slowly caramelize their onions. I like that they use long pieces of caramelized onions, instead of tiny chopped up pieces. The meat had just the right consistency of crispy edges. The cheese was nice and gooey. The sauce was delicious. And the bun was nice and soft. All in all this was a superior smash burger. Service was good, I maybe waited 10 mins to get my food and they were pretty busy with many guests. $19 for the triple, kinda pricey. But I left very satisfied. Almost wanted to order another one, but I'll wait till my next visit. They have a nice outside covered patio area with tables and hanging decorative lights which gives it a nice ambiance. I don't usually do reviews but had to do one for our experience. We waited more than an hour for a burger that was below mid. This place is overhyped for salty dry burgers, beyond burnt onions (supposedly caramelized onions) and soggy fries. There wasn't even that many customers for the wait to be justified. Workers seemed like they didn't know what they were doing and getting orders mixed up. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Please save yourself the trouble, this place is not worth it. Ordered take-out. I usually don't eat Aussie meat because of its gaminess, but my spouse wanted to try their burgers. The burgers were better than expected. You can taste the gaminess of the meat in beast fries, though. You can skip it because they have awesome onion rings to replace it with anyways. It's a full go to this burger joint. Omg!!! The best burgers...so delicious. I got a single and it was perfect for me. I also got the unseasoned fries, which tasted so fresh and were not greasy at all. The dipping sauce was amazing. The owner was beyond friendly, walking around making sure everyone was happy their meals. There is outside seating only, but it was super clean, and comfortable. Burger stand right outside the Albertsons on saticoy. Workers were very kind and helpful. Ordered the Oklahoma which is their most popular burger. It's two smashed patties, cheese, pickles, grilled onions, and special sauce. I added bacon for extra charge. I went to my car and devoured it in 3 minutes. the patties had good flavor and there was plenty of cheese in every bite. I couldn't really discern the sauce but there was so much flavor otherwise. With the added bacon it came out to $15 which is in line with most smash burger spots. Only problem is my fat ass could eat two of them easily read more
