I honestly can't say enough good things about Burger 3000. The food is AMAZING, the quality is always great, the prices are so reasonable, but what truly keeps us coming back is the customer service. Rudy, Pedro, and Claudia are absolutely incredible. I have genuinely never experienced customer service like theirs at a food place. Every single time my daughter and I come in, they treat us like family. They're always so welcoming, kind, and positive, and they somehow always manage to make us laugh. It's honestly rare nowadays to go somewhere and feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated, but every time we walk into Burger 3000, we get exactly that feeling. They remember us, they're always happy to see us, and they make even a simple meal feel like such a good experience. Thank you, Rudy, Pedro, and Claudia, for always treating me and my daughter with so much kindness and making us feel like family. We absolutely love coming here, and I truly don't see us ever stopping! You guys are the best, and Burger 3000 is lucky to have such amazing people representing them. Amazing food + amazing prices + amazing quality + the BEST customer service! We love you guys and will always be back!
Food: I tried the Space Jam Cheeseburger, Mozzarella Moon Sticks, and Onion Saturn Rings. The Space Jam burger did not disappoint! I really enjoyed the sweet raspberry bacon jam. It balanced the hot rocket sauce so well, along with the rest of the burger, including the Australian Wagyu beef patty, cheddar cheese, fresh avocado, and sweet Hawaiian bun. The Moon Sticks had an amazing cheese pull, and the onion rings were delicious! Drinks: My friends and I enjoyed the Stubborn Pineapple Cream Soda and Lemon Berry Acai. Both were refreshing and tasty! Service: Rudy and Pedro were exceptional! Rudy was friendly and took the time to explain the menu to us as first timers. Ambiance: Casual outdoor seating with a fun space theme.
Sucks writing this review, but Burger3000 feels like another small business that expanded and unfortunately lowered its quality. We stopped by today for dinner, and the guy at the register was incredibly unhelpful when we had questions. He made us feel like we were bothering him just by asking. The burger buns are noticeably smaller now, and so are the portions of fries. This was $45?! Also, what's up with this location never having the spaceship-themed boxes that they're constantly advertising online? To top it all off, there were mosquitoes in the sitting area. We ended up taking our food to the car because we'd already been bitten several times. Really disappointing, especially considering how much we used to enjoy Burger3000.
I found out about this place via the wifey, who grew up like 10 minutes away from here. She started seeing posts on Instagram, and kept sliding into my DMs with this delicious looking food. We were down south for the first time in a while around July 4th, so we were stoked to finally be able to stop by and try it. We arrived around 12:30pm on a Friday, and there were only a small handful of tables taken. We were greeted by Estela and the friendly staff, who helped answer any questions we had as well as provide recommendations. We went with a group of 4 people, so we tried a few different things. For the burger, we got the Double Oklahoma. This is your classic smash burger with two Wagyu patties, grilled onions, melted American cheese, and pickles on a Hawaiian bun. We opted to add bacon, because... duh. For sides, we started with an order of the Chopped Cheese Fries. This was seasoned fries loaded with chopped Wagyu beef, melted cheese, and their house-made Secret Rocket Sauce. They describe it as "a full meal disguised as a side", and let me tell you, they're not lying! Per the staff's recommendation, we also tried the Onion Saturn Rings and Mozzarella Moon Sticks. The food came out hot and fresh. The burgers were crispy, saucy, and huge! The fries are on the thinner side, think McDonalds style. We also got a few sides of the Secret Rocket Sauce, which was great to dip fries in and pour on bites of the burger. The onion rings were perfectly crunchy and quite tasty. The mozzarella sticks were a surprise hit that provided a legendary cheese-pull. In addition to bacon, they have other add-ons for the burgers like kimchi, organic avocado, pickled jalapeno, fresh jalapeno, or even an extra patty. They have a few other types of (loaded and regular) fries, including truffle. They also have an option to get a grilled cheese sandwich if you don't want or don't eat meat. For drinks, they have "Moonshakes" which come in vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, or Oreo crumble. They also have a standard fountain soda machine with Pepsi products. Overall, Burger 3000 definitely lived up to the hype. The meal was incredible, and the service was awesome to match. Special shout out to Estela, Juan, and Rudy for the wonderful hospitality, and smackin' food! We will definitely be back on our next trip down south - looking forward to sharing this experience on Instagram!
There's a few burger places in the valley that I'm familiar with. Today I decided to take a chance and try something new. Burger 3000 definitely has the service and the burgers. Rudy and Juan were kind enough to give us a background of their menu. Great service and patience with explaining the different kinds of burgers. My daughter ordered a regular cheeseburger, and I got the jalapeño burger. Their whole space theme is unique, with sweet and savory burgers. Best part about this place is they have beef options. None of that pork bs. They also have shakes and other sweets. The meat was delicious along with the fries! The chopped cheese fries were a hit too! I will come sometime again! This is an easy place to hang out and eat some good food. Thank you Burger 3000!
I've been hearing about this place for a while now and we finally were in the area to try it out! They have an awesome theme, and the commitment to it is so fun! From the sidewalk outside, to the doors and ceiling fan, they've nailed it! First off we were greeted by Rudy, who is an angel on earth with a warm big smile and truly so kind! He explained the menu and ingredients for us and he just went above and beyond! He's truly is as good as all the reviews say! The food came out so fresh, everything was 10/10 - no notes! The buns were the freshest I've ever had! Don't even get me started on the mozzarella sticks - they are mouthwatering with a cheese pull that could go a mile! As a big fan of Chris and Eddy's (another very popular smash burger) - I think I may have just found a place that got them beat! They have a much larger menu and all the options were a hit. The sauce has a bit of a kick but it was delicious. The fries were crispy and seasoned to perfection and the truffle wasn't overpowering like I've experienced with other places which was a nice surprise. We definitely will be back, you guys are awesome! Keep it up!

We ate on the outdoor setting with tables. It has a hot day and flies were dumping in and out. The parking was not issue and overall it was a good experience.
Such a great family-friendly spot! The food was absolutely amazing and everything tasted fresh. The burgers were the perfect size, juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The fries were also perfect--crispy and delicious! The mozzarella sticks were so good too, and the cheese pull was EVERYTHING! You can really tell they put care into their food. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and funny. Definitely a place I'd recommend to families and anyone looking for some really good food. I'll definitely be coming back!
Not only is this an exceptional burger experience! But my children loved it so much that they wanted every guest in our party to try them, so we had them for our birthday party! We were looking for a place to have lunch, a quick search showed that Burger 3000 wasn't too far away, we decided to stop by and check it out. It was a small burger place all done up in a space theme which we thought was pretty cool. I decided on the Odyssey Burger Combo, we placed our orders. The order taker gave us out drink cups, we then went to the covered patio/dining area. We filled our cups and sat down. After a short wait our order was ready. My nephew and myself both enjoyed the burger and fries, I think that you will too!
Came in for a late night bite with a few friends. Hot or Not? Sig OK Burger: 3/5 bites --Thin Wagyu smash patties(2), cheese, rocket sauce, grilled onions, pickle in between the buns. We love a good smashburger, this was salty.($14) Onion Rings: Crispy, but salty. ($8) Oreo Moonshake: oreo shake, whip and cookie crumbs on top, nice and thick. ($8) Preferred the Hot Rocket sauce over the regular. Galactic Ambiance, suits the theme. Outdoor seating, picnic benches. Service was great, order at one window, pick up at the other by the seating. Burger 3000 in Chatsworth is a solid neighborhood burger spot that gets a lot right and just needs a few tweaks to really hit its stride. We ordered the Odyssey Combo -- a double burger, fries, and a drink for $20 -- and the Oreo Moon Shake at $8.99. The burger itself was good, the cheese was delicious and melted perfectly, and the sauce does a solid job of mimicking In-N-Out's spread -- if you're a fan of that sauce you're going to love this one. The patty could stand to be a bit crispier on the outside and both the burger and fries needed a touch more salt to really pop. The fries were crispy and honestly tasted better than most places in the area -- they just need that seasoning bump to take them over the top. The Oreo Moon Shake was delicious -- rich and creamy and tasting like a real milkshake -- though at $8.99 it felt a bit pricey for the setting. The vibe is nice and the service was good. There's a covered patio which is a great setup, but the Valley heat makes it extremely uncomfortable to sit in -- a few fans would go a very long way and make this spot a lot more enjoyable during the warmer months. Parking is easy with 7 or 8 spots right there. We're in a golden age of burger competition right now. Smashburgers are everywhere and the bar has never been higher -- spots are popping up constantly and each one needs a real reason to stand out. Burger 3000 is a good choice if you're already in the area and craving a burger, but in a crowded field it needs to sharpen its edges -- better seasoning, a cooler patio, and a little more wow factor -- to become a destination worth seeking out specifically.

Love burger 3000! I remember when I first visited their street pop up for Yelp Elite last year and I've come to their brick and mortar a couple times and always just as impressed. Their customer service is excellent, short wait times for food, and seems they are always adding to their menu as well. They have a nice size covered patio and heat lamps too for the winter time. Opted for some chocolate and strawberry milkshakes, Oklahoma burgers, seasoned fries and mozzarella sticks. Everything was cooked to perfection and delicious. By far my favorite smash burger stand. This place knows how to make burgers!! Probably the best burger I have ever had! I have tried almost all of them. They are all soooo good! Today I tried the Jalapeno Oklahoma burger with added kimchi. I know kimchi on a burger sounds weird to a lot of people..... but it is so delicious added to their burgers. I love that it's different. It adds a lot of flavor. I have tried most of their sides that they offer as well. I love the seasoned fries, the mozzarella sticks, and the onions rings are my favorites! The atmosphere at the burger stand is fun. They always have good music playing. The employees have always been super friendly to me on every visit. Friendly employees can make or break a business. Been wanting to try these smash Burger spot and i finally made it over. We entered the parking lot and omg this small space looking Burger place catches your attention and makes you feel like you are entering an out of this world restaurant. The seating is outside with music and sports going on (love that). The menu is on a cool screen and the staff is friendly and welcoming. we were a Party of 5 and we ordered a few things, the jalapeno Oklahoma, Beast Fries, Cosmo kid pack, mozzarella sticks and some Moon shakes. This is my second time visiting Burger 3000 and after my second visit I'm locked in as a loyal client. I first tried it 3-4 months ago, and it was solid then but coming back today and experiencing greatness again shows their consistency with quality and taste is top-notch! Nothing nearby even comes close to matching this level. I went with a double Wagyu Smashburger, no sauce, added avocado and fresh jalapeños paired with seasoned fries. Service is friendly and they work very hard to get orders out right away. Perfect if you just wanna pick up and eat at home or you can sit in their comfortable outdoor sitting area (covered). Be sure to visit burger 3000 if you are in Chatsworth and even 15/20 mins away. I'm already planning my next visit! read more

Lots of flavor here, outta this world. Chopped cheese fries: fries with chopped Wagyu beef, melted cheese, grilled onions, bacon and Secret Rocket Sauce. Jalapeno Oklahoma Burger: Double Wagyu, grilled jalapeños, Swiss cheese, pickles, and Hot Rocket sauce on a Hawaiian bun. Space Jam Burger: Cheddar, avocado, Hot Rocket sauce, and raspberry bacon jam on a Hawaiian bun. The fries were loaded with beef and that rocket sauce is GOOD. Went to Burger 3000 with high expectations but left pretty underwhelmed. When my order finally came out, the burger was much smaller than expected and overall pretty forgettable. Funny enough, when I looked back at the photo I took later, I realized it actually had pickles and sauce on it -- which says a lot because at the time all I remembered was a smashed patty on a bun. It also seemed a bit greasy. Maybe I'm just old school, but when I think of a real burger I'm thinking lettuce, tomato, onions, maybe mushrooms -- something stacked with flavor and texture. Not just a thin smash burger with a little sauce and a couple pickles doing all the work. I also thought about ordering fries, but the price was almost half the cost of the burger. Considering how cheap potatoes are, it just makes you feel like you're being taken for a ride. And chances are they're frying them in seed oils anyway, which a lot of people are trying to avoid these days. If smash burgers are your thing, you might enjoy it. But for me, I'll keep looking for a place that still remembers what a real burger looks like. read more

Burger 3000 is a good spot for when you're craving something late at night. We had a great time trying out their menu and their burgers were so amazing. The burgers have smashed patties but the flavors are bursting in your mouth. I really enjoyed their burgers and how you can also customize them. Their fries was really good but they just were heavy handed on the salt, but nonetheless the fries were fresh and crunchy. If it were less salt, I would say this joint is perfect. I love love LOVEEEE how everything was so fresh when they came out. Their onion rings are also very good with their ranch!! They also have a variety of condiments to try and drinks. When Burger 3000 first opened it felt like lightning in a bun. The smash burgers had that perfect sear, crispy edges, juicy center, and toppings that were layered just right. At the time it was easily the best smash burger around, the kind of place you'd tell friends they had to check out. These days the competition in the Valley is fierce and Burger 3000 is not quite the standout it once was. The patties still deliver on flavor, but sometimes the execution feels a little inconsistent. One visit the burger is outstanding, the next it feels a little rushed. The fries are solid, but not crave-worthy, and the overall quality is just shy of what it used to be. What they still absolutely nail is the experience. The branding and packaging are fun, bold, and Instagram-ready without feeling gimmicky. It makes the food feel like an "event," even if you are just grabbing lunch. The shop itself is clean and well kept, the staff are friendly, and the prices are fair for what you get. Ordering through their app often unlocks discounts, which makes it an even better value. Burger 3000 might not be the undisputed smash burger king anymore, but it still earns a spot on the local rotation. Small little place with big character. Staff was awesome, super friendly, and accommodating. Good recommendations and will take care you. Went with a double Oklahoma cheeseburger. I guess Oklahoma style is where they grill the burgers with onions. I also got their seasoned fries. Everything was straight heat. Fries were great and whatever their sauce is was perfect with them. Burger was rich and crispy, just all around super flavorful. Only recommendation would be a little bigger bun. You will get messy eating this burger and napkins will be needed. Thing was big and saucy, would be a perfect hungover meal or late night eats. Parking is a little tight and the space is on the smaller side but there was plenty of room when I came. Tried Burger 3000 today and it was so good! The Oklahoma smash burger was delicious--perfectly crispy on the edges and full of flavor. The seasoned fries were really yummy too, especially with their sauce. The service was also really great--friendly and quick, which made the experience even better. It's all outdoor seating, but it was a beautiful day so it worked out perfectly. It also looks like they have it set up well for other weather too. Been meaning to try this place since they replaced Nics Burgers and Bowls. Menu isn't particularly large but they have the good ol' smashburger that brings people coming. Different variations of fries and then interesting sides - like kimchi. Also have shakes and a good soda selection. If you order and eat there, they have ample seating under a shaded area. I went this afternoon after seeing it many times when I drive near the area. I was glad I decided to stop by. What I like about this place is the theme it has and the overall vibe you get being there. It has an outdoor seating area with ceiling fans which made the 90 degree weather bearable. The service was great, the person that helped me was friendly and even went the extra mile. I ordered the Signature Oklahoma and I added pickled jalapeños with a side of cajun seasoned fries. The burger was good! It was light with a crispy rim and had an overall good flavor to it. The buns were also soft and are an excellent pair to the rest of the burger. The fries are a bit more on the skinny side with a very light crisp. There was not much cajun seasoning on the fries but they were still enjoyable. I paid over $25 for myself with all the options I got. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because the price is a bit high in my opinion but still a great burger. The best part is that I don't feel bloated after having this meal. Overall, enjoyed the spot and I will be returning in the future. read more

Food is really good. Burgers are cooked juicy. I got the regular and I loved it. The jalapeño Oklahoma was good but really spicy. The meat fries were ok the meat kinda stays in one place so you can mix it in with the fries so that's something I did not like. The onion rings were so good and big. My favorite was the moon shakes those were bomb so thick and sweet but not too sweet just right. We got a whole meal each so a burger, fries and shake and it came out to $60 which is pricey. It was Saturday afternoon and I was getting really hungry. I searched for a few options and came across Burger 3000, which sounded great because I was craving a burger. As I head over, I was able to find parking at around 5:00pm, but it soon filled up. It's quite a small parking lot. Definitely keep that in mind, as there's not enough room for cars entering and leaving the driveway at the same time. I knew I was going to leave with a smash burger, so I got the Signature Oklahoma burger right away. It felt appropriate to get a side order of the meat beast fries to eat along with that. In terms of quality, the burger tasted average, while the fries were below average. The cheese on the fries wasn't even melted. But I'd say the worst part is the portion compared to the price. Both of those items combined was nearly $20. The only nice things I probably have to say about this business is that they have outdoor seating with heating lamps, which is great for colder days. And the service from the staff were quick and nice. Overall, I won't be coming back to this place unless there are changes. read more

Food was good but the cashier added gratuity without my consent. I paid using the inkind app and once the payment went through I was waiting to sign or something to add tip but she added the gratuity without my knowledge I only found out after I got the emailed receipt. Yes, everything on our menu is 100% Halal. We use Halal beef for all our burgers, including our Halal beef bacon. Even our fries are Halal, and we cook them in peanut oil for extra crispiness!
