I haven't even made it home yet and I already had to start writing a review. These are probably the best fried pickles I've had in a very long time. I've had to go back-and-forth to an event center down the road from this place and I've always said I wanted to stop so finally I decided to stop and I grabbed a burger and some fries to go and he asked if I wanted anything else I said why not try the fried pickles. I read a few reviews and happened to be working in the area. Since I was a little crunched for time I called in the order. Loved that they were so personal in the phone. They even called me back about 20 minutes later and said the order was ready to pickup. I arrived 5 minutes later and pulled up the drive thru window. A little surprised that they said my order was ready but I had to wait for five minutes when I was the only one there. Pulled over a couple minutes later to eat my quick dinner before work. The onion rings were good but obviously not homemade. Was hoping for fresh onion rings. The flavor was good but not spectacular. The burger was good but didn't really wow me. I liked this choice of buns but always impressed by homemade hamburger Pattie's. This wasn't. Overall a good bargain for the price though. I would come back. read more

My husband and I stopped here and we loved it! The fried cheese was delicious! I had the Swiss melt with tater tots. Both were excellent and perfectly cooked. I was craving a big juicy burger so decided to give this place a try. The menu was a little overwhelming since there were so many options; from appetizers to dessert. I ordered a double cheeseburger combo and a chicken fried steak meal. There was a small wait, but the food came out really hot and fresh. The bun on the burger was nice and toasty and the patties were juicy. My mouth is getting watery just thinking about it..lol. The Chicken fried steak was served with gravy, toast, and fries, and also came as a sandwich option. The place does look a little old on the outside and the menu could use a little updating, but it was clean and the food was delicious. Holy burgers, Batman. I made a rookie mistake, and had not eaten anything before I was scheduled to go donate blood. I passed them buy hundreds of times, and today was the day I stopped. I pulled up to the speaker and ordered a bacon burger. The friendly young man checked about my wanted toppings and told me to pull forward. When he answered the window, he asked me if he could tempt me with some fries or jalapenos, I said the burger would be plenty. Boy was I right. When he handed me out my bag, I was SURE I had gotten the wrong order. It was HEAVY. When I opened it up, there was only one burger, but it was HUGE. Seriously, whataburger sized. I looked like a whataburger, it smelled like a whataburger, but it was better. The ingredients set it apart. Everything was fresh, the patty was flavorful and they use good bacon. For a place that apparently does a mean breakfast, you have to have good bacon. Their prices have gone up from the menu pics on Yelp, but they are reasonable. I am not super big on fried foods, but apparently they have fried mushrooms, that I will have to come back for. The service was excellent, my food was made when I ordered it, and the portions definitely won't leave you hungry. THAT was a tasty burger. read more

The service here has always been very good for me. The man working the front I believe is the owner he is very nice and very helpful. Their food is fresh and made to order. The cheeseburger was very good is thick and juicy, they cut things by hand not a machine it's very obvious. My grandchildren had chicken nuggets and fries and they were really good. They don't look like the frozen chicken nuggets you get at other places. I want to try the Philly cheese steak next time, I hear good things about it. I wish I had taken a picture cuz it was a really nice looking Burger.
