I found them while doing a search for best burgers and they did not disappoint! In addition to providing really great and friendly customer service, the food there is phenomenal. The single cheeseburger is plain delicious - it's cheesy, meaty, and mouth watering good. The crispy chicken sandwich is one of the best I've ever had and their tater tots are perfectly crispy. The place was a big surprise the minute I opened the door. It was immaculate! The food was freshly prepared and cooked perfectly. The staff was very efficient and cheerful. I bought a mushroom Swiss burger and fries for my son , and I had chicken, both delicious. I always judge restaurants ,like this one ,by the add on veggies. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh and crispy. The rolls were soft and freshly grilled to perfection. The food is great and the ambiance with tv's and nice decor was a plus. I generally like to eat healthy, but one of my guilty pleasures is a sinfully tasty cheeseburger. So when I heard there was a new burger joint opening up in Palm Coast, I was itching to try it out! Disclaimer!! In a world where places like Five Guys and Smashburger get all the attention with their appetite crushing concoctions, you won't really find anything here that is similar to what you will get at either of the aforementioned establishments. However, the cheeseburger I ordered was very well cooked and crafted and tasted amazing. Also, the price you will pay is going to be lower than that of the more popular burger joints. The fries I ordered with the burger were very tasty and well worth the price. The menu consists of a wide variety of burgers, hot dogs and things like chicken tenders. Burger Bros PC has such a awesome interior design and decor for a burger joint in Palm Coast. The menu has a good variety of burgers from a BBQ Burger to a Vegan burger. But for the price you pay the food was OK, I order the BBQ and my Wife for the vegan burger. The BBQ burger wasn't bad just wasn't anything special and my wife's vegan burger was covered in Dijon mustard which I tried a taste of and would never try again. Definitely gotta request lite mustard or non at all next time if she orders that again. I also got a kid chicken tenders for my daughter and a side of onion rings for us to share. The onion rings were pretty tasty but the kids tenders were over cooked and chewy. I was definitely expecting this place to be kinda like A five guys or Mighty Fine burger with the fresh pressed beef but these burgers appeared to be frozen. Had to check this place out, I called in an order after looking at their menu on here, I ordered a double cheeseburger and tater tot's. The girl on the phone was extremely friendly and polite. She nailed my order on the first try and then offered to have me try tater tots versus french fries. I am sure glad I did. These are the best tater tots I've ever had. My burger was amazing and I am so glad that these guys moved into this plaza. I only have to go a mile and a half for a really great burger. Definitely give it a shot! read more

I went here 3 days ago and got a NYC chopped steak sandwich, mushroom burger, patty melt, fries, tater tots and onion rings. The ONLY thing that was worth the money was the chopped streak sandwich! The tater tots must have set waiting on the other items to get ready. They was just warm with a hint of sugar or something kind of sweet on them. The onion rings was terrible!!!!!!!!!! The cheese on the patty melt was not melted and it was just not good! I just threw it in the garbage. The noise level from the music was measured at 82 dba making it extremely difficult to hold a conversation. We were there at 6:15 on a Saturday evening and could observe the male cook was attempting to grill every burger, wrap each burger, and oversee the young lady having difficulty making SIMPLE change at the cash register, thereby resulting in SLOW service. I tendered $35.10 to the young lady for a $31.10 order, and she began giving me coins in change, until I explained that she need return only 4 dollar bills. I ordered a Royal Burger, which is ADVERTISED as having an egg. Not any egg on the burger. My companion ordered a BLT and was told they did not have the advertised bread, but could make one with Marbled Rye. Finally, the fries were under done. We have found a better burger in Palm Coast at a cheaper price, and you receive a miniature barrel pick to keep. read more

Every day for the last year I've seen the Burger Bros van in my neighbor's driveway and I've picked up a few Door Dashes orders from here (and saw how good the food looked) so tonight my husband and I finally used our once a week cheat meal to eat here. Smart choice! The food was fresh and delicious. We got a single and a double (both with bacon). The bacon was cooked to perfection and the patties were well seasoned. We also got loaded fries , jalapeño poppers (which seem to be hand breaded) and churro bites which were nice and soft inside with a good crunch outside. As foodies (my husband is also a kitchen manager at a local restaurant), we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food for the price. Tried Burger Bros. Happy I did. A small cozy place like four tables and six or eight bar stools along the front counter. Four or five flat screen TVs above the open kitchen and lots of burger objects de arts. One thing they need too do is program one or more TVs to show the menu. They have a flat top and a char grill. We have had the single burger and double burger just the way they do it. Iceberg, tomato, onion and mayonnaise. Served on a butter toasted brioche bun. Super high quality frozen patties cooked on the flattop and then steamed under a pie pan to melt the cheese. These burgers are juicy and hot and way better than any fast food type burger place in town. Right up there with five guys. We also tried the loaded tots. Chili ,onion tomato cheese sour cream and guacamole WOW sooooo!!! Good. French fries are on point too thick cut smooth cut fry cooked in small batches as they go. Golden brown and tender I'm a fry person n these rock. The chefs and prep people pay nice attention to how the food comes out. It was crazy busy both times I've been and they make the really well. The start, I walked in to a total kaos . Seems one of the brothers (owners?) was getting off & wanted to play & be goofy with staff. Turn off # 1. No one else ordering (2 tables already eating), but I had to wait to place my order, young lady seemed confused when I placed my order. I wanted, a Swiss mushroom burger with fried onions & well done fries & a beer. I was told to get my beer from cooler, but I like to drink from a glass,what can I say, none offered # 2 turn off. I sat there at table opposite register & full grill view. Watched as a new young lady approached the grill adjusting hair net. No grill turn over ( 25 years in this business) she was approaching a cool grill & no heads up. That was #3. Finally the goofy guy picked up a broom & swept out line? NOT the appropriate time since there is food prep going on there. BOARD OF HEALTH, spank point. I watched my crispy fries,(I could see everything on the line), I saw the fries cooling, until the cook several MINUTES later finished with my burger never telling waitress it's up, the cashier/waitress finally turned around saw it up & served. This was the last time I had any contact from help. I was the only customer in the store. 4 folks behind the line & NO ONE asked if it was OK. Thank goodness I had many napkins, it was ok but so greasy. I like a juicy &a bit greasy burger, this was literally dripping grease. If it wasn't on a griddle there would have been a fire. I hope (a) the other owners/ brothers calm him down. it was obvious this was his first time as a customer/food/person. Cross train shift change on a grill. Just too many twerks are needed needed to make this a serious eating place. I know the learning curve to opening a business, & getting it & owners/help fine tuned. Been there/done that & I know all the costs & hopes of the owners. I really wish this place to be a winner, my comments were not meant to bury them but places that really need attention. read more
