Located in the busy Dixie plaza surrounded by multiple options, this place focuses on making your burger, just the way you like it. Ample amount of seating available inside booths and tables/chair. Wall decor portraying bolts and nuts to keep with the theme. They do have a designated prayer area. The kitchen space is visible so you can see your burgers being assembled. Tried the Beef burger with Cheese & added mushrooms & onions. That first bite when it arrived, was absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, the cheese was oozing out. We were in the area and looking for a place to get something to eat and the name intrigued us. We came by on a Saturday evening and the plaza was quite busy. One quick look around and I saw that most of the businesses were restaurants. Walking up to the storefront there's a covered patio area with several high top tables and stools and a few more tables right by the entrance. I liked that there was a microphone/speaker in the plexiglass divider between customers and the staff. Often times it's difficult to hear what the other is saying behind a barrier. We ordered the Juicy Lucy burger and Tornado Fries. There's a number of toppings you can get for your burger. These include factory sauce, mustard, bbq sauce, sriracha, onion, pickle and hot pepper. There's others that have an additional cost (jalapeño, double the beef, cheese, beef bacon, mac and cheese topper, gluten free bun and more). The mac and cheese topper is intriguing. Perhaps if I'm in the area again I'll try that next time. Our order took around 15 minutes. It was on the long side but I suppose the tornado fries took a while to make. Neither my cousin nor I had the tornado fries before so we were excited to try it. It was amusing to get our order of tornado fries in a paper bag that's typically used for baguettes. The burger came in a compostable clamshell container which I appreciated. We had asked for ketchup on the burger and found a few packets in the takeout bag. I didn't check the burger but perhaps the packets of ketchup were for the tornado fries? The burger was juicy and oozing with cheese, just like the photo in the restaurant. I wanted to like Burger Factory since it's close to my home but I just can't recommend it. The decor is cool, their kitchen is small and their prices high. I ordered a cheeseburger and a funnel cake, my boyfriend ordered a cheeseburger and the tornado stick. We waited 35 minutes for our simple order....to wait that long for supposed fast food and then have it not taste great was very disappointing. My burger was burnt and if you manage to get past the burnt was nothing to rave about. My funnel cake was sad, I literally have had better funnel cake out of a food truck, plus each topping on your funnel cake is an additional $2.99! After a disappointing movie, we were looking for a nice dining experience to redeem our evening. Burger Factory to our rescue. Lovely ambiance, ample seating and an efficient service defines the Mississauga outlet of the Burger Factory. Tried the Crispy Chicken while my friends tried the Juicy Lucy and Veggie Burgers. The Crispy Chicken was true to its name, with an audible crunch in every bite inspite of being drizzled with sauces inside the bun. And delicious to boot. The Juicy Lucy was another winner for me. Took a bite and a rather audible moan escaped my lips. Ohh, that's what sweet heaven must taste like. The manager Abdul was friendly and helpful. He even went an extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and offered us complimentary ice creams for all. Any restaurant that redeems an evening marred by a disastrous Marvel movie definitely deserves a double thumbs up from me! read more

We were in the area and looking for convenient dinner options. We saw that this plate had some carnival eats like tornado fries and funnel cakes so we were already pretty excited. Then we found out that they had cheese STUFFED burgers. As a dairy enthusiast, I was in. They share a big parking lot with a lot of other restaurants but parking was still easy to find. They have an outdoor patio as well which is covered for your sun and rain protection. It was easy to order. The cash section is separated by plexiglass but has a built in speaker so I could easily hear what was being said. We ordered a tornado fries and a Juicy Lucy burger which is the burger stuffed with cheddar cheese. We were able to customize all sauces and toppings which they had listed on a handy laminated sign in front of the ordering area. It took about 17 minutes for us to get our food. Amusingly, because the fries were so long, they came in a long baguette paper bag. I've never actually had tornado fries before but they were great. I'd describe them as a cross between a fry and a chip depending on the thickness of the certain section that you're eating. They were great even without ketchup. The burger was really good! I was sharing so we cut the burger in half and my was it a beautiful cross-section. I also loved that the burger patty itself was fully cooked which we thought could be hard to do since it had the big ball of cheese in the middle. Great meal! read more

The buns on both the burgers are a straight 10/10. The crispy chicken was a dry as it needed a bit more sauce or something? Fries are fresh. Service was amazing, they brought out our funnel cake at the end of our meal so it was fresh and the ice cream wasn't melted. read more

Spot review: I've heard about the burgerfactory.ca for a while now and I finally got the chance to try it burgerfactory.ca is known for having massive, ginormous, flavourful burgers. It's so hard to find a decent restaurant that's open late on a Saturday night! We came in past 10 pm to grab a bite, as we were hungry (after waiting 2+ hours in line for the Holy Grill only to get no food...). The wait times for the food was reasonable. The burger was juicy, filling and tasty. I also really like their choices of toppings as you can pretty much customize your burger. The only downside for me was the cleanliness of the washroom (it smelled bad) & the tables/floors. There was ketchup on the floor near the table where I was sitting and didn't notice so I accidentally stepped on it and my shoes were very slippery. The table was also a bit sticky. One of my students this work term is a devout Muslim. When we went out for lunch with my other student the other week, she couldn't eat anything but fries. The food wasn't halal. Last Friday, she asked if we were going out for lunch on Friday. I said that we could, but asked that she suggest a place that was halal. She recommended Burger Factory, which is a five-minute drive away from work. I drove us over there. I got a parking spot right outside the door. We went in at around noon. It wasn't too busy. I ordered the juicy Lucy burger. It's essentially chunks of cheddar cheese inside the beef patty. I got it as a combo with onion rings and a Diet Coke. I recommend doing a combo. You save a bit. On the screen, you pick your toppings. The Factory sauce contains mayo, relish, and spices. I went with it, along with tomatoes and onions. I paid (credit and debit cards, and cash are accepted), got a receipt with my number, and waited for it to be called. We waited a good fifteen minutes before our orders were ready. The place makes your order fresh. I read my receipt. You can order ahead and pick up. It's a good tip. When I first looked at my burger, it looked cute and small. Looks are deceiving, folks! I took one bite and had the cheddar ooze out of the burger patty. The burger was flavourful and delicious. The bun was soft and yummy. I loved the Factory sauce. Everything was fresh. My onion rings were perfect. They were crispy and crunchy, and not oily. One of my students got a cheeseburger. The other got the chicken burger. The latter is not breaded. Both looked good. Burger factory was good! My wife and I had a long flight and we were looking for a quick place to eat. We weren't impressed with the cleanliness but we were beyond that as it was late. We cleaned the table our selves before eating and then we asked them to clean it. We ordered the Juicy Lucy with fries and a side of sweet potato fries. I have yet to taste a burger pattie to this caliber. First the patties are made with high quality sirloin beef freshly ground and seasoned to absolute perfection . Cooked fresh to order in front of you and none frozen . The patties are extremely tender perfectly cooked , very thick probably over an inch in thickness . I would say equvilent to a double pattie burger at any typical burger place. Mine was filled with cheese and halopenos just to die for goodness. The meat is minced and grilled on a hot flat top to perfection . The bun is wonderful it absorbs the burger juices. The topping are very fresh and their pickles are just amazing in taste not typical ...just a perfect delicious burger. Service 5/5 The service was very polite and friendly.  I had to waite about 10 minutes for them to prepare my food totally acceptable as its freshly cooked in front of you...price is reasonable and they even have daily specials on their burgers...They also have milk shakes and funnel cakes that look pretty amazing ...if your in the Dixie and Eglinton area and you want the absolute best burger Mississauga has to offer get out and get yourself one and support this restaurant.  I am now spoiled after having this burger, others are going to have a hard time competing . The burgers are made fresh, all natural, without any preservatives or taste booster. Tastes good... nothing amazing, but definitely good. The place is bit crampy. ...and as almost all the seating places are near the open cooking area, it's better to leave your jackets and handbags in your car, unless you want those to smell like food and smoked meat :-) read more

First time here and the food was delicious! :) Service is amazing and the staff is friendly. Got some burgers and finished off with the funnel cake and a milkshake, and it was absolutely amazing! My family loved it! They thought the regular burgers were a little pricy-- but a lot of halal places tend to be.. it's great when you want unique, delicious halal burgers (Jucy Lucy, the utility etc). A HALAL burger joint that is not the typical run of the mill burger joint. My husband came here with some friends and really liked it....but I wasn't too sure about it. One late night, the kids got a burger craving and this place was the only halal one open ....we came, we ate and we were converted. The Juicy Lucy, the Cheesy Lucy and the philly cheese steak....omg, so so good. Their toppings are amazing, the burger patty fresh and perfectly seasoned (unlike the saltless slabs that you get most other places) and the fries......yum!! I'm personally indifferent whether my meat is halal or not but my friends and I were looking for a place to grab lunch near by and as always being indecisive, we looked up yelp and Burger Factory was near by. We arrived around 1230 pm for lunch and it wasn't busy. It was just my crowd (we had at least 9 people). Lots of seats available and there is a wide variety of food to choose from. The employee recommended the utility which wasn't really a burger, looked more like a sandwich melt? One of my friend got that and said it was pretty good except the cheeese was slightly overwhelming because there was just a lot. He finished it anyways LOL. I got the juicy Lucy burger which is basically a burger that has stuffed cheddar in its core. Pretty good!! The cheese pulls when you take a bite vs their normal cheeseburger, it kinda just sits flat. I tried some fries and a poutine, pretty good. Didn't take that long for our food to come out either. Tried this place out today to see if the reviews in here are fakes or real. I am never going back to this place. This place is trash. 1. The girl taking orders in the front is not friendly at all coupled with an obnoxious almost sarcastic tone in her voice. 2. I ordered two burgers, tornado fries, water and shake for a total of $35 and change incl taxes and tip. 3. It took them 25 minutes to fulfill the order with four people in the kitchen and 2 orders ahead of me. 4. The thermostat was set to 65 when the temperature outside was -10. I needed gloves to eat in here. 5. Nobody cleans the front and the tables and seats are sticky. 6. I didn't even attempt to look into the washroom. I will be surprise if this place lasts. It was over priced mediocre food with lousy customer service. The owners of restaurants like this should not be allowed to be in the hospitality business. read more

For years I have been going to the strip mall aka food court mall near the north west corner of Eglington and Dixie. I've seen some businesses come and go through that time and because of that you get the new place every once in a while. The Burger Factory has been here for a while now and although I hadn't been, I knew it was there. The fact is this area of Dixie road between Eglinton and Matheson has MANY places to eat. If I were a new business in this area with this much competition I'd probably be like, yikes! Still it's a busy enough area to warrant the kind of dense concentration and saturation of restaurants I suppose. The Burger Factory is part of the north end of the strip mall, opposite the long time mainstays like Bamiyan Kabob and Chang & Huang's which are on the south side. My family just had an early dinner and Chang's and my brother was telling me that the Burger Factory has funnel cakes and that we should go for it as a group dessert. I was like OK, sure. That sounds like a plan. A short walk across the parking lot brought us into the Burger Factory which seemed to be somewhat busy with people eating their burgers and some waiting for their take out. Waiting in line allowed me to have a look at their menu which basically look like a nice selection of burger choices some of which look to be larger such as doubles and even triples. One notable thing is that this place is Halal much like many of the other establishments in the surrounding area. We had just eaten but looking at their selection I'd come back for a burger. My brother ate there before and said it was good. I'd probably be interested in that Juicy Lucy which is a Minneapolis thing, basically a burger stuffed with cheese that melts inside... yum! Although we were just there for a funnel cake I didn't have to wait very long. What an attractive serving. With the strawberry topping and tax it came out to about 10 bucks. Icing sugar, hot, crunchy, doughy and just plain good. It was a perfect dessert to share after having a spicy and savory meal across the parking lot. I love going to burger factory! It is just the best burgers in GTA! Whenever I'm hungry, it's the place I want to go to for a real fresh burger. Their burgers is massively big mouth burger. We had 3 Juicy Lucy .. we finished the patty and almost no cheese inside ! Beef quality is normal good nothing special!
