This place is good. And by good, I mean great! And by great, I mean "oh sweet Jesus gimme some more food from this place or I will literally slice the Earth in half with a steak knife!!" I think I made my point. I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this place. The service was awesome (they came around and gave me and my family samples of their custard, which was freakin to die for), and the burger I got was one of the best things I've ever put into my face hole. I have to say, after reading the reviews and taking my brothers advice to eat here I was not impressed. When I went to order the boy at the register kept talking to some girl names Jess instead of paying attention to my order. I should not have been surprised that my cheeseburger green style was incorrect and the patty had a huge chunk missing out of it. Then I went to the counter and approached the boy who took my order only to be snubbed when Jess came over and started flirting with him again. So I talked with another young man and he said he would get the burger fixed. When he brought it to me minutes later all they had done was slap the missing condiments on the sub par burger patty, a fact I was not happy with. Meanwhile Jess was giving the line cook a massage on his forehead and flirting with all the workers. I am giving this place a one star review because, until they hire employees that care about the customer, I will not be going back and neither will my friends. read more

I was happy to see a burger joint walking distance from me. Place looks sleek, modern and clean. Large outside seating. Menu is shown on huge screens - lots to choose from. they also have their "secret menu" if you want to delve more. There are many ways to order your burger,fries and shakes. They serve beer as well. You even have different options for desserts - their desserts look and sound deadly - definitely not for the health conscious. I ordered the burger from both the menu and the secret menu and personally, i think its ok - the alternative style burger and fries is probably the "best" that i had there. It's not the greatest burgers that i've had and honestly, i've been there a FEW (and i mean a few) times only because it's convenient (and i was realllly hungry) Oh and let's not forget about the price - a little pricey for a burger/fries/drink in my opinion. Burgers are excellent. The beef is so good you can eat the burgers with no toppings which I have done to fully enjoy the flavor. The issue I have with the place is the service. The place has a bad process for ordering. People dont know where to stand in line. Once you get to order, the long wait begins. Last night, there were not many people there and it took 20 minutes to get two simple burgers. I know its cook to order food but 20 minutes is unacceptable when there are not many people there. This has happened too often and unfortunately I don't go there much anymore. I have friends who love the burgers but dont go much due to the poor ordering process. Also, I know orders can be placed on line but that does not resolve the ordering issue when you just want to walk up and get a burger. read more

It's really hard to feel like I'm giving the plethora of burger joints a fair shake, when I have a clear and decided favorite, but I am sure that I am. BurgerFi offers some very delicious-sounding burgers on the menu, and since it's right behind my office, I'm sure that I'll be returning soon to move on to the next one, but for now, I had to go with the one with all my favorite things: The BAD Burger (Breakfast All Day). It had a sunny-side-up egg, maple syrup, bacon, and a hashbrown, in addition to the ground beef. Honestly, it was very delicious. Someone in the group ordered a large seasoned fry, which, as the specialty burger places go, it was a ridiculous amount of fries (in a good way), with a ridiculous amount of seasoning (personally, not in a good way). All-in-all it was a tasty burger, but with places like Firebirds directly across the street, who knows how long until I try it again. By all means, definitely a tasty burger. read more

Went here for the first time with my family today. Decided to try it and see what it was all about. Went in, a variety of items on the menu, we got a few burgers and a regular fry. Also the music was playing low in the place and they turned it up and the cashier couldn't hear our order at all. So we decided to sit outside(even louder music) so got the food to go and sat somewhere else.) Told the workers about the way too loud music(you think they would turn it down...but no just stared at us like zombies....um okay) anyway I got a burger with onions and lettuce and I added ketchup. The bun wasn't toasted and the burger was cooked well but was tasteless, bland, no seasoning whatsoever; a little salt would have been nice. I would have rather had green lettuce(romaine) instead of iceberg, and I would like sliced onions not diced(but that's all they offer) Who puts diced onions on a burger? Strange to me. The fries were undercooked, went back to get new fries and they said next time you have to ask for fries well done. UM WHAT. Fries are fries, they are fried in a deep fryer...one way people!!! That's just really weird too me! But after they were cooked properly they tasted fine. Also would like to see some ketchup lids. Pretty clean place, but the food needs work. read more

I'm not a "review" person but I just had the best experience at BurgerFi with a couple of girlfriends and had to share. We had 6 children age 3 and under and someone who I can only assume is the owner checked in to see how we were doing. After saying thank you (because kids eat FREE on Tuesdays which we didn't know yay) and a little small talk, he made us feel so welcome and even sent us home with complimentary onion rings. He also told us we had one of the hardest jobs there is. For a large group of moms and children, that was just so rare and so appreciated. LOVE BurgerFi and will be sharing their kindness with anyone willing to hear. Huge thank you for a lovely experience to the BurgerFi team. read more

The burgers really aren't that good. Super under seasoned. The burger itself tastes worse than the burger from McDonald's. The hot sauce is bad as well and they decided to cover my entire burger with it. The fries are nothing special. Basic fries. Didn't really have much motivation to eat either. I Had no desire to eat either the fries or burger. This place is really just "eh". It's just average. I'm not gonna go here if I'm in leesburg again. If I'm in leesburg and want a burger, I'm going to five guys. If I'm in Purcellville, I'm going to market burger. The only possible reason I'd go here again is if all the other fast casual restaurants in the village are closed and I'm trying to catch a movie. Wouldn't really recommend it. Just average. What a joke. 9.97 for what they say is "almost" a HALF pound" It's barely even a quarter pound!! Then 2.97 for a small fry and 2.79 for a fountain drink. Then they have the nerve to give you a beeper to come to the counter and get it.....seriously??? For almost 17 bucks, I could have gone to a steak place and ordered a steak burger with fries and a drink, had it served to me AND tipped my waiter for maybe a few dollars more than what I paid for this crap. Stopped in BurgerFi to see what all the fuss was about since it finally opened after being under construction for eternity. Ordered a double burger with every topping imaginable. a veggie burger and the cry and fries. It was nice to see so many drink selections in the freestyle machine, they literally have just about everything. The burger was excellent, as were the cry and fries. Fiance says veggie burger is the best she's ever tasted. Service was good, place is nice inside (minus the broke hipsters bumming off the free wifi), dessert was good to. Had a red velvet concrete and ate every bite. All in all, great place to eat, especially on a budget, it was very affordable and you get a ton of food. They are open late too which is uncommon in our area, most businesses run away as soon as the sun goes down. read more

My sister and I recently ate here and it was really just okay. The place has limited seating and it is really LOUD. When we placed our order for 2 burgers a shared order of crystal and fries + 2 drinks we were amazed that it came to $37 but when we got the order it became clear. We were wrung up for and charged for to crystal and fries orders. The onion rings are too thick almost inedible and they are WAY too greasy. Fir a lot less money just go to five guys. read more

I've gone here before and honestly the food is pretty good, but the customer service is horrid! I called in an order to be picked up..the gentleman mike who took my order was very nice. However my pick up was a different story..I went to the counter marked "pick up" young lady with blond hair didn't even acknowledge mine and my sons presence..I stood there a good 10 minutes before I finally said hi to her..all the while she was punching in numbers for pagers, seeing I was there, never once saying two words to me . Not even a may I help you? Basic restaurant courtesy, seriously even mcdonalds greats it's customers....when I finally had enough...I then said I'm here to pick up an order I called on..well were waiting on the fries...ok..so while waiting a really nice gentleman says to me..have you been helped? Yes I told him I told the young lady I was waiting for my order..he asked me my name..says we got it..rings me up..I pay, she has two bags..I say to her. Is this my order? Her reply..uh..yhea! Very sarcastic...my recommendation if you are doing a fund raiser night, have staff that actually acknowledges you...I'm not here to do you a favor, nor are you there to do one for me. There are plenty of choices to get a great burger within 5 miles...melt, 5 guys....ring a bell...they acknowledge people, and are very nice and don't leVe you standing around like an idiot. Wake up! Tried this place last night. I got the VeggieFi burger made with quinoa and my husband got a cheeseburger. The portions are smaller than expected for the price but still tasty and prepared fairly quickly. Service was very friendly. They do have a decent selection of wine and beers, as well as non-burger items (hot dogs, custards, cupcakes, chili cheese fries, onion rings). I tried the fries and they were quite good - nicely salted and freshly prepared. The "regular" portion of fries was large enough to share. There is a lot of seating available as well (both indoor and outdoor). Overall, a good experience but the burger portions should be larger for the price paid (nearly the same price as Melt in Leesburg or The Counter in Reston - both good burger places). read more

Nothing here wowed me. I had the double cheeseburger and it was just okay. Same with the fries. I was expecting something better, so left kind of disappointed. To me the BurgerFi burger was very similar to Five Guys, which is not a bad thing; I was just hoping for something different. Some here have complained about the music being too loud, but when I was there for lunch I thought it was fine. I might give it another try, but BurgerFi is not a place I would go out of my way to visit. Definitely not bad, just not all that great. read more

I've been back here several times and have not had any of the issues I had there before. It really was down to opening day/week jitters. I am a huge lover of the extra crispy fries. I love them when they are really crunchy. The burgers are pretty good..i have yet to try the dogs yet, but i'm not a huge fan of them as a general rule anyway!
