- Being a fan of Burger Hut downtown, I was excited to try this new location out. I have given two stars for: - Quick to process order (we ordered to-go at 2:30pm on a Sunday). - The cheese burger was tasty. - Great location. Now to the bad part. - What they call a Philly cheese burger turned out to be a moist mush of beef curry in a bun. The whole burger just fell apart and it tasted horrible. I never knew I wanted a chicken masala burger until I discovered this place. The chicken is spicy and flavorful, and it contrasts very nicely with the fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and onions in the burger. It's messy, but it's a burger, it's bound to be messy anyway. I would give this place half star if I could. This place is called burger hut but they gave us uncooked fries. Before coming here please ask your friends, families who have eaten here what burger to order and what sides to eat it with. Believe me when I say, it took 10 mins to just order with a lot of q&a. Customer service is really bad with the people never showing any interest in customers and almost frowning up on the customer. We went with 2 kids, ordered 4 of their burgers, the burger tasted worse than any burger joint and the fries were uncooked. It's because there aren't many indian burger places This burger is just store bought chicken sauteed in garam masala and chat masala. This filling that forms patty is decent but hard to call this burger. Their breads are the worst...they crumble as soon as you hold the burger and become soggy. I was happy to see they opened a nice location in Bellevue - I used to go to the Seattle UW location every once in a while. The burgers are nice and surprisingly cheap - we like the vegetarian burger and the paneer burger quite a bit. Their milkshakes are pretty decent too. read more

Very poor customer service. Me and some friends were at the counter waiting to place an order. One of the staff looked directly at us repeatedly, but not even an acknowledgment of us, or that we would be seen shortly. Ended up waiting 15 minutes with no one seeing us. Just ended up leaving. Burger Hut, Seattle is one of my favorite places to visit when I am craving good sandwiches, hence I was thrilled to know that they are opening in Bellevue. I was very excited to visit and the place did not dissapoint. Ambiance: The place is significantly bigger than the Seattle branch and can house a large number of customers. (You will be able to sit and relish your delicious sandwich). It's a fancy decor with good lighting and colors all over. Food: I have been a sucker for their Chicken Masala and Paneer Masala sandwich and I don't think I will ever deviate from them ever. The guy at the front desk or cashier. He's very rude and doesn't even care if you are standing there or not he won't even say hi/ or hello . I order my food it was at least $100 plus. I toke hand full of napkins and he started crying about it. And then he started saying bad words to me in Punjabi language. This is hands down the best Indian street food you will find on the East Side. Great selection, prices, and if you're a fan of the one near UW, nice big new clean facilities to bring your friends and nom nom nom! Favorites have always been the chicken wings- taste exactly like they do in UW. New favorites inclue egg maggi (similar to how i make at home but i'd love to share my recipe with them to see what they think) the paneer tikka was the bomb digity Goat burger consistent as well and after reading the other reviews this carnivorous gori needs to just suck it up and try the veggie burger. The teriyaki and hawaiian are good too. If you want something more traditionally indian you can't go wrong with the chhole bhatura. Enough salt in their burgers to make you sick. Super oily, bun is drenched in oil/grease. They use the worst quality/cheapest ingredients, the bread crumbles, cheese is pretty disgusting, and they put way too much of their spices in everything.
