It was a damn good burger. Not sure why I hadn't been there before. The spicy Thai chicken wings were excellent as well, so was the service.

I got the Angus Beef burger and BugerIM fries...WHERE IS THE FLAVOR? Everything was really bland. Neither were greasy which was really great. The place seems to be a cool atmosphere to hang out and watch a LSU game. It was reasonably priced for what I got...$10.97 for what is in the picture. I just hate to do this to any small business but if this place is still in business within one year then I'll be surprised. So I stopped there this evening because I heard some sports show radio personalities do a commercial about the place. So, what the heck- I'll check it out. The place is new. I walked in and there was only one patron and she was sitting at a table eating. I stood some distance from the counter before placing my order. I needed to just read the signage and become familiar with the place. I approached the counter. Not a "hello"or "can I help you" or a greeting in any way. So I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich meal. I was handed a cup to get my drink. Turned out the drink dispenser was empty. So I had to go back to the counter where I was handed a canned drink. Took a seat and while waiting on my food to arrive I got semi interested in a basketball game on tv. I also noticed the other employees just hanging out talking. Seems like soomeone would have restocked the drink machine - but I guess that would have required a little effort. So my food arrived. The grilled chicken sandwich looked great until I picked it up. The bun felt like it had just come out of the refrigerator. The sandwich was good-tasty. But served in a cold bun? I don't think so. The fries were round like poker chips- hot and crispy. So I got up to get ketchup from the dispenser- it too was empty. I spoke up and told them the ketchup dispenser was empty, the drink machine is empty- and I said the the place will not last like that. I was annoyed. Not one employee responded or reacted. No one made any attempt to restock the ketchup dispenser. What's wrong with these employees? I'm glad I'm not the owner. So while eating my food and while watching the basketball game on tv, an employee walked over and turned off all the TVs and all the lighted signs. It was 8:00 pm. Guess it did not matter that I, was eating and watching a game- it was obvious they did not want me there. No, I will not return to this place. There are far too many really good places to eat and where I am made to feel welcome . I'm male Caucasian and the employees were African American. Were they treating me like they did because of my race? Were they just poorly trained and didn't want to make much of an effort to treat a customer feel welcome? Or were they just wanting to leave? We enjoyed our recent visit. We arrived about 30-45 minutes prior to closing, but the staff didn't seem to mind. Since this was our first visit, we had lots of questions. The young lady that assisted us was extremely accommodating and patient. She answered all of our questions and helped us decide what to order. The food wasn't bad at all either. I just attempted to have lunch at Burger IM. They were busy, but when I got to the counter to order, the worker told me they weren't taking new orders and we would have to wait for 10 minutes because their kitchen was backed up. I would have gladly waited for my food, but not even able to place an order!?!? On our way out the door the female manager said in a very snotty tone, "our kitchen is backed up but have a blessed day." I am sure there are restaurants out there that would gladly accept the problem of a backed up kitchen because of too many orders. But not Burger IM! I came here Monday and got a dry aged beef burger and it was good the next day I came back to try the salmon burger which I paid about $12 for I took two bites of it and could not stand the smell or taste of rotten fish. I brought it back to the counter and let the staff know that I could not stomach it their owner proceeds to come out and tell me cannot refund me so I said I'm not interested in a refund I just want lunch And I would rather just a regular burger ( wich was cheeper) so he rings me up for another burger and expect me to pay another $10 his reasoning was other people like the salmon burger there's nothing wrong with it and it's not his fault that I didn't like it ,other people like it which I doubt because my fiancé also thought it was horrible perhaps the other people had a good piece of fish at this point I just want some edible food and in no way shape or form do I plan on having to pay for something else when I just paid for a rotten patty After refusing to make it right in any shape or form I left leaving his burger on the counter I just paid $12 for lunch and left hungry with nothing these people expected me to just suck it up I will not be back I hope this guy realizes there are way too many good Burger places to put up with getting ripped off customer satisfaction is more important then that $12 you made off that stinky salmon patty Because prior to that I really thought this place was gonna be my new spot really close to my house and the regular burger tasted great hopefully he will realize that customer satisfaction is vital in order to establish regular customers or repeat busines he won't be in business too much longer with that selfish attitude 5 hours later: Since then I have been contacted and asked to come back to the store to get another burger to make this problem right Why I had to write a review and call back just to get edible food that I paid for I don't understand I think if anybody receives something at any dining establishment they can't stomach they should be compensated at least with something they can eat or their money back . but upon returning five hours later after my father spoke with the owner I did end up getting a burger as a replacement So at the end of the day he made it right so I didn't get ripped off But It will take me a minute to forgive the way I was embarrassed and ripped off having to leave hungry but hopefully this review will help the owner take a look at his customer satisfaction policy So that he may make. I have been to Burger IM before. This is my second visit. Both times have been a smooth process. Order process was seamless and help with all my questions. I ordered the trio (angus beef, Spanish beef, and fried chicken) with fries and drink, and added a milkshake for good measure. The burgers were easily customizable. Food came out promptly and were brought to us curbside. Food was hot and tasted really fresh. The French fries were the perfect crisp. Overall, experience and food was good! read more

While the burger selection is impressive the burgers lack flavor. We got the party pack with the lamb and angus burgers, onion rings, fries and chili garlic wings. We both agreed the sides and wings were better than the burgers. I think with a little more taziki sauce on the lamb burger it would be good. Visited there Monday, June 3, about 12:30 PM. The two of us were the only people at the counter. We made our order and sat down to wait for the food. I realized I wanted something else. So, I went back to the counter and stood there for quite a while waiting for someone to wait on me. I was totally ignored by a cashier as she was walking back and forth from the register to the window. There were also 2 other cashiers behind the counter that failed to come and see what I needed. After my food was already at the table someone came to see what I needed. I returned to the table to eat my burger. When I bit into it it was still raw on the inside.The lady who was bringing the meals out came by and I told her it wasn't cooked all of the way through. She asked if I would like for them to cook it some more? I told her no thanks and was very miffed at this point. She asked if I would like something else. So, I begrudgingly said I would like the crispy chicken sandwich which was brought to me. The quality of the sandwich is subpar at best. The chicken wasn't crispy and was swimming in some kind of sauce that completely hid the taste of the chicken. The picture on the menu is totally a wrong depiction of the crispy chicken sandwich. The piece of chicken was so small or the bun was so big, which it wasn't, it didn't come close to filling the bun. The other thing I realized when I looked at my ticket, I was charged to substitute a different cheese on my sandwich. I asked if I could and the cashier never told me it was going to cost more. Not a good way to start a new business. Surely not a way to keep people coming back! Since this review was originally on Facebook. I got a reply to come back and ask for a manager so they can take care of me! Why do I have to ask for a manager to get good service or decent food? OMG, wasn't expecting to eat such good burgers!! This place is going to be swamped with patrons very soon. Nice atmosphere. Wish they had more seating or a patio. They just opened yesterday. Hours as of now are until 9pm. in my opinion this should be pushed until at least 10-11pm. I had the 'duo'. The angus beef and grilled chicken. Both were perfection and served hot and fresh. I'm only giving one star because that's the lowest option. First, their food doesn't look like the pictures and it's low quality. It looks like it comes from a frozen patty. They call out your name without a mic so it's hard to hear when your order is ready. From my experience, my food came out 25 minutes after I ordered and my whole family finished by the time mines came out--which I had to remind them of my food TWICE. They did recognize their error and gave me a milkshake on the house, but I won't be going there again or recommending this place. Their fries are however, set apart and tasteful. read more

I was happy for a burger place to open in a convenient place near me. I have been several times and tried different sandwiches. Love the big cheeseburger and sliders! Really liked the wings and shockingly enjoyed the Uncut veggie burger and the salmon burger. Their fries are not your typical fries because they are round instead of rectangle...very good and crispy! I've tried Burger IM twice so far. Both times have been surprisingly wonderful. Fast service. Wish they were open later than 9pm daily. Besides that, the burgers are tasty and classic. I went here last week. The cashier was very nice and helpful then things took a turn for the worst. I order the slider duo meal. When my food was brought to my table the tray only had the burgers on there. I told the young man that they forgot my fries. He told me they were coming out shortly. He came back to the table with my sister's food. Still no fries. I had to get up and walk to the back and inform them about my fries again. The person told me that I was not charged for fries. LIES!!!!! My total was $10. At this time my burgers are cold. Once the fries arrived (which took forever) they were nasty. If this place plans on staying around they might want to train their staff. 1)Why would I ask about my fries if I didn't order any? 2) The girl who took my order could have spoken up and told them that I order fries. 3) If you think I didn't order them you could ask to see my receipt.
