I did not originally want to write this review because it is really bad and I use to be a really big whopper fan. Remember when it was said that Burger King was using horse meat? we about 3 months after that i went to the Burger King in Alvarado and got a whopper with double meat,I was so disgusted by the taste of the meat I couldn't eat it. I have not eaten a whopper since, I don't go to Burger King any more and they use to be my favorite place to get burgers, despite the horrible fries and them only having diet coke. The worst diet drink on the market. the service and ambiance were about the same as any other fast food place. Places really should improve there diet drink choices there are 37 million diabetics in the united states. sheesh. read more

Aria in the drive thru was amazing, she and the other 2 team members (only 3 in the store) did amazing, food was extremely hot and fresh. line went pretty fast, Very friendly and prompt. You can tell by the food and friendly service they are doing a staff over haul. read more

The food was good and the chicken sandwich was fresh. The staff are very kind. The store was clean and tidy.

I tried the two whopper jr for $5. Whopper Jr. was a pale imitation of what they use to be meat patty was very thin Les than 1/8". A little piece of lettuce and a scrap of tomato. Even thought the bun was a small diameter the patty didn't even cover it. I may never go to BK again. read more

everytime I come here they never give ANYONE their food through the window, we have to pull around to the front and wait for them to come and bring it to us 10 minutes later, no matter what it is. But their tacos are good they just need to step up their customer service. read more

Food was ok and fresh, drive thru service was not. We ordered 4 items and they missed 2 of them. We were barely back on I35 and noticed... Immediately went back to get the rest. They didn't have the other 2 items ready, never started preparing them I guess. After a long 5mins blocking the drive thru, we got our missing 2 double Cheeseburgers. I didn't want to pull up until I got my food this time. Manager wasn't onsite @2:46pm which is ok but I made them give me the number and email address. 2 stars because the food was the expected quality/temperature. I would give 0 stars if I could. Had a coupon for 2 whooper meals with frys and drink. We ordered that and added Bacon to one and Jalapeno on the other. They seemed pretty fast. We got 1/4 of a mile down the road after getting our order and I went to get a fry. NO FRYS!!! We went back oh they were sorry, RIGHT! (this is the second time they have done this) Got home NO STRAWS for the drinks. NO BACON on the one hamburger and come to think of it they didn't ask if we wanted cheese. WHAT A RIP OFF!!!! At about 1pm today I ordered a chicken nugget meal. When I got to the window the girl barley said hi and practically shoved my drink at me. She managed to hand me my card back but shoved my order at me. Then, looked put out when I asked for some honey mustard sauce. My nuggets were barely lukewarm and chewy like they were old and reheated in the microwave. At least my fries were hot and my drink cold. When I went to do the survey, I couldn't because the store number isn't on the receipt. Tried calling to get the store number. I called 5 times and each time the phone rang 5 times and then silence. the restaurant (20193) is the worst burger king ever for the following reasons; 1. food was not served at the proper temperature - had 2 whoppers and a big fish sandwiches with fries and the were all luke warm. 2. the soda (Coke and Dr. Pepper) had minimal carbonation - very flat 3. restaurant had no working Air Conditioning they (cashier) said that it was being worked on, but did not see any Air Conditioning vehicles in the parking lot. 4. the place was full of FLY's - its hard to eat when they are flying around. 5. and myburgerkingexperience.com doesn't work because the receipt printers need service - since you could barely read the receipt yet alone the Survey Code. it doesn't do any good complaining to corporate since it is a franchise and they do not want to ruffle feathers WE NOT EAT AT THIS BURGER KING ANY MORE - PERIOD read more

Fairly new Burger King. The food was Typical Burger King burgers. It was clean, restrooms were clean. Indoor dining was quiet,most of the business is drive through. Can be hard to get in out during rush hour. Good place to stop if your are on a road trip on 35W. read more

This is the best Burger King I have ever been to. The employees are very nice and the place is always clean. I normally use the drive thru and even when I have to park and wait for my order they are very quick. And to be fair about being asked to park, I normally order a lot of nuggets. When a 10 piece is only $1.49 we will order at least 100 nuggets at a time. read more

Went there Saturday night at approximately 10:15 and they were closed when we finally got someone to answer the phone they said they had ran out of meat. So my husband and I ordered food from Alvarado. Unfortunately, they did not have fries or onion rings supposedly(come to find out they did) As a person that works fast food I have gone to other stores to get what customers want. We called door dash to get a refund and it was a bunch of nonsense. We called Burger King and spoke to Kimmie and she argued with us and was very unprofessional not only with us but with door dash themselves. Also, her and the door dasher were in cahoots with each other because door dash had said that the dasher couldn't find our house and drove back to Burger King. So we drove there and come to find out they did have everything. My husband, family, and myself will never go there again or any other Burger King from now on. I recommend that no one goes there unless you want bad service and unprepared for what you or anyone will order. I again work in fast food and handle every customer very professionally. It just goes to show you that some places promote anyone vs promoting people that deserve it. My establishment also makes sure that we have what customers would like. read more

I was traveling south on I-35 and stopped here for a breakfast sandwich on a Sunday morning. I haven't been to a Burger King in years but this one looked nice and new, and it was on the right side of the highway for a quick stop. When I walked in, I smiled and said hi. The lady behind the counter did not respond other than to glare. She got her colleague's attention and jerked her head toward me to indicate that the colleague should wait on me. The second lady did not smile or say hello either but she did ask what I wanted in a reasonably polite tone. When I said I needed a minute to look at the menu, however, she turned abruptly and walked away. The first lady was still standing there looking at me with contempt. At that point, I walked out and drove to the McDonald's across the highway. It was harder to get to, but everyone was nice to me there. I don't see how BK can build a local clientele without basic civility but maybe they just think they'll get by on hapless travelers like me. read more
