Service was poor food was decent no store information on receipt to take the survey they must know how bad it is

Horrible horrible experience & customer service. I downloaded & placed a $22 order through their mobile app late Wednesday night because I had left my card at home & I live far from the area. It turned out that the hours listed on the app were incorrect, but I was charged for it anyways. It is now Saturday afternoon & I have called four times within the last few days only to receive no answer, & have no way of leaving a message. I finally got an answer today. I asked to speak to the manager, & the person on the phone claimed to be him. I began trying to explain what had happened only to be abruptly cut off & told "speak up, I can't hear you". Anyone with common sense & customer service skills should know how to talk on the phone. Once I repeated myself he said that I needed to dispute it with the app. I then told them that they had already directed me to his store. His response was that I needed to wait 6 more days for it to even show up on their end. So now apparently I have to wait almost a week & a half for them to even start the process refunding me. I went to Burger King Drive-Thru at around 9:15 on this Thursday night the young guy that was in drive-thru, first of all I'm trying to Orem I'm trying to explain the special that I was looking for he kept cutting me off, I can't hear you, I can't hear you. From the time I got to window nothing but attitude, and I asked them about the special they are those on the coupons, I don't know / I don't know special. So you don't like this job working with people he need to get another job. Because I was nothing but nice at the window, I feel if I order my food a certain way because I don't like something or I'm allergic to it that's how it should be made. No onions so when he came back to the window with the food and handed it to me with nothing but attitude again and I had onions specify at least three times no onions. So the whole confrontation with this guy can get my food and get it right all I got was attitude. I don't know him he don't know me but I came to your job and you're getting paid to do that job why can't you do it right you work with people deal with it if that's a job you took. And when I got the receipt he ripped his name off because I was wondering why you took my receipt and walked away from the window with it. I wish I could give this place 0 star. The manager was a complete fucking asshole who was rushing us while trying to order. Lying and saying there were cars behind us when their wasn't. We took less than a minute to look up a coupon code want he wouldn't stop asking us about when we're we going to order when we politely told him that we were waiting for the coupon code. When we did order he didn't even listen and we had to repeat it 3 different times. All for our Order to be fucked up. read more

Doesn't even deserve a single star. We order at 6:01pm. That's according to our receipt. Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, a whopper, a cheeseburger, fries and o-rings...by the time I looked at a clock again it was 6:30... took them 30 minutes to even start our order. I said forget it. Asked for my money back and the rude ass guy, wish I caught his name, didn't apologise for the wait. Didn't apologize for not even making our order. They pay more attention to the drive thru. The "manager on duty" gave me a refund, and there was 2 guys behind me waiting to order. He didnt even acknowledge them in line waiting to order. He just walked away. Don't go here. Waste of time and money. We them went to McDonald's next door and got our food, ate it and left within 30 minutes. And so did the 2 guys behind me... No wonder no one eats at burger king. Or at least this one. If you even want your food from this place I'd go thru the drive thru but even then each customer from the drive thru came back in Cuz their order was wrong. Sad excuse for customer sevice... and they want 15 an hr for minimum wage... get real. read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Drove by on the way to Yube River and even though I prefer Burger King over McDonalds. I will definitely head next door to McDonald's next time!! Quality of food was horrible! Chicken on a salad was undercooked and they had me waiting 10 mins for that undercooked chicken! My son's chicken nuggets were as stale as the cereal in my grandma's back cabinet! Avoid going to this Burger King at all cost! The worse part was that the MANAGER GEORGE served me all this food! Honestly do not recommend coming to this Burger King, I waited five minutes to get even acknowledged. All the employee were just standing around right in front of me eating/ drink,& chatting in Spanish laughing looking at me. While I can't assume it made me as a customer feel unworthy & that they were making fun of me . Then as I'm standing there I watch my food messily be thrown around & I'm not sure the gloves they were wearing were even clean . I'm very upset with the food I received. Also this may just be the location but upon researching on line the nuggets were still 10 for 1.00$ deal , but apparently this one has always been 1.49... suspicious to me. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I went through the drive-thru in the afternoon. I ordered a ten piece chicken nugget that was on special and orange freeze. When I arrived at the window, the guy wasn't personable. I gave him $10 and a fee pennies so I would get back even change. However, Mr. Personable gave me back the incorrect change because he couldn't handle the extra change I gave him. I thought that is why they had a register. It is a non-thinking machine. In addition, he didn't give me my receipt. He handed me my beverage and asked me to pull forward because my nuggets weren't ready. While I waited, I enjoyed the orange beverage because it was 100 degrees outside. After fifteen more minutes and my beverage was now empty, I went inside the restaurant. Mind you, three cars have driven off with their Whoppers and I am still at this location. My car has been running and I am not happy. In addition, I thought this was fast food. As I enter the restaurant, I see the drive-thru guy and I inquire about my nuggets. He informs me that it will be just a minute. Beyond pissed off and late for a work meeting, I asked for my money back. A female working gave me money back and didn't say a word. I am beyond furious. I didn't know that when I arrived at this location that I would be there from start to finish a total of thirty minutes. Needless to say, the orange beverage was the only item I had for lunch! I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone! This was a reminder of WHY I rarely eat fast food. read more

I don't get it and I most likely will never understand. Why it it every time the burger looks different. The lettuce is either rotten or perfect. There is no quality control. When I was working at a place on Bell road, I went b b to Burger King several times for my half hour lunch break, but they always took forever and the service was so slow. Who ever the manager on duty was on Sunday morning September 17th 2017 is a rude piece of shit. Pulled up to the drive through and got attitude from this cashier off the top. We asked if breakfast was being served and he replied with "u have 5 mins". So we began to order breakfast asking for 2 number 1's and another sandwich on the side he says to us "well u guys just ordered my last 2 eggs" I said "it's okay we'll just take them without" and continue to order more breakfast items and he cuts us off saying "I told u guys u took my last 2 eggs so I'll have to make more"..... um isn't that ur job? Then continues to complain "u will have to wait like 7 mins" so I tell him "Dude so can we still order breakfast or not just let us know so we can order something else" he replied "I told u took my last two eggs so if u want breakfast u will have to wait like 7 mins" I guess his dumb ass forgot that I said WE WILL TAKE IT WOTH OUT THE EGG ITS FINE. So we finish the order and drive up thinking it was some punk kid to find out it was the fucking manager. Unreal.... you took the job. I didn't ask u to work at Burger King buddy. This is the nicest Burger King that I have ever had the pleasure of setting foot into. Brand spanking new, and right next door to the skankiest McDonalds, in Auburn CA. This BK has the Spicy Chicken sandwich for only $1, which I like better than the $1 McChicken from next door...... They also have a $1 soda on the extensive Value Menu. Nice interior decor, with comfortable seating and FREE Wi-Fi coming soon. I'm not really a fan of BK (their burgers are worse than donkey meat) but when you combine a varied menu with comfortable surroundings, that's A-OK in my universe! read more

Quite literally the rudest most incompetent food service workers ever. Oh i also forgot to mention slow as heck! We order our food, arrive at the window and start to recieve our food. I immediately check hubbys burger, which should have no cheese and no sauce. Looks like extra of both, i ask for it to be fixed, im given such ugly attitude.. I get the burger "fixed" only to park and and eat and find its the same exact burger! At this point i go inside, specify exactly what i want. The woman messes up yet AGAIN! Its literally bread, meat, bacon, crispy onions. The woman responds with "if you want it special you shpuld say so!" at this point i had already 4 times!! Worst bk ever! Stared at the manager while I was standing at the register for almost 5 mins before I decided to just walk next door.

We were so excited when they introduced the soft serve ice cream cone. Unfortunately the size of the cone is ridiculous. One lick and you're done. We asked the staff to increase the size but they were not willing to budge. I suggest they offer a choice of sizes at different price points to accommodate customers of all ages. read more

I went to this Burger King on Saturday December 5th I ordered 5 veggie burgers one with no ketchup and 4 with ketchup and all of them with cheese and extra pickles. We wanted to sit down and eat there but, when we went up to get our order it was in two bags so we took it anyway and sat down. When we opened up our sandwiches one of them had ketchup and 4 did not so I took a burger up and told the girl who was training a boy that the order was backwards 3 with no ketchup one with ketchup she said quote uh sorry?? As I was walking away I heard her talking to the boy and they started laughing they were mocking me my husband heard them mocking me. I went back to the table and sat down and started eating one of my husband's burgers that didn't have ketchup and he got one of his burgers with ketchup.I noticed there was no cheese on our burgers and we did pay for it so I took it back up to the girl and I said there's no cheese on here, i want my money back for the cheese, and she said really? I just watched her make them! so I opened mine up a little bit and showed her, see no cheese she said fine! fine! here! and handed me $2 cash, because of how rude she was I said is the manager here she said I'm the manager! so I said is your manager here she said no and turned around and walked off. I went back to the table and a couple of more bites I found cheese my mistake, but the burgers only had one little pickle on each and I did ask for extra pickle we just finished eating and decided that we would never go back to that Burger King for any reason on my way out I gave back the $2 and asked her her name she said quote Melissa that's M E L I S S A got it?!!
