Food is for the most part what you would expect from Burger King, that is if they get your order right. In my experience it's wrong more often than any other place I've been. So if you do order here, make sure you check your order before you leave. Otherwise you may end up with something you don't want to eat and then have to go back and get them to fix it. This Burger King is decorated in a modern way. They have a fireplace and new seating areas. My son always points out that one small light has burned out. We like to go here after swim lessons. The playground inside is very cute with large drawings of 80's style characters on it. Adults are not allowed to play on it - which is a bit sad because I usually do play with my son at playgrounds. They offer beyond whoppers - which are quite tasty. I don't have tons of flowery language here - the food is decent, it's fairly clean and my son is happy to play there. "Have it your way." Wasn't that their slogan? I ordered by burgers without the bun- explaining that they usually put them in a dish for me. I added lettuce, tomato and onion (which used to have no charge)... I got my burgers ON buns and got charged. $1.20 for toppings. I asked when they started charging for them and couldn't get an answer. I know I'm "weird" for ordering a burger without the bun but when I stand there explaining how I'd like it in a dish and they come on buns anyways, why did I waste my breath. Yes, I just took them off the buns but I then had the lettuce and toppings fall all over... a bowl makes eating this "burger salad" easier. While letting my kids play on the indoor playground, I discovered a GIANT DEAD COCKROACH UNDER THE SHOE HOLDER. Literally like 2 inches big. NASTY! The manager has no control over the employees who would much rather joke around with each other and entertain one another with their dance moves than do their job and prepare decent food for paying customers. We came in and it was nearly empty, yet noone was taking the initiative to clean up spills on the front counter or the rest of the restaurant, including the manager who I observed overlook it all, especially his employees behavior. I just went to the drive thru and ordered two whopper sandwiches and was intending on using the app for a coupon. When I arrived at the window, I realized I needed to log in to the app to use the coupon. The lady at the window was rude and yelled my total owed twice while I was trying to log in. When I explained this, she yelled at me that I needed to let her know that earlier and the sandwiches were already totaled up. She then threw her hands in the air and yelled "OH MY GOD" and was Clearly frustrated with how I inconvenienced her. I then informed her that I am sorry I caused her such a problem and if it's too much trouble for her, I will be happy to take my business elsewhere. I then drove away from the window. I feel this employee's behavior is inappropriate and is not how a representative of your brand should act towards willing paying customers who were experiencing a momentary delay using the app of the same business. The newly remodeled building is very nice and is generally kept clean - though it is hard to keep it up with all the construction worker customers they get all day. Hey, they're not the cleanest customers, lol. My last time there I got the two cheeseburgers with fry and drink. It was cooked very good. The staff are always friendly. This is my second time coming to this Burger King in Cary. At the time of this writing, it is 4:52 pm and the venue was extremely quiet. The previous visit they were very busy at lunch time. Either way, fast food is exactly that, fast food. With that said, I came here to try the "Impossible Burger" for a second time. Vegans should be aware that while the burger is not made of beef at all, it is cooked on the same grill as the beef and chicken. Hence, you will get flakes of beef and chicken on it at some point. So if you want to fully commit to being vegan, it's not the burger for you. However, I digress, this is not about the burger, but the staff during my visit were wonderful, talkative, and courteous. The establishment is hard to see off 55 though unless you know where you're going. Hence the three star review. read more

The place is a train wreck. My latest adventure the guy running the drive through would not let me.order because he kept talking over me. I ordered cheesy tots, and they did not have them, allegedly. So, as I was deciding what to order instead the guy clears my ordernoff the board where I can no longer see in and it appeared he cleared it out to $0. After dealing with that guy I was so mad I just drove away. I like Burger King, but never had a good experience with this location. Not sure if it is management, ownership or what. For a fast food place it's pretty good! I keep getting cravings for beef (pregnancy) and this was the place I could grab it the fastest. It does make a difference how the burgers are cooked. The beef patties are also thicker than most fast food places. The service was fast. I found it offensive reading in another review about the language barrier - I didn't have a problem. Let's not make this political, it's a fast food restaurant! I'm taking off one star because I ordered a fish sandwich for my dad and it was way over cooked. Twice this week I ordered cheeseburgers with extra pickles and onions and they were not provided. Today I get to the drive through window and the bag is waiting, no way. The Burger King website says that their drive thru is open until 12 am but I got there at 10:46 and couldn't get service. They could clearly see me there and I attempted to ask questions about their hours since I got no response from the speaker initially. They even shut down the lights in the drive thru. They all left shortly after. I wish the staff could've showed actual customer service and told me the correct hours at least. Additionally, the owners should have the company update the hours on both the website and on Google of they are incorrect. I will not be back to this establishment.
