This is the most repulsive fast food restaurant ever. T every table was filthy, the ice tea container had no lid on it, the drink station was a joke spilled stuff everywhere, straw wrappers everywhere, both trash cans were overflowing with trash and the restrooms were absolutely disgusting and smelled of sewage, the water was running in one bathroom so as soon as we opened the door you're hit with hot stale air and shit smell, but the employees were kind people. The health department needs to be called. Why did I order a burger IN the lobby and got that cold? How? The only way this place can improve is to close the doors forever. What I find the most interesting is that people keep going back and expecting different results it's never that deep go somewhere else! Why put yourself through that for a cold burger and fries? Elma isn't bug at all if all of you went and filed complaints at your health department you could get this place shut down... don't be scared say your leave and run them out of business... I grew up on Burger King and loved it. Unfortunately since the pandemic most Burger Kings I've been to are not good. We stopped at this on the way to the ocean. I ordered a whopper and it was amazing. Just like I remember as a kid. The service was very friendly and fast. We went through the drive through so not sure what the ambiance in the lobby looks like. Currently sitting , waiting for our order. 2 cheese burgers. It's been 20 minutes. The place is empty and they're only getting orders to drive through customers. It's decently clean, probably because no one comes in because of the insanely long wait times. If you're driving through and consider it for a stop, it has 2 decent bathrooms. However on our visit you had to be careful because even standing still, the coating on the floor would make your feet slowly slide apart. read more

Ended up here in New Year's Day since there were limited places open and it being 8pm in a small town. Passing by in the way back to Seattle. Can't expect too much from a fast food restaurant. Haven't had BK in ages, and I guess I remember why. Food is mediocre, fries are terrible, but it was something to fill our stomachs after a 4 hour drive. Empty restaurant and surprisingly clean. I don't understand all of the terrible reviews. The drive thru is slow, but what do you expect with only 2 drive thru's in town? Also short staffing. The food is always good, sometimes you have to wait longer than you'd expect a drive thru but MOST of the employees are super friendly and helpful and are only trying to help you and do their Jobs. Horrible. It's so hit and miss here. I would give a negative review if possible. I placed an order for breakfast on the online app. Before 10:30 (I'll get to that). I get there around 1035 and a schmuck that kept saying "Bri" when u clearly said Brian decided to give me a lecture on breakfast is done by 10:30. I had no idea breakfast was done by 10:30. I placed an order on the app which it allowed. I also placed that before 10:30. Then the moron manager tries to lecture me. On July 28 2023 this burger King had super slow service. Along with waiting over 25 minutes for 2 items, the staff allows teenagers to use their drink cups for water. When I repeatedly told the manager that the teenagers were stealing the female manager took the side of the teenagers and allowed the behavior in the restaurant. When I told the manager I was required to pay for my drink she said I "was yelling" at the teenagers. I had to ask 3 times for my order after I informed her of the stealing. At this point I requested a refund and exited the store. Poor service, rude manager and unsatisfactory conflict resolution. I would pass by this burger King. read more

Wait time on Tuesday night (inside) - 15 minutes So one would expect that if we wait that long the burgers would be fresh and hot, right? Lukewarm to cold they were! Tasted ok. And the bathrooms were so disgusting that we couldn't use either one. I usually stop here on my way to the coast. It's a good rest stop. The bathrooms usually have a line on weekends but not weekdays. They are usually pretty clean. The only problem I have with them is that they don't have mirrors. I always want to see how I look after a long drive so that's unfortunate. The Starbucks next door does have mirrors in their bathrooms though. I've always had friendly service but sometimes it can be slow. The food here is the same as all other BKs. Never had a problem there. They don't have a Coke Freestyle machine like some have though. read more

I didn't get sick from the food is why it doesn't get one star. Slowest BK I have ever been to is an understatement. If I didn't have vehicles behind me I would have got out of the drive thru. For some reason the food here was more bland than usual. Out of certain cup sizes and still wanted to charge for the large. The shoulder is too narrow here. Blind curb there. No safe place to turn... Why is this guy riding my ASS? Ahhh... yes. I see it. There it is. "Right here!" she yells, as I brake hard and barely miss the left hand turn-off, screeching to a halt next to the heavily wooded area with a large shoulder. Wait. Let me back up. "Yeah. I have a $5 coupon for two Original Chicken sandwiches and two small fries," I blurted into the speaker. "Also, some onion rings, two fry sauces, and some ranch". "Their onion rings are gross," I muttered to my fiancé, "I'm not having any." "That'll be $8.14," the speaker said back to me. Two minutes later, we were on the road. No time to stop. She fed me a fry here, a part of a chicken sandwich there, and yes, I even tried an onion ring. My opinion of them remains unchanged. "These are just like I remember them," I remarked about the chicken sandwiches, "too bad they wouldn't give us the deal with the spicy ones," as I smacked down another bite of the mayonnaise-coated soggy buns that surrounded the oval-shaped processed deep fried breaded chicken patty. "Needs mustard, though." It was only another 90 minutes or so to reach the coast. It sucks to be hungry on the road and a little fuel was all we needed to keep going. And then it hit me. The rumbling in the tummy. The gurgles. "Ugh," I said. "Are you ok? You don't look so good," my fiancé remarked. "I'm fine. Man. That didn't sit so well, did it?" I asked. "Nope," she agreed, "is this going to be like that time we ate Sichuan food and then sat in traffic for an hour?" "Hahaha yeah that was a close one, wasn't it?!". And it had been. Thank god for the Redmond QFC. With some of the things I eat sometimes, I'm no stranger to unexpected digestive surprises, but I *always* pull it together. Not this time. It hadn't been more than 20 minutes since I gobbled the last chunk of that accursed sandwich, but I knew I was in trouble when I saw there were over 60 miles to go and jack shit for nearby amenities during a viral pandemic in a remote part of the state. It started with gurgles, escalated with hot farts, and as things went from bad to worse we catch up to the beginning of the story: me squatting over a bush with flames shooting out of my ass. It made me wonder if this where all consumers of the Elma, WA Burger King are fated to leave their mark, like a pack of dogs, alongside 101 in Pacific County. Do yourself a favor: when your passenger asks if you want to stop at Burger King because this could be the last stop for awhile, just keep on driving and say "Sorry, missed the exit." food was perfectly cooked and I could tell it was cooked fresh to order. specifically the customer service changed my quick meal and on the road again, to a delightful exchange. The gentleman Thomas who took our order and served us our food at the drive through window was exceptionally pleasant. my kids were indecisive and he made it easy to order their orders, not making me feel rushed, which is the usual experience in the drive thru. The wait time was little to none as it was ready shortly after handing him the money and him kindly offering the kids two burger king crowns :) will gladly stop at this location again. If I could I would give this place 0 stars and thats to much. For starters it is not as clean as it should be at times and when I have went through the drive more than once I have been given the wrong order and I don't know it till I get home 7 miles away. This place is a joke. Usually ran by a crew of 2-3 kids. I've got about a 50% accuracy rate on my orders. And today was the last straw. I placed a mobile order from my truck. Went inside to pick it up. Sat and waited exactly 20 minutes. A man and a woman who were there separately were saying to each other " I've never waited so long". Finally a worker pointed at me and asked my name. I said yes that's me.. and he goes oh this is yours... A bag I noticed was sitting there for some time. I asked how long it has been sitting there. He said about 8 minutes. So I waited a total of 20 minutes and because mine was a mobile order, they just assume they don't need to let me know when it's ready by calling my number the way they call everyone else's? Can we please have a zero star rating? The drive thru wasn't too busy, so I thought I could actually get my food quick. Apparently their computers crashed (if this was a freak thing then understandable, but there is ALWAYS something that slows this place down). The woman at the window who took my card was pleasant. And she was pleasant again when she delivered my food after at least 5 min alone, waiting at the 2nd window. (That isn't including the wait time order, the wait to get to the first window, and the wait to pay). Then, after all of that waiting: Our food was barely warm. Fries were NOT hot. If they are making their customers wait so much, the least they can do is give them hot food. Burger King should yank this places' franchise rights, it's straight garbage for "fast food". Stopped this morning for kiddos breakfast. We got the best customer service. The inside dining was closed due to low employee count, so we had drive thru.
